THIS STORE IS RIDICULOUS I SENT AN ITEM BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND Matte Collection TELL ME ITS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO KEEP PEOPLE MONEY FOR WHATEVER REASON. I DEFFINITELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. THEN THEY HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN SPEAK WITH SOMEONE NOW WHAT BUSINESS ONLY EMAILS NO STARS FOR ME.

I'm sorry but I was almost not going to buy swimsuits from here because of all the negative reviews BUT ladies I ordered 3 swimsuits for 50 dollars and Matte Collection are all amazing! My husband was drooling! You need to know you me body type size and dimensions before ordering anything! Everything I ordered was here in 5 days and great quality! I will be getting all my suits from here

DO NOT RETURN your swim suites back to them, you are better off selling to a friend or something. I Never had an issue with my orders until you actually need to use their customer service. Did everything I was suppose to with my return, went through several emails back and forth. Matte Collection asked for my tracking number, then how many bathing suites, ect. They tried to give me a $20 coupon when i spent $36... so then after several more emails they said i would get a refund in 5-7 days. Its been almost a month and I've emailed 3 times and have not got a response. The swim suites I've kept I love, however, this experience has ruined me ever referring them or using them again. Keeping inventory and not refunding is a scam.

As a new customer, I was Leary of buying a swimsuit online but quarantine had me bite the bullet. I am sooo pleasantly pleased that I did! There were many options and I went with a suit that covered my arms but exposed my cleave because I have to hit them hard where my strengths are. The bathing suit fit beautifully and my boyfriend was drooling when he saw it. It arrived the same week I purchased it and I had tracking details.

I love Matte Collection! I'm a returning customer (2nd time to be exact) and I'm as satisfied as I was the first time. The items and just as good as the prices, quality and fit. I ordered a few pieces about two weeks ago and it came right in time for my vacation and packaged nicely. The customer service was great, I received really nice emails thanking me for returning and purchasing again. I really love everything overall and after washing the items are still intact!

It's simple, The reason why Matte Collection can sell their bathing suits for $10 is because it's only 10 cents to produce them. Still had the labels from China on it when I received it. The suits photograph well but You have to have breast enhancements and a Brazilian butt lift to make these bathing suits look remotely attractive in person! Just do yourself a favor and walk into the department store and buy a bathing suit the old fashion way, Waste of time and money!

This bathing suit not only hides my belly pouch, shows my curvy booty but the quality surpassed my expectations. I'm 5'4 145 lbs. I've been very shy about wearing bathing suits and was often challenged with finding suits that were stylish but affordable. I saw an advertisement for Matte Collection while browsing through instagram and was impressed with the styles and affordable pricing. I was able to purchase items that were a bit out of my comfort zone and was able to be more confident with my body. I was impressed by the quality of their items. I have referred everyone I know to Matte! I love that Matte Collection offer styles in every shape and size. My favorite items are their covers ups and oversized hats. They also have different style prints, solids, one pieces, two pieces, long sleeve, etc. Therefore, they have a great variety to chose from and their collection is well put together. I really like that they are always offering sales! They also have an app for customers who receive notifications of sales. Their customer service department is a joy to work with. Anything there is an issue, I always receive a timely email response and the matter is resolved right away. I have purchased about 20 items from their store and this is my go to shop for all swimwear.

Okay so this was another Instagram shop purchase. I was skeptical because I saw some bad reviews so I only purchased one fit. I went directly to the shop to order. My shipping was fast (Long Beach USPS sucks though didn't deliver my package for two days but that's another review). The joggers are so soft and the shirt is a body suite type. Merchandise is Made in Cambodia, so there's that. But over all I can't wait to go out in this fit. Love it!

I have purchased about 8 swimsuits from MatteCollection.com. Great quality and quick delivery and awesome Customer service. The price is right too. I wear a swimsuit everyday in the Summer as I have a pool in my yard. These suits are functional and sexy and priced reasonably. Try them. You will end up ordering 8 plus too! Thanks for making these swimsuits.

I found Matte Swim Collection on Instagram, on my feed and decided to check out the website. The first suit I purchased from the website was extremely sexy and ran a little small. The return process is a breeze. Matte Collection process them almost immediately and refund is just as quick. I have since then purchased about ten swimsuits from the website. They are sexy, flattering, and do not break the bank. I am obsessed!

Ordering from this company has been a complete nightmare. Matte Collection don't respond to emails you have to keep emailing them. I returned three bathing suits cost me and additional $15.00 to sent back because they don't offer shipping. They received the bathing suits but never gave me a refund for 7 days. I had to keep emailing! There customer service ask what did I sent back? Are you kidding me? I left the slip of the ordered items with order number and my name with the returned bathing suits which there company requires. I finally received my store credit which I was dreading to use. When I used the credit the items I wanted were sold out so just got one suit and a coverup. They still haven't shipped the items. I am still waiting! Emailed and waiting for a response! I wanted the bathing suit for a vacation but looks like I will be going to Victoria Secret for a new bathing suit! Don't waste your time or money! I have lost so much money with this garbage company!

I initially ordered 2 bathing suits. When I tried them on 1 fit a bit snug so I reached out to customer service for help with exchanging. Their customer service was quick to respond and very easy to work with. On top of that, the quality of their bathing suits is amazing! Overall Matte Collection has great products with great customer service. I would certainly recommend them!

I ordered a swim suit weeks ago and after receiving email that shipment was on the way never received my order. Shortly after I received an email claiming it was retuned (don't know why) and it would be reshipped and someone from customer service would reach out. I still have yet to receive my order and any response from them despite numerous attempts. I want my money back. This place is a scam. Do not trust it!

Don't be fooled by those negative reviews. I've order from them SEVERAL times during quarantine & have ALWAYS received the items in due time. On one occasion Matte Collection shipped me the wrong size so I emailed them and they sent me another piece at no cost within days of my complaint. It's very good quality at an affordable price. Swimsuits fit great although in some models you'll probably have to size up. But overall its great fitting, quality and service

Every swim suit I've bought from Matte Collection has been extremely flattering! Speaking for the natural bodies out there - you do not have to be a video vixen to feel like one in their swimsuits. I love that reading the comments on their site from other customers helps you figure out the sizing and Matte Collection also give great detail on the model wearing the swim so you can choose the right size. This is my go-to for all swim.

I ordered the Dillion mesh cover up in pink/multi & even love it more when I wore it than when I saw it online. I was out of stock but was notified immediately when was available which was a short wait. And the company responded back quickly and I will definitely order more products and tell others. Definitely a satisfied customer here!

I've purchased multiple swimsuits from Matte swim and I was pleased with the fast delivery and great customer service. The swimsuits are of good quality and Matte Collection fit me as I expected. I have also ordered a cover up which the first one had a small tear however their customer service was so great that they mailed me another one within no time without me having to return the damaged item. I am a satisfied customer.

I don't tend to shop from any sites that appear on my IG explorer, but Matte Swim's collection collection was so sexy that I had to try it. I'm not shaped like the models in their pics, but the items are very flattering for every shape. Great quality, even better price for the value. My baecation is in October and I can not wait!
