I had one picture of my sister Lety--she passed away 20 years ago. A cleaning lady sprayed cleaning liquid over the glass frame. I did not know this at the time. Over time, the liquid got to the picture, and two big green blotches ruined the picture.
Enter Memory Cherish--I sent them a picture of the picture and ordered seven copies of the picture--I intend to give four to her daughter and granddaughters. The picture looks better than the original--she looks so beautiful! Thank you Cherish Memories!

I am amazed at the great customer service. They did an excellent job of restoring a photo that two other companies would not attempt. I was heartbroken when our favorite photo of a vacation was very blurry and out of focus (a third party took the photo with our camera and did not wait until it was focused, I did not realize until we returned home) The service was fast and great communication. I will definitely use this company again.

These people are fantastic! They actually did what I thought was an impossible feat. I sent them a horrible xerox copy of probably another xerox copy of an enlarged black and white snap shot from the early 50’s. It was a group of 12 people gathered to sing happy birthday. In that picture we’re my Grandparents, Mom and Uncle. My uncle and Grandpa were in back row and their faces were partially blocked by people. I wanted a family picture made of just my family of four. I was asking for the impossible or so I thought. They actually did it! They were able to pull the men out of the dark black and white that had overshadowed them and fill in what wasn’t shown. I couldn’t believe it! They were able to give my Grandpa a complete face just from the partial half that was shown. I haven’t seen that face since he died 60 years! ago!!! HI Grandpa!! This will be the only picture of him and I couldn’t be more pleased. Because my uncle’s face was was almost totally blacked out and chin covered it was a hit or miss on capturing his facial features. To use as a reference emailed a photo of his military picture, his son and nephew and after more then ten revisions I believe they got it right. I’m glad I added on unlimited revisions to my purchase and they were more than happy to revise and revise x10 and I could’ve had them revise even more. My Mom was maybe 19 in the photo and since then she has lost all three over the years. This will be the only family photo let alone the only photos of my grandparents and only civilian photo of my uncle. I was tickled with the teeth they gave my Grandma but since I only remembered her as toothless I requested they revise her mouth. I am ever so grateful to have found MemoryCherish a small business that refreshes or creates our photo memories so they can be memorialized.

i didn't give memorycherish much of a photo to work with: over 40 years old and pretty badly faded. however, they brought the picture back to life, and i was able to surprise my wife with one of our wedding pictures. it's hard to remember when i had hair!
maka was absolutely great to work with! i had a couple of questions about the process, but she helped me thru everything to get the result that i was hoping for. everything except having hair on my head again!

I submitted a badly worn 80 year old black & White picture of my parents holding their first child. The picture had darkened badly and was badly scratched. I asked Memory Crush to restore the picture and colorize it. The results were outstanding and will be used as Christmas presents for other family members. I found an old photo of an elderly aunt as a young woman among my mother's things and did not know where to get it restored. I came across Memory Cherish while looking for a site that could restore old photos. I have a 60 year old wedding photo of my parents and wanted to have it restored for a memorial service for them. We had just gotten so used to seeing the photo on the wall that I didn't realize how faded it was until I really looked at it. Because the original was black and white, I asked Memory Cherish to add color where they felt it was needed. They did such a beautiful job restoring it that when I opened the link and saw the picture, my breath actually caught, and I couldn't hold back the tears. It was stunning to see my parent's wedding picture as it most certainly was when the photo was taken. I can't stop looking at it. I was restoring an old black-and-white wedding photo of my parents to full color, and Memory Cherish did a FABULOUS and "real looking" colorization that made it seem the picture was taken in 2022 instead of 1957. They also worked with me to "tweak" the eye colors three times, and were very patient with me through the process. Several of our large family pictures are 30-years old, or more, and are extremely faded after decades on display. The prints were taken long before the digital age and no negatives exist. I chose MemoryCherish based on the reviews on their website. They were delightful to work with! They restored a very precious (but faded and poor quality) photo of my parents taken during WWII. I was so happy with the results and selected both black and white and color versions for our family.

A family member told me about MemoryCherish so I decided to see if they could possibly restore an old photo that we had only available as a saved photo - I think it was taken Easter 1969 as I looked about 4 - they understandably weren't able to restore but did offer to keep trying with help using some old photos. In the end, it wasn't possible but they worked with me and offered to try to restore another photo - since I had one of my husbands that had his Aunts and Dad who have all passed I sent that one and what a fantastic job they did! They were even able to remove some people from the background so well that it didn't even look like they were there, to begin with, I will definitely be referring to friends and family.

My grandfather left us a treasure trove of black & white 8x10 photos of a ski resort that he founded in the Laurentians of Quebec in the 1940’s. Our favourite photo of the hotel in particular has always intrigued me as he left a description of the bright colours that it was painted in. MemoryCherish’s artist did a great job of colorizing the photo, including great attention to detail with the family members posing in front of the hotel. Maka’s customer service was excellent as she coordinated my free revision to get it just right. What a thrill to see what the resort would have looked like! I sent MemoryCherish a picture someone took of my Dad when he made Captain in the U.S. Army. The picture is from the 60’s and is extremely faded to the point it no longer had any color. The picture had been sitting in a garage unprotected for many years throughout Minnesota winters and summers. MemoryCherish was able to completely restore the photo beyond my expectations and hopes. Every detail is vivid, the quality is unbelievable, nothing in the photo is blurry or appears photoshopped. It truly looks like the original must have. Not only did MemoryCherish produce a restored black and white photo but somehow they actually were able to produce a color photo that is accurate and I know it’s accurate because I saved my Dad’s Captain’s uniform and I didn’t even send MemoryCherish a picture of the uniform.
