Searching for items ok. Hoped/Expected more options at the checkout - i. E. could I pick up from a nearby store etc

It took me around 5 goes of entering my credit card number and it kept rejecting it because I used a password manager. Finally got it working.

The checkout process is bad! I use a browser that can can provide addresses and credit card numbers. Your site cannot handle that and expects me to remember everything and type it in. This is the 21st century...

Difficult to enter numbers in your forms. I would prefer not having the cursor in unexpected locations and unexpected wiping of entries I have already made.

No Problems, no hassles especially in creating an account and able to choose Direct Debit in comparison to some other computer stores.

When checking out and filling up of the credit card number I prefer to copy and paste from my password vault. Unfortunately your site doesnt allow this. I can prefill everything, but not the credit card number.

A little unsure that I have properly understood availability - as far as I could tell all the items I ordered were in stock (if not I wouldn't have bothered with the order) but then I saw there were bold red caveats at the bottom of the checkout screen. Well, here's hoping I got that right.

Very easy system to use, only negative is the credit card surcharge but I believe you are only passing on the costs

Sent promptly from supplier to courier service and arrived at local distribution centre on Friday at 5.30 am but not delivered to me until Tuesday mid day.

Your system locked me out of my existing account... hitting pasword reset button did NOT send an email (checked spam/junk folders)... Telephone support could get into my account for verification but couldn't issue a temp password to rectify situation

Although somebody missed my initial reply verifying my account, a phone call quickly fixed the problem and the item was conveniently delivered on time.

Explained earlier. Person answering the phone quickly recognised and resolved the problem.

Quick response to my product query. Would be better if product information had been listed on the site for the item (it was blank)

It is not easy for a customer to see how much the total cost is until you put in the postcode and payment type. It would be nice to be able to see the total costs upfront somehow rather than finding out later.

Can't save orders and does store payment info. Need more discounts on refurbished equipment and higher end items.
