What service! From ordering to process notifications to delivery notifications to delivery - it was all appreciated. I knew where my order was up to at any stage. I’m SO excited about the four puppets appearance I purchased, I don’t know if I can wait for my grandchildren to receive them at Christmas. High quality! I learnt from last year to get in early to order puppets the grandkids chose so as to avoid disappointment. Kids love imaginative play with puppets and especially animals they feel a connection to.

We love Mini Zoo. The variety of brands and products they have in stock is extensive. The website is easy to navigate. The orders are always shipped very promptly. And its definitely worth signing up as there are sales often and now the reward system is a bonus. Plus supporting small family run businesses is a win win. Thankyou Mini Zoo.

Absolutely love this business, again I needed to add one more item to my order and they were able to add it after so didn’t have to pay for postage. So friendly, prompt to reply and I love the new additions to the store! I started by collecting just the animals and now am moving onto the felt scapes and wood trees etc :) Best business in Australia to buy the figurines from!! Highly recommend!

Mini Zoo has an amazing array of creatures. Their prices are competitive, and the turnaround time from purchase to receiving is very quick. Our family enjoys opening the Mini Zoo boxes: they are always packed beautifully and we know our full order will be there (no missing or bent or second-rate pieces).

My grandsons & I have dozens of Mini Zoo animals at each of our homes! The boys love coming to Grandma’s to play with “my” animals, because they are different from theirs.
And they are happy to leave them at my house, so that I can play with them!
The animals are fabulous & constantly generate imaginative play. They also learn many of the more obscure animal names.

I have been shopping with MiniZoo for many years now and I am still impressed by their care for the models as well as shipping them within the first few days of placing the order! My recent order was estimated to arrive 3-4 days after my Birthday but it arrived 3 days early which was so awesome and unexpected! Super happy with these guys!

MiniZoo assisted in my purchase and were happy to answer all of my questions prior. Postage and purchase were all hassle free. My only suggestion is to offer some photos that show the scale or size or some animals as while their are measurements my tired head didn't realise how small some would be. Looking forward to supporting this business in the future.

The service from Mini Zoo has always been fantastic, from the first time that I wanted to purchase something thru NZ Trade Me and needed a question answered to later purchases, the items get shipped within the day and any delays have been due to the postal system which is beyond their control. Amazing range of quality toys which will appeal to kids and adults.

What an absolute amazing business Mini Zoo really is the website is a dream to use and navigate effectively the products are always well priced and shipped appropriately I am a huge collector and twice now I have had nothing but great experiences with this company and I will certainly be a repeat customer 11/10 stars !

I love buying from this company. I have been doing so for some years now and their products and prompt service are always the best. My only regret is that sometimes I a figurine I'm after is out of stock but this just shows how many others love them too. I would rate them 5 star.

Order arrived much sooner than I expected, I live in Canada so I thought it would take about a month but it was only 2 weeks. The box was horribly crushed, but the plastic deer inside, ornate antlers and all, was still fine! The packaging protected it from any damage. The price was reasonable and the item was one I couldn't find anywhere else, I had been looking for two years and missed out last time it was in stock. Thank you for the email alert when it came back! I made sure to buy it this time.

Mini Zoo purchases arrive promptly and are packaged well. I have been buying Folkmanis puppets, Schleich animals and trucks, cars for the last 15 years from Mini Zoo and am always extremely satisfied when they arrive. They have a wide range of products to choose from. Mini Zoo's prices are cheaper than anywhere that l have found.

The customer service was excellent. Ship time wasn't bad considering the distance, easy to track.
The quality was very good.
What was disappointing was the fact that the label said: "Made in China". I thought I was buying something made in Australia from a small family company. But really, you are just a third party. Distributing something you didn't make and at a cost.
As I said I am satisfied with the product and my Granddaughter loves it. But will probably not order again from you as I like special things, not mass-produced items from China.

I have been purchasing from Minizoo for quite a long time, and I must say it is one of the best online global toy purchasing websites. Not only their price is lower than most of the global websites, but their service, product quality, packaging quality, and delivery time are also one of the best I have seen. I was impressed with the pricing, both for the item and shipping. I priced the same item on Ebay and it was a whole lot more. The item itself was a rare find and very beautiful for a toy horse. I also appreciated the care taken in packaging the horse, he had a long way to go. It took nearly a month, but tracking was available and it was good to see it never got lost. Thanks again.

I am an avid collector of prehistoric animals with a strong preference for models rather than toys. The quality of models that MiniZoo stocks from companies such as PNSO, Eofauna, Rebor, and Papo are outstanding and comparable to museum exhibits. And of course the toy lines such as Collecta, Schleich, Safari, and Mojo are perfect for young enthusiasts with lines that are appropriate for very young children. Their range is comprehensive and the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely the only place I buy figurines from these days. We have amassed a large ish collection from various places but now that I have found mini zoo they are the best as 1) priced well (often find overpriced/knockoffs on eBay and other retailers), 2) great range of animals and brands, 3) free postage over $99, 4) openly display number of remaining items. Also it’s lovely that I can indulge little one’s/my passion for animals and support a local small business with a family vibe. Great newsletters and random facts as well!
