On the 19th May, 2 of your staff were swopping milk cartons between vehicles and chatting very loudly on Winchester avenue at 5am!! right outside our houses, they could have done that on a quiet road! They've lost mine and my neighbours business.

I started delivery of milk a few weeks ago and so far so good , yes paying a little bit more but we’ll worth it , you pay for your takeaway, /shopping to be delivered , why not milk and dairy . Well done McQueens keeping people in a job and providing a service we once took for granted no longer going to the shops and picking up unnecessary items , open the door on my designated days and my goods are there , I have found the staff helpful when making changes to delivery special thank you to Emma

Cold call salesman was ok, got 2 deliveries which suited me fine and decided to order more. Promised follow up communication never arrive until 2 mths later I received a final demand for £6.80!!!! I phoned them and spoke to dopey Claire in Credit Control who didn't believe I'd not been contacted previously!! I wasn't going to deal with this incompetent bunch anymore and told her to cancel and I was going to settle balance that day 25.3.2022, which I did. May 14th.. just received further demand for £6.80 and threatening action from Debt Collection agency.
I shall not be communicating further with this shower of incompetents ....AVOID dealing with this bunch of crooked shysters!!

Always delivered on time to my front door step, saves us going to shops or supermarkets where we end up spending more than we need.
When we do need to call they have very friendly and polite staff and makes changes as we needed, special thank you to Tyler

Excellent doorstep delivery ,lovely fresh milk from a bottle ,always pleasant on phone if I need to change anything ,payment by DD is a bonus ,been with them coming up to 2 years ,I’m grateful for the deliveries no trudging to shop in all weathers 👏👏
