Honest feedback?
I feel like you could offer a greater range of lengths for the chains. I've been checking for ages to get a 54cm necklace for my partner, but it hasn't been available for a while, and we're so close to Christmas now I've had to go with the 50. Ideally he'd want a 60cm chain, so I'll probably end up buying him a separate second chain to attach the pendant to.
Also was hoping there'd be some kind of sign up discount. Or money off because of Covid/Christmas/hard times etc. but if I was to even get that I'd lose the free shipping. So it's all a bit measly and pointless.
Also needing to message you guys separately to say it's a gift seems like a bit of extra effort. Nevertheless I've ordered. And hope you're all keeping well and safe.
