Ordered this item on 10/13, having read the banner on the website "Order by Oct 15 for delivery by Halloween".

I began to get a little nervous when I couldn't get any shipping information from the order confirmation email. I called the defunct GoigleVoice number and emailed their website for days without any response. I finally got a hold of someone on Thurs 10/25 who promised delivery on Saturday.

No delivery Saturday. Called 1st thing Mon 10/29, to be told Mia Belle Girls were out of stock! TWO DAYS before Halloween! The lady wasn't even sorry, sounded like she was zonked our on something.

Bottom line: don't buy from this woman. She has a beautiful website, but she cannot deliver the items pictured.

BUYERS BEWARE - You may not get your items. Mia Belle Girls keep you Money!

Ordered 2 outfits - After weeks we got an email saying only 1 would be fulfilled and the other we won't get. They gave us store credit and won't give our money back. They came up with some Excuse trying to get us to switch to some other outfit we don't want.

THE PHONE NUMBER IS A FAKE ANSWERING MACHINE
THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND MESSAGES AMD NO WAY TO GET YOU MONEY BACK.

THEY ALSO WILL BLOCK OR DELETE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK TO MAKE THE PAGE LOOK BETTER. BUT WONT RESPOND. I GOT BLOCKED AND MY WIFE TOO.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST BE SAFE AND HOPE RHIS REVIEW HELPS

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter in September. When I ordered it there was no mention that this item was not immediately available. A week after I ordered it I received an email that it hadn't even shipped yet and Mia Belle Girls were having trouble getting this item in stock but I would have it in plenty of time for Halloween. I asked them to cancel the order as we had fall events before actual Halloween that we would be needing a costume for. They refused to cancel the order. I had to buy another costume for my daughter and we are currently five days from Halloween and still no costume. I did receive an email I should have it by next week two days before Halloween -very disappointed that this company could not work with me as a customer once they said the costume would take a month to arrive. I will never buy from this company again.

Please do not buy/purchase from this company. Poor quality and late delivery.
1) Costume did not come in as pictured on website. The costume is made of poor quality material, not the same color and you can see through the fabric :(. The sizing is also so much smaller than what is labeled at 150 cm. She is nine year old, petite frame, and it should've been loose on her. It fit her oddly and it was tight. It was so ugly that I wouldn't donate this thing to anyone. 2) I ended up buying another costume as this product came in late. It said it was to deliver in 15 days and I received an email on the Sept 19 that it was on its way. I reached out to the company 11 days after ordered and expressed my concern via email that I needed this product by October 4th and all of sudden the status conveniently turned into processing at warehouse in China. Of course Mia Belle Girls gave me the run around that it takes 18-21 business days and it was in the description and since it is now processing that they couldn't do anything to stop it. The product page for this particular costume said it would be delivered in 15 days as I was very careful to make sure it would come in in time for a photo shoot. Then with all of my complaints, the product page was conveniently removed from their site and I reached out to them to inquire and they stated it was taken down because it became sold out due to it it being one of their most popular items. I don't think so. I told them that they're not a good company and that I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company. I do not normally do reviews but I thought it was important to let others know to stay clear away from them.

I ordered this dress in January for my little girl to be the flower girl in my sisters wedding in June. I ended up Getting an email saying it had to come from China but It never made it. I did share emails back and forth with a Donna when it got closer to time for me needing the dress. She was very nice and assured me that if I would just give it another 18-21 days I would have the dress. That due to the pandemic everything was running slower. Okay, fine. And I was sent an email with a tracking number but the first one I was given simply said the tracking number had been created but a label to be associated with it had not. Then when I brought this up to Donna in one of our correspondences she issued me another tracking number which stated that the package was in China but had not yet shipped. I checked this about every other day, it never moved. Finally, about a week or a little less away from my sisters wedding I simply asked for my money back as I had no indication this package had even left China. I did thankfully get my money refunded. I don't know if all this truly was just simply due to the pandemic or not but I don't plan on ordering from Mia belle again anytime soon. I also incidentally ordered an almost identical dress off Amazon That was half the price and received it within a couple of days.

I have ordered 1 time from Mia Belle. I did not notice the extravagant shipment information upon ordering or else I would have NEVER placed the order. Basically, if you want your items be prepared to wait a month or longer to receive! It takes, at least, 14 days to fulfill the order and then another 18 to 21 days for shipping... wow... so I contact customer service and explained my situation. I ordered it all for a particular photo session and I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to see that I would not receive my orders on time... Mia Belle Girls say that they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction however told me that, even though it was my very first order and I did not notice the fine print shipping information, I was out of luck and out a lot of money. Their stuff is expensive but, although cute from pictures, definitely not worth the time and effort! I will NEVER order from them again. Before you buy please be aware of this information! They are not worth it to me.

My orders took close to 2 months to arrive to me. Then when I got them one pair of jeans was different than what was advertised on their site. It still matched the shirt but I had ordered jeans with patches. There were no patches at all, and LOVE was written on the bottom of the jeans. I bought the jeans because Mia Belle Girls looked really nice and stylish. I was so wrong. The jeans are so cheap/cheaply made. The are like clown pants. Words can't even explain how ugly they are. I bought some with the hearts on them and some with the butterflies. I WARN YOU DO NOT THINK THAT THIS IS AN ASOLATED EXPERIENCE. Then after going back and forth through emails they only want to give you store credit. You have to pay to ship it back then will be sent through email credit. I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE.

It took 2 months to receive my order. You could buy better quality shorts from Walmart or Target. The top was coming apart from the seams just from opening from the packaging. I was told about a month in I would receive a 20% refund for the delay in shipping. I never received it. The sizing was not accurate in the least bit. I will not be shopping with them again. I don't recommend them to anyone.

It was very easy to find a beautiful communion dress and veil online. Once chosen, the order was processed and shipped within days. I was thrilled with the product once it arrived, and have a very happy great niece, as she tried the dress and veil on and looks and feels quite beautiful in it. Thanks Mia Belle Baby for helping make this a stress free experience. Should the need arise, I will definitely call on you again!

Wow! After almost 4 months of waiting and countless emails this is what was delivered! It's clearly a knock off of the pictured dress! It's horrid! This company is a total fraud! I've tried to leave this review on the adds that continue to pop up on my Facebook feed but I'm assuming Mia Belle Girls have blocked from comments after the first comment I left warning people of the shipping times. Worst site I've ever ordered from!

Updating to add that after I posted this review Mia Belle Girls were in fact able to refund my money for the hat that I paid for with a valentines day outfit that apparently did not ship after all, like I was told. I will order from them again as I love the clothes and am glad they made right with this. I know to never order hats lol. Hopefully they don't do this to other people in the future. STOP advertising hats WITH an outfit for a HOLIDAY when you KNOW you won't be delivering the hat WITH the outfit! The fact that you cannot see how unbelievably wrong that is and then to lie and say it was shipped (almost a month after I ordered and have already received the outfit for a holiday in 2 days!) so I can't cancel the order and get a refund just showed how much of a scam company they truly are! They said 6 days ago it shipped so I couldn't get a refund and cancel but I have YET to receive tracking because it DID NOT SHIP! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love the outfit itself but WHY would I order a $20 hat if it wasn't coming with the outfit?

I started shopping here and thought wow this stuff is cute. OMG! So all of the shoes have come from an Asian name... horrible quality and that's the ones I actually received. I think the little elves were sitting there stitching them because it took forever to receive. Then after each purchase with them, my credit card was compromised. I contact them about my missing items and I swear... dumb as rocks. Mia Belle Girls kept saying sorry about my pair of shoes and I could have a store credit. I said ok it is clearly there on my order history that it is 3 pair missing and I want a refund. They said ok and then gave me some random small amount back. Ridiculous.

I ordered a few options for my daughter's Naming day outfit from Mia Belle Baby. Mia Belle Girls arrived beautifully packaged but there was a very minor mark on one of the dresses so I called customer services. They were excellent & arranged an exchange. They went above & beyond to get me the outfit I wanted.
I highly recommend & will definitely buy from them again :)

As a parent of newborn baby girl only concern, you have it about Safety. We were very suspicious before purchasing this online because we wish to see how tight the elastic is! When it arrived, we were happy. Elastic is not at all too tight and it fits perfectly on my daughter. Safe for her head. All the designs look fabulous. The material is also superior. Doesn't look too flashy. I really want to say you must try it! Highly recommend Mia Belle Baby.

Mia Belle Baby did not SHIP my order until over a month after I placed my order. In fact, Mia Belle Girls did not ship my items until I inquired where they were. Very shady. I did finally receive my items and then asked that they honor their policy and refund 20% of my order because my items were delivered far outside their estimated window. Once again, it's been months, and still I do not have a refund. A company that doesn't even honor their own policy is not one I suggest doing business with. There are other sites with the same exact clothing that you might have better luck with should an issue arise with your order.

This was my first-time shopping experience with Mia Belle Baby, after the recommendation from my aunt. I bought a dress for my sister. It's a denim and lace long sleeve dress. First of all, I like the store's website. It's pretty easy to check its all sections. Now coming back to the dress, it's cuter than its pictures on the website. Everyone in the house, including my sister, liked the dress. She is going to wear it today for a party.

I hope you are fortunate enough to get the product you ordered. FYI - Mia Belle Girls charge when order is submitted and not shipped. I ordered an Easter dress and shoes on March 12th and still nothing. I contacted Customer Service a week and a half later, since I received no updates on the order status and they could tell me absolutely nothing, not were empowered to do anything. They couldn't commit to timelines, expedite shipping, or anything. I asked to escalate to someone who maybe could help, and that was a waste - same canned messaging. The worst part is the owner has completely rigged the SEO and reviews for anyone to get anything useful. Scam, scam, scam, stay away! Please!

Warning! Do not order from this company. Mia Belle Girls sell defective product made of extremely cheap materials. The shoes I received had several flaws in the stitching, material is cheap, and the sizing is way off. After several emails and many pictures sent to them they are refusing to refund my money, stating that the issues I mentioned do not fall into there refund reasons. They leave me no other choice but to report these horrible business practices to the BBB. ‍

Ordered two dresses with an estimated 18-20 business days to deliver.
-The package was delivered after 57 freaking days.
-Only one dress was delivered and Mia Belle Girls are not responding for the other missing dress(sent 4 mails on missing dress). Outright scammers.
- The one delivered dress was okay with good fitting but came in a tightly bundled package (all the floral decorations crumbled).
Will never shop with them again. Had i seen the reviews would not have bought here!

Before Christmas I received the wrong size costume for my grand-daughter. I returned the costume at my expense and received credit. When I tried to order something else, everything I wanted was out of stock and was given a very short amount of time to use the credit. Waiting for Mia Belle to restock, my credit expired before Christmas. I not only lost the cost of the costume but also the cost of shipping it back. I have four grandkids that love costumes. I will never use Mia Belle Baby again.

DO NOT SHOP THIS SITE! Mia Belle Girls FALSELY ADVERTISE AS IF YOU ARE PURCHASING AUTHENTIC MERCHANDISE FROM THE USA; HOWEVER, MOST OF THEIR INVENTORY IS BEING SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA. THEY PROVIDE ERRONEOUS SHIPPING INFORMATION AND THEY LITERALLY LEAVE CUSTOMERS HANGING. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE AND WHEN YOUR DEALING WITH A FORMAL EVENT, WITH A DEADLINE, AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SHOULD SHOP THIS SITE - AT ALL.

Took my money ($320.00) FOURTY-SIX days ago, and I STILL have yet to recieve over half of my order! What I did recieve, was very poor quality clothing AND damaged goods. A pair of pants that weren't even sewn shut on the outside of the leg! I had to write them EIGHT times to get somebody to FINALLY replace these pants. As of today, I am STILL waiting on items to get here. Dont waist your time or money. This place is dishonest, over-priced, and not trust worthy with your money!

I ordered shoes for my grandbaby's picture and ordered them a full month in advance. This is May 3 and I still haven't received them. The photo session was Saturday so the shoes are of absolutely no value to me at this point. I have no idea if or when Mia Belle Girls will arrive. I will never order from this company again. Unless you want your child to have outgrown anything you order before your order arrives, I suggest you shop elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
