Terrible cheap quality
This leather I-Pad case appeared to be reasonable quality and looked really nice when I received it last year. However, I soon realized it was not up to the same quality as the leather case I had previously bought from a different company. Within a couple of months the leather edging started stripping off. I contacted Moderno who would neither give me a replacement or a refund. The pictures below are the case at one year old. This case has been used gently and definitely not abused in any way, clearly it cannot stand up to normal use. I would never buy from this company again. Save your money go elsewhere, don't waste your money on a Moderna I-Pad case like I did!

Dissatisfied Customer
I received an iPad case in October 2020 from Moderno Collections. At first everything looked good but after not quite 2 months of use the case has started to fall apart. I have contacted the company twice by email as Moderno Collections have no telephone number and they say as it is over 30 days they can not offer a refund or replacement even though on their website they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They offered a 40% discount on my next purchase, why would I purchase from them again when they will not stand behind their product? I am very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service and would strongly advise anyone from buying anything from this company. M

Poor Quality - Monderno wont stand behind their product --
Reached out to Monderno Collections to replace or refund our purchase of iPad leather cover -- cover is trimmed with cheap plastic - that quickly fails
Requested a replacement - Monderno refused - but did offer an "discount" on furture purchases. Filed a dispute with our credit card
Avoid Monderno and save yourselve a headache

Ordered on September 29,2021. Not received. Sent email inquiring about order status. Received email from Maderno October 7,2021 saying you would provide an update in the next few days. Have not received my order (Order MC75803). Still waiting to hear from Maderno, and receive my order. To date the order and service is not satisfactory.

Your recent add on Facebook implied that the item is now available for shipping?

Excessive Handling Fee On Returned Item
Moderno charged an excessive $7 handling fee on a $45.51 order. That's 15.38%! WOW! I bought my wife a charger for her B-Day. She didn't like it, so I requested a return. The quality was fine; it was just a preference call based on her aesthetic tastes. Also, I originally chose the "Extended return" for $2. FYI - Modernero automatically adds this fee of $2 to your cart. I usually buy presents early, so I thought it would be good so that I didn't get stuck with it if she didn't like it, which is what happened. Their product was good, but their policies are BAD. If you can find something similar, go elsewhere.

Difficult checking out
Difficult checking out. I wanted item shipped to my post office address and it wouldn't let me I live in a small town. Mail is not delivered to my home. If this item is shipped to my street address I will get it. If it is dropped off at the post office Moderno Collections may return it and I won't get it because it will not have my post office address on it b

Still have not received iPad case I ordered for Christmas
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a mint green iPad case as a Christmas gift for my daughter. After not receiving it on time, I emailed the company and Moderno Collections forgot to ship it. I was told they would process the order immediately. Weeks pass and no update or shipping confirmation. I email the company again and today I'm told they don't have the color requested and will send me another color. I've asked for a refund so fingers crossed I get one. I would definitely not recommend this company. It takes days for a response and I'm the only one concerned about the order.

Phone case fell apart in a month
I purchased an iPhone case with card holders. The case looked fine when it arrived. After using it for a month, the "leather" began separating from the shell of the case. Now, a little over two months after purchase, both of the card pockets have completely fallen off, leaving a black plastic case.

I contacted Moderna, and Moderno Collections offered me 40% off my next purchase, but no refund. 40% off a product that falls apart isn't an acceptable response.

I've attached a photo taken after a little over a month of use.

These people are a complete joke!
I tried to return my order. First, Moderno Collections don't respond. Then when you eventually keep hassling, they say that 30 days has expired and it is outside their return policy. They offer 40% off your next purchase. As if I'd want to buy something from them again. Don't buy from these people. You can get comparable products from other suppliers who treat their customers properly.

Item ordered arrived quickly but was damaged in the mail. Moderno was very gracious about replacing it. I sent in pictures of the merchandise however it was weeks before a replacement arrived. It was easy to communicate with them and I was finally pleased when the transaction was finally completed

Well now I see why ReviewFeeder has such a high rating for Moderno Collections. LOL. There is a pop-up as soon as you place your order that asks you to 'rate your overall shopping experience so far'. However, the rating page doesn't mention this fact. More important is how your experience is once you get and use your product! Hopefully I can add to this review once that occurs.

Tell me lies...
This company needs to be avoided at all costs. I ordered a phone case and after one month still had no tracking information. Moderno Collections assured me the item was sent from the US and not from China. After one month the US Postal Service is still awaiting the item. Do not purchase from this company unless you are prepared to wait a LONG time for your product.

Just okay, "Auto sleep/wake function" does not work.
I purchased this cover for my iPad Air 4th Gen, one of the main reasons I bought this cover was for the "Auto sleep/wake function" this does not work on my cover, Very Disappointed. I would not recommend this product, if you are looking for this functionality.

I had a few questions about the products I ordered. Customer service was more than wonderful!
Moderno Collections responded every time almost immediately! On a scale of 1-10 for service I give them a "10"!
I hope the products are as great as the service. If so, I will shop regularly and I will share with others how great the company is!

The ordering was fairly smooth except I had getting a hard time getting my street address in correctly. I wanted 3121-1 and it would not allow the -1. It also would not allow "unit 1" which is a common alternative to -1. I finally got 3121 1 to register after several trys. I almost gave up trying.

Great Customer service and product!
I have been looking for a great leather case for my iPad online and thankfully my friend referred me to this store. Not only the product is great but the customer service as well, as Moderno Collections help me with regards to my wrong ordered item and processed an exchange!

Arrived broken
I ordered this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. I was so happy because it shipped in two days. The product arrived and was broken. I emailed in to let you guys know and sent a video and then Moderno Collections said they would ship a new one. It never came.it's now January 11th and my husband doesn't have a Christmas gift because it arrived broken and the replacement never showed up.

2020 iPad Pro 12.9" blue leather case w/ tempered glass protector & 11" black case
Do yourself a favor and stay away from doing any business with this company! I purchased the two of the above covers and I received no shipping #, more than 35 days delivery, no communication, missing tempered glass screen protection, one case doesn't have the magnet to auto turn on/off when opened and closed as advertised on their website, Moderno Collections removed my email account so I couldn't request a refund. To be fair, I must say the leather case seems to a nice high quality leather case. I'm keeping the black one for the 11" as it has the open/ on close/ off feature, but I'm trying to send the 12.9" back. So if you don't mind the non existent, horrible customer support, missing items or even wrong items, you may enjoy this case. Buyer beware.
* Note. See top left of the black case, you can see the embedded magnet used for open/ on close off iPad Pro feature and not present on the blue case.

Horrible product!
Bought a cover for my new iPad. Have had it for 3.5 months and it is falling apart! Moderno Collections won't stand behind their product after 30 days. Only my husband and I use the iPad. They offered 40% off if I wanted to buy a new cover... SERIOUSLY! Why would I give this company more of my money for a faulty product! That would just be idiotic! The trim around the edge started to separate and now the leather cover is coming off! Run, run, run! Save your money!

MagSafe does not work as a magnet on Iphone 13 Pro
It took almost 3 weeks for me to receive the item. The case arrived and its MagSafe feature can barely hold the case itself without the phone. IPhone 13 Pro with the case does not stick to both MagSafe charges I tried it with, so I cannot use the case with both the car charger and home charging base.
