I had to cancel a booking with less than one week before the accommodation commenced. I received a very quick call back and prompt attention to my request. Josephine was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly secure confirmation that my booking could be put on hold. This was a great help in a stressful situation.

We unfortunately needed to cancel but thanks to Marcelle we received our credits and she patiently explained how we could change our flights at minimal or no further cost which we did. We’ve been travelling overseas for over twenty years and have to say that Marcelle has been the best and most helpful travel agent we have ever dealt with. We are looking forward to using our credits and flights towards another trip to Bali.

Thank you LUXURY ESCAPE for the opportunities to buy great deals in Bali. We booked two resorts: SOFITEL NUSA DUA and MULIA NUSA DUA. Unfortunately I don’t remember all names of operators. But last conversation with CLARE we truly are impressed with how she has managed to meet all our requests, politely and on a timely matter. CLARE has made this experience in bookings with LUXURY ESCAPE so easy that we couldn’t recommend her enough if you are looking to book with them.

Disappointed. Booked and paid in good faith pending minor adjustments which were going to be attended to by tours concierge within 48 hours. They advertise a 7 day full refund policy, they still haven’t responded to our minor adjustments and after calling most days for the last three weeks there’s been no response. Don’t want to go anywhere with them now, I’ll never 👎 use again. First I thought they were short staffed due to covid and I’ve given them the benefit of waiting patiently to our own detriment.

I’ve booked and been in many luxury escape breaks. All have been exactly how fabulous they have been portrayed to be- sometimes even better.
I’ve also now had two incidents when I needed some extra help.
One sadly was when a friend of mine passed away, just before he booked a surprise trip fir his wife. LE we’re wonderful. Kind , sympathetic and helpful. My friend’s wife received the full refund as well as a lot of kindness
Just recently I booked my sister a 60th present staycation with some tickets to Mary Poppins. The package didn’t specify which night the show would be in and my sister had a prior engagement on the Friday night. Josephine as LE was fabulous. Sorted it all out, and now my sisters birthday weekend will have two amazing nights. Thanks for your help Josephine- I really appreciate it ❤️❤️

I have just had the worse experience with Luxury escapes that I have ever had with a company. Unable to redeem a $500 voucher for my birthday accommodation after several attempts (due to your own technical problems which cant seem to be fixed) and now I have been told I cant use the voucher to cover the accommodation I had to book to secure the room in time. No explanation, just cant help me ...no apology and no solution. Vouchers and gift cards are NOT your money, they are the customers and you should have the right to use these. The worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Thankyou to Lychota, she has been so kind and understanding. We have had to re schedule our 2 night stay at Sofitel due to family battling cancer.
We are so looking forward to our Getaway at Sofitel Melbourne, hopefully later in 2022. Lychota has been amazing, so professional and caring, we are so thankful for all she has done for us.

Josephine really helped me in resolving the issue and made booking for me to my satisfaction.

Marcelle was super helpful in getting my holiday package re-booked after I got COVID and had to cancel my initial booking. I really expected it to be so much harder but it was all sorted really quickly. Thanks so much!

Josephine was very pleasant to deal with and efficiently worked on our behalf to secure a Luxury Escape's credit for us. Emails and phone conversations were prompt and polite and Josephine kept us up to date as she carried out negotiations with a hotel.
We are happy indeed with the outcome.

We have had excellent customer service in the last few days from Josephine, who went out of her way to quickly rectify a couple of things in a booking I’d made. She was very good in every way, her communication was clear and if she couldn’t get me she left phone messages and emails instead. I’ve been extremely impressed with her, many thanks Josephine and the team at Luxury Escapes.

Marcelle was amazing at helping me rebook my hotel due to last minute health issue. She did an excellent job to serve me as a customer and I was very impressed, great incentive to use Luxury Escapes again: this is very rare.

I had a query regarding my account and Clare from Luxury Escapes was extremely helpful and resolved it efficiently and professionally.

I have used Luxury Escapes the last couple of years but I am finding that it their are additional costs on certain days and they take 3 days to call you back when you try to book, then you can't book the days you want.

One of the best organizers till date. Perfectly planned all inclusive package. Everything was seamless from the very start. We were directly picked from the airport to the hotel or the lounge area. From there the resort authorities took care of the travel to the resort. Same with the return process.
I would highly recommend luxury escapes to anyone wanting a worry less travel.

So good to have personalised service from an Australian call centre! Josephine was great and did everything she could to manage the change in our booking dates. Thank you!

Today I had to defer a LE package due to health issues. Nothing was to much trouble for Josephine from LE to defer the booking and make the necessary arrangements with the destination provider. I have used over 7 LE packages over the years and cannot fault their service and response to any queries or question I have had . And get this, they actually phone you in repose to emails!!!! How good is that. Thanks Josephine for you assistance.

After a no response to an email request to help with re booking accommodation I called the call centre and organised a call back. Josephine called back a few days later. She was very pleasant and efficient, followed up the issue, got it sorted and followed up with the documentation. Very happy that Luxury Escapes has been very accommodating over Covid they have allowed us to change booking several times
