We got married aboard The Yacht on Monday 30 August 2021. The entire process from first contact to last dance was managed superbly by Ross. He was super-efficient and available to answer any questions and provide solutions.

The venue offers fantastic views across the Thames and Ross and his team were unobtrusive but very attentive. Thank you to the kitchen team for a fantastic wedding breakfast and to the DJ for playing exactly what we wanted.

This venue exceeded expectations and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five star from start to finish! Thank you Ross and team.

After many years wanting to attend the Food & Festival, we splurged for this resort and finished our trip. Even getting to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom by bus was easy the first two days. A water view room on 4th floor gave us bird's eye views of the fireworks shows. Balcony was decent sized.

Pool and lazy river was sandy, with sandy bottom, and certainly a nice concept. Slide is bumpy, though, so take caution with little ones who want to go over and over.

We had adjoining rooms which was a great benefit. Loads of closet and drawer space would make this resort a good long-term stay option. The room could sleep 5, but was perfect for 3.

We've had an amazing experience with Mala Yachts this summer. It was our first experience with charters and their staff was extremely helpful answering all our million questions :) Already planning next year holiday and will definitely go via Mala Yachts Dubai again!

We had a great time renting two boats for a school trip and the *******@Mala Yachts did a great job getting our boats ready and getting us in and out in time to catch our ferry. The staff were quick and the boats were great, performing well under engine and sail.

Order procedure, check-in and check-out good and fast. Boat has few small non-working things but compare for money it was ok. Strange thing, charter operator has card reader but it was impossible to pay by credit card for extras like outboard, final cleaning etc.

We had an amazing weekend onboard with Mala Yachts.The boat was fantastic, with a great mix of people making it a very fun weekend. The food was outstanding. Very professional staff. Would recommend very highly.

We moved here in a hurry after a horrible experience at the Mala Yachts Dubai. The staff at the Yacht were amazing and so helpful with our quick move. The resort was immaculate and the safety and sanitization was very clear. The pool cannot be beat! We can't wait to stay here again!

The boat was fine but there were a few flaws here and there and Mala Yachts didn't tell me when I received the boat but did say so when I got the boat back. But no fuss with Mala yachts, so no problem. All of the trips were fantastic. Better weather can be expected, but that is not up to Mala Yachts.

I don't get out on boats much but this is very much something i would return to do. Just make sure you bring only what's necessary and make sure it' secure. If you have straps kind of like Wii remote straps to hold your phone or camera, you should bring that.

Excellent meal, great value, service and food. Very friendly atmosphere, never had a bad meal, EVER!

Everything was the best it could have been. The week started sunny and warm and for the last two days we got a little bit more challenging weather I was hoping to get. My family seemed to prefer sunny day so we were all happy. Mala Yachts was excellent and everything advertised could be found on the boat. We had a few other requests and Mala Yachts handled them quickly and perfectly. I recommend Mala Yachts to everybody who wants care free vacation.

Last summer my friends and business colleagues decide to sail around Dubai Sea, We contacted staff in Mala Yachts and in a couple of calls Mala Yachts offer us a perfect sailing boat with excellent skipper.
Would recommend Mala Yachts for every who want great fun with professional crew.

We booked with Mala Yachts through internet for a week bareboat in UAE. Very straight-forward process, pain free and quick. Great support from the team along the way and plenty of information on the booking - no surprises on arrival. Check-in process was quick an easy and. We even got a catamaran upgrade! Great experience, no doubt to repeat - many thanks!

We had a few problems during our sailing week, but the customer service from Mala Yachts did its best to help us solve them. All in all, great holidays, highly recommend this company.
