This has been my second time for an eye appointment and I have loved my experience with the Market Mall Eye Clinic as Dr. Nguyen is always very pleasant, delicate and informative and shows he really cares about your eye along with your well-being. The staff are absolutely amazing and is as polite as they are friendly. My experience with this clinic far outweighs all the other clinics and eye centers that I have been to and this is such a relief. The notifications in advance prior to my appointment is something I appreciate and always look forward to visiting the team when being scheduled. Love this place and recommend anyone who wants a better or good customer experience and wish nothing but further success to the staff and the clinic always! A five star experience indeed!

Amazing experience. Had a scratched cornea recently and was worried about being able to see a doctor during the pandemic. Called the office and they were able to see me on short notice - which was awesome and very helpful so I could make sure to start treatment right away. I was already impressed with how accommodating they were, but then completely blown away by the fact that the doctor called me every couple of days to check in and make sure my eye was healing. Such a positive experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the clinic. Even though this is not the clinic I routinely visit, I had an urgent need and fortunately the team was able to quickly accommodate me with an appointment. All the staff was very patient and helpful. Dr. Sal made sure that I received the best care possible and followed up with me multiple times while keeping my family doctor updated to ensure that I was receiving the appropriate medication. I was very satisfied with the level of care and medical attention that I received, and would highly recommend Dr. Sal and the clinic to everyone, and will be using their services in the future as well. I was greeted by friendly staff. My vision appointment was a very professional, knowledgeable and caring experience. The equipment was the state of the art and the technician were very upbeat and efficient. Each step of the way was very pleasant. Optometrist Dr. Sal is very caring and explained everything to me in a way I understand. I was not rushed. Amazing service! I originally searched for an Optometrist for my kids ages 3 and 5. Dr. Sal made the experience so fun and easy, it was a big hit with the kids. Especially for my son who tends to be shy and reluctant to let strangers touch him. You know they had a good time when they ask to revisit. The experience was so well received, that I returned to have my eyes examined. They give you a full examination of the health of your eyes and they take the time to make sure everything is ok. If you have been going to an Optometrist who simply checks your eyes and you are in and out in under 30mins, well you might not be getting the full check up. Also if you are looking into contacts, this is the place to get you started. Dr. Sal was so patient with my eyes, I had to try on 3 pairs of contacts to get the proper fit. Hands down best experience ever. I recommend this place to all my friends and families.

I have received fantastic service from all the staff here for 5 years. My child has received great care from the Drs and all the staff because he also wears glasses. All the staff are without exception warm, patient, caring and efficient. I have been most impressed with how respectful they are towards children and adults alike. This is important because not every place deals well with children. Everything is clearly explained during the testing procedures and the testing is very very thorough. I much prefer this quality of care because you cannot take risks with your eyesight. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sal is the best in regards to his experience and thoroughness with eye examinations so you can be sure that your eyes are in good hands if you need a prescription. I've been to other optometrists before and their tests have not been accurate enough to give me the prescription I needed, but Dr. Sal has always given me the perfect prescription. The other thing that sets him even further apart is that he was able to tell me if there was anything else wrong with my eyes - he told me my left eye had a dryness issue (which I was wondering about) and he told me how to take care of it. One thing to note is that he always has patients lining up for him which makes him a busy man, like any good doctor, so just be sure to have your questions ready to ask during the checkup and not after just in case time runs out. My total appointment time was around 40 minutes, which included the eye examination (with an extra test) and choosing a new pair of good looking frames which he recommended.

Dr. Saleel Jivraj is professional, detail oriented and very thorough in his examination as well as in answering any questions regarding eye care and other aspects of vision problems. His staff are very kind and friendly. Booking appointments are very convenient with the online appointment requesting system and they follow through to make sure that we get the preferred appointment time. Their phone call reminders and email/text message confirmations are just great! Dr. Saleel takes his time to help choose frames and to make sure that it's a perfect fit based on individual needs. Overall, it's a convenient clinic where we get to see the optometrist as well as purchase glasses from a wide variety of trendy frames and sunglasses from the same place! Nice clinic with great services!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Saleel Jivraj for a number of years. We have always found him to be very knowledgeable and to take the time to properly complete all the tests. He seems to be fully up to date with all the latest testing equipment which helps with any diagnostics. When we asked questions he would give straight forward answers. He genuinely feels concerned for the well-being of his patients to the point of emailing me in his off-hours to enquire if the solution he proposed was working. We feel very confident in his professional expertise.

Dr. Sal was very thorough, answered all my questions and spent the time to assist in fitting contacts and selecting frames. I have never had a doctor do that before. Additionally, he personally left me a voice mail to advise me he was approx. 10 min behind. That was the first time a doctor showed respect for my time -very professional. The atmosphere was very pleasant and helpful. It felt like your business was truly appreciated and valued. Lastly, the use of technology to book online was very convenient.

Just received my glasses today and they are great! It's my first pair of progressive lenses and to be honest I was at first apprehensive about buying these. However, Dr. Sal gave me the most thorough eye examination I ever had and convinced me that my previous assumptions about progressive lenses were wrong. He was 100% correct on that. It will be great not to have to keep switching my glasses to read, look at the computer or watch TV. Also the staff at Market Mall Eye Clinic was very attentive and took the time to fit perfect frames that achieved both comfort and style.

I got a referral from a friend of mine. Although I had some reservations about seeing a new Optometrist since I had seen many Optometrists over the 40 years. Some were good, some not much. I did like Dr. Sal's approach, his knowledge, and his care. They followed pandemic (Covid) protocols in the office from the initial examination (air puff test) to the last. Me and my 5 year old son had seen him. Although my son does not like to involve with new people quickly (well he is five :) ), it was a smooth examination. I do recommend him. I will absolutely regularly see him.

I can only say wonderful things about Market Mall Eye Clinic. In addition to being extremely competent professionals, everyone, whether the eye doctors, the technical or the administrative staff, are unfailingly kind, considerate and helpful. I know, I raced there recently because of blurred vision in one eye. Despite my lack of an appointment and their extreme business, they found time to squeeze me in and dealt with my problem. They have also gone out of their way to mail me contact lenses when I have been on holiday. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I have been both a patient and client at Market Mall Eye Clinic for years now. I look forward to walking in and seeing the familiar team there, who are always eager to catch up and help me with my eye wear needs. I purchase all my contact lenses, prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. They always have the best styles and most up-to-date technology. They also direct-bill to certain insurance companies too! I have recommended them to many of my friends and family members and never have any of them been disappointed - they too have had a similar experience - friendly, helpful, and personable! Excellent experience at Market Mall Eye Clinic! I was experiencing extreme eye pain. Market Mall Eye Clinic was able to get me in quickly. Everyone from the reception staff to the eye doctor was friendly, welcoming, compassionate, patient, and professional. I was treated like I had been a patient there for many years rather than just some random, one-off appointment. The care I received that day as well as follow-up appointments were excellent. So Helpful! I love this place! If you want awesome personal service from all who work there, then this is the place to go. I have no complaints at all! One cool thing is they always remember us by name. When it comes to picking out frames there is one there who always knows exactly what I would like. Dr. Sal was awesome. First appointment made me feel so comfortable with his light humor and tremendous knowledge. Took me through each step of my exam telling me what was going to happen, then discussed each part of the eye and the results starting at the front and working back. His honesty and integrity about options for my eyes were excellent. The follow up for getting lenses with the front staff was an awesome experience. She helps me to get the right frames and lenses with the right budget to suit my needs. I never felt pushed into anything. I felt the compassion and professionalism of everyone there at Market Mall Eye Clinic. Many thanks, I am definitely going to continue here for life!!!!

Wonderful clinic. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and professional. I have had dry eye issues for years, that feeling that something was scratching my eyes. With the constant blinking trying to relieve the pain caused, it was difficult to focus on anything, making me tired and headache. Since I have their treatment there is such a great relief right from the first set of drops. Then I had the llux treatment. Oh what a wonderful feeling. I imagine it must be like a little piece of heaven, such a relief from itchy dry eyes. It is hard to explain but I immediately noticed I could see better and had the feeling in my eyes something like touching a soft silk blanket instead of compared to touching a rough concrete sidewalk. I am very grateful for this opportunity of working with Dr. Sal and his staff. Thank you so much.

This clinic was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Before going there for my 2 and half year old son, we have already seen another eye doctor and been referred to a specialist. However, the appointment was in November. After Dr. Nhi Phan conducted a thorough checkup with my son, she immediately contacted the specialist and explained the situation and asked them to review the file. In about 2 days, the specialist called us and put my son in right away. Dr. Nhi was so patient with young children. She took the time to check the child; she was not rushing from one room to another. She cares about patients and is a very responsible doctor. I made a good decision to go there and got a second opinion. I decided to let my other son see her as well later this year. Our family trusts Dr. Nhi.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sal at Market Mall Eye Clinic for a few years now and only have good things to say. From comprehensive eye exams to excellent service with eyeglasses to their specialty in dry eye care. I’ve had challenges with dry eyes for a few years and had previously been to a few other doctors but none came close to the level of care that Dr. Sal provided. He left no stone unturned and is clearly at the forefront of new and innovative services and technology for dry eyes. Highly recommended!
