This product has the potential to save my life, but I wish its criteria for notifying contacts of a potential problem was not so rigid. Early on, it generated notices to my contact because the battery died (the charge is less than 48 hours) and when I intentionally turned it off because I was afraid I would not get it back on the charger before the battery died.

Meds should be in your computer and not on my frig. All other info should also be in your computer as well. If I fall outside of my apartment what good would it do if it is on my frig. EMS & the hospital should get the info from you. Other med help cos. do this. Why not you?

The entire process took about 15 minutes. Mobile help had received rave reviews. The equipment arrived within two days and it was a simple matter to hook everything up and to do a test run as well. And essential piece of equipment if you live alone or are growing old.

I've had the wireless setup just a short time and feel secure with it as long as I'm in my house or close by outside. My previous setup was great, but because of large trees around my house, I couldn't always get reception when needed so changed to wireless. It worked everywhere except in my house and yard.

I haven't had to use the services as yet thanks so far but the customer service has been just great. When I was setting up the base and was confused I called the phone number on the booklet and was promptly and nicely directed to customer service. The customer service agent guided me clearly and patiently through the set up and how to conduct the testing of the equipment. Everyone I'v had to talk with has been efficient and friendly.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. However, there was no indication of the sensitivity of the unit, nor was I informed that even with a false alarm, my son would be notified. I have been in the car, riding down the road when the alarm went off, the again when I was sitting down in a chair. This does become tiresome...knowing that others will be notified of the false alarm.

I have no problem with your company or service. What I do have a problem with is your insistence that I write a review. Every organization and company today wants me to write a review, answer questions, or fill out a survey. I've decided I'm not going to do it anymore! MobileHelp did what you promised to do and I appreciate that. I'm using my device every day. I do wish it had a clip so I could clip it to my clothing.

Customer service was good but the one I talked to when ordering kept telling me it would work in my area without cell phone service. When I contacted them when I got the product inform me it wouldn't work. They did give me a full refund but I had to pay for the postage.

I feel safe with mobile help.
However I have some concerns and suggestions.
I am disappointed that the battery lasts only two days, rather than the four days promised.
Also: I wish it was in white rather than black, or that it could be put on a waterproof chain rather than the cord.
Also, if the device could be smaller and less “bulky” that would be great. It is very noticeable under summer tops, a disadvantage for women.

I have two experiences dealing with Alerts set off by my mother's bracelet. In one instance, I was able to take the call and the process worked as described. On the second occasion, they left a voice mail. In attempting to return the call, I was routed through the phone system maze, never able to reach anyone. I made a call to my mother and found out that she had set the bracelet off by mistake. I am certainly glad this was not an actually emergency. Using automated phone answering services for an emergency center is very troubling.

Very disappointed - I purchased your product for a friend - before I received the unit she went downhill and needed full-time care so I returned the product. I have proof of the return and my Credit Card was not credited for over 3 weeks. I had to get my Credit Card company to file a dispute.

got this unit for my 93 y/o Mom She absolutely loves it Its got a set up for the bathroom and the kitchen. Set up for door lock with a passcode for the paramedics { no smashing the door in) Very easy to deal with the sales rep on the phone and got a great deal

I tried this out and it was too sensitive for me and kept going off. I was told I could get rid of the "fall" part of it and did until I realized that was what I wanted it for. So I returned it WELL BEFORE THE 30 days was up. That was weeks ago and I know it was received and why am I not getting my refund? I will have to dispute the charge on my Amex.

Saved my mother’s life within 2.5 weeks.
I recommend the one piece option with fall detection/cellular connection/gps locating to send help.
I love these people and their equipment greatly reduced what could’ve been a lot more traumatic.

I haven't had to use it yet but I feel safe knowing if I had to you are only a button away. I know that when I push that button there is a real person on the other end & will contact everyone I need& is there to help. They stay on the line till your help arrives. That is so reassuring to know you aren't alone

My wife and I recently was nearly fatal semi with our vehicle accident. My device indicated something was wrong... within 7 min we had emergency vehicles on the scene. Unbelievable product... recommend everyone should own MOBILE HELP. Mike Anderson

I ordered MobileHelp for my wife and the day after I got it and set it up my wife fell and they got in touch with to let me know and told me that the ambulance was on it’s way and this has happened about 6 or 7 times in about a 2 week period. The system works great.

Signed my 93 year old Dad up for MobileHelp because he is still active - walks 2 miles, twice a day- but he had a couple of falls in the house which are still unexplained. Now I feel better when he is out walking alone (which he prefers). If he falls, I am contacted right away. He has his freedom. I can relax a little.

MobileHelp is the best investment I have made. They are on the job 24/7. Always respectful and courteous, even when my cat pushed the button. She was on my lap and wasn't experiencing an emergency. The system is easy to use, and easy to set up, a live person walks you through every step of setup via telephone. I feel very secure in the hands of MobileHelp.
