I had trouble signing up for a contract over the Web and they were able to manually set up a pay monthly contract fairly quickly over the phone. Best deal for the phone and tariff on the market and it arrived (with a sim) the very next day. Great service!

I guess I've chosen one of the best phones on the shelf. It has only been 5 days but so far so good. Google could have added charger but the box contains just the phone and charging cable. But it's okay, I would like discounted charger from Google, if possible . I recommend this phone.

Buying not a ;problem but there were delivery issues. A delivery time was given and it was stated by DPD that if they couldn't deliver the phone it would be left at a DPD pick up shop. This didn't happen and instead the phone has now been rescheduled for delivery 3 days away

Managed to order the wrong phone online but Mobiles.co.uk shorted everything out over the phone, cancelled my order, phoned me back with stock levels to avoid me hanging on the phone, ordered me the correct phone and set everything up there and then and my new phone arrived the next day. Can't sing their praises enough.

Phone priced well, prompt delivery. Disappointed they still offer the stupid consumer-unfriendly manual cashback options. It's 2022, make it automated or just discount the headline rate.

I purchased a lovely Samsung Galaxy A33 and it was delivered the next day. Super quick and I was able to set up my new phone with Vodaphone really easily. The deal was super. The handset was part of it and it was £20 a month for a lot of lovely data. Way better then what I was on.

Really great service and part of Currys Group which also owns Carphone Warehouse. The deal I got gave me a tariff unavailable either direct from Vodafone or with Carphone Warehouse; I got more for a lower monthly fee. Phone was ordered 5pm and was delivered by noon the next day DPD - I'm thrilled with the service and will be back in 2yrs time for the next device.

I rang up the customer service line and I was given all of the information I requried and had a very nice interaction with the repasentative who was friendly and very informative. I later went online and continued with my purchase and the next day recived my goods. Very impressed and I will be recomending to all of my friends and family for their phone purchases.

Just waiting for my sim to be activated. I was expecting it to be active as soon as I put the sim into my new phone, but kept saying "sim not provisioned for voice"

I ordered a google 6 pro.
The order acknowledgement and delivery paperwork said 6 pro.
You actually sent me a google 6 not the pro model then went out of stock on the Pro after l had boought the cases etc.
what a waste of time.
