They took over a long time to ship my product. I had to call to find out where my device was. I will never order from this company

Not really sure about product specifications, from site description. Will this fit my DRIVE suction pump and Purewick catheter? If so, I'll order more right away and for years (I hope) to come.

I had a little trouble checking out. I put the code in that was sent to my phone and it didn't work. So, I had to go a different route. All's well that ends well.

Very easy ordering and easy site to navigate. Everything was very smooth. The only thing that could be improved is the shipping. It took a little longer than I thought it would, even though it came in the designated time frame. I just would have liked it a bit faster for the amount you pay for the products. It was free shipping though, so you can’t complain too much but that was my one thought.

MFI Medical allows me to order the necessary supplies to start my business without losing all my capital. But you do not lose that personal touch, in particular Lindsey has always answered every question I have had, and also assisted me in finding exactly what I need!

Overall good experience with website. Prices seem competitive. Shipping cost seems outrageous, given that only 1 of the 12 items is actually somewhat heavy (wheeled cart).

I was tricked into giving up my email address for a discount code that did not work for the product I purchased. Not a good first impression.

I was nervous about this transaction because it took so long for the device to arrive. Customer service was not really able to give me an expected timeframe for the item either. I was considering canceling the order because I began to think it was a scam. The item did arrive in good condition about 6 weeks after I placed the order. This is a gift so I hope it is the quality expected.

Great customer service. Responded to previous request almost immediately. Effective delivery. Easily found products I needed unlike other medical supply deslers.

So easy to locate what I needed and very affordable! Just need to see how fast delivery is to give a final rating!
