Loved all of the products and expedited shipping options! My 7 year old daughter likes to "borrow" my mint&lily bracelets so I decided to get her a special one of her own and I know she'll be thrilled!

I received the Diana bracelet 2 months ago when my daughter passed. The piece that says "A piece of my heart is in heaven" fell out of the disk. Is there a way to get an extra round piece to insert back into my current bracelet? This is in addition to my order for the "H" bracelet. Can't just enter my credit card, either need to use shoppay or whatever crap service that REQUIRES my telephone number, or Apple Pay, or use PayPal that I can't use a credit card for unless I have their specific one. Very disappointed and have never seen such a business practice

Great customer service, so far! I had to place two separate orders, so I could not use the 60% off discount, but Mint & Lily were understanding enough and gave me two separate ones.

I already got a ring from you and it is AMAZING! But It took awhile, which I'm ok with, but I got constant emails about discounts... Why would I order more with no product? Got it and IN LOVE and now no discounts that are approved, but I need things by a date. So, I ordered, I even ordered myself a double. Order because you make quality products and I told myself I can't be complaining about a ring that is solid, spent the week in the ocean, and still looks gorgeous. This purchase was made after the resolution of my previous order and after the receipt of a free Italian Milano, the necklace promise was given to influence the completion of my pending order. When I checked out, the necklace was not listed free of cost but was for $20.30 instead. This was concerning as my first order was shipped incomplete (missing a mother's day gift for one of my daughters) and now the given promise was not fulfilled.

A very concerned and disappointed new and return customer.
