I've been looking to replace my wedding set since losing mine in a house fire four years ago. I was originally looking for a CZ set in white gold or platinum and stumbled across moissanite gem stones. So after much research i found MOISSANITE CO website and i couldn't believe the selection! Wow!! Also, i encourage you to go follow their instagram page..... you can see several pieces in live video and it makes their pieces much more visible than the pics on the website!

I was sold after seeing the ring on instagram video.. bought the exact same ring to the specs posted. Was very disappointed when it got here.. was much daintier and the stones were so white Moissanite Co looked more like an almost milky CZ. No were near the sparkle and depth that was seen in the video..but that was probably from the lighting.. I decided to return it.. and of course got hit with restock fee. if the ring had looked like the video I would have been thrilled.

I love my new ring! It is just stunning and I have received many compliments on it, including from a gemologist that works for a national company well known for their high quality diamonds and settings- he said my ring was the first thing he noticed about me and said the setting was gorgeous. I am very happy to have such a beautiful piece of jewelry for such a great price. Thank you, MoissaniteCo- I highly recommend this jewelry if you are considering diamond alternatives.

I just got engaged about a month ago... My fiance and I had already discussed the type of ring I wanted. We decided to go with an Moissanite instead of a natural diamond because I just cannot justify spnding that kind of money on a ring but I wanted the same look. When he opened the box and proposed I was literally at a loss for words. This ring is BEYOND gorgeous and I'm constantly getting complimented on it. If you are considering buying a Moissanite... Just do it. You'll be very glad you did.

I hope the 5star reviews are legit and people had a good experience. Me, not so. The ring I ordered was not brilliant. It lacked basic sparkle. The setting looked literally like it came from a gumball machine. Very poor quality. Nothing like the picture I loved. I sent it back at a cost to me of $75.00. $25.00 shipping and $50.00 restocking. Read all the fine print
The customer service was great. I had my refund minus the restocking fee quick. I really hoped the stone and setting would have matched the descriptions
I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this was warranted.

Ive loved and sold jewelry for 30 years and when i first discovered moissanite i couldnt believe how beautiful, when the stone moissanite first came out it had a weird tint to it, i cant explain it? Now Moissanite Co have perfected the stone and to me in order to get the quality in a genuine diamond as you do with moissanite it would cost a fortune.
Ladies Gentlemen go for it, you only live once, you can buy so much more when buying moissanite!!!

The price is good comparing to other sites with similar ring design. Although I didn't get a custom designed ring, but from my interaction with the service rep, Moissanite Co seem pretty fast in getting back to you. The only suggest is that some of the rings I have looked at don't have the 360 degree view, and the item information don't always specify all the details, so I had to search for images other customers have posted on the external sites and try to guess for the measurement.

This is my second purchase with Moissanite Co. The rings are all quite beautiful. The site can be tricky to navigate. Finding exactly what I wanted took a while and tons of back and forth emails. A few of the emails went unanswered. Item description is lacking on some items. The chat feature is also pretty hit or miss. More often than not I would get my questions forwarded to someone else and would then have to wait for an email response. Overall happy with my purchases. My ring was beautiful. I plan to order again in the further.

Problem getting the order through due to international credit card supervision. Or whatever it is called... Anyways, Moissanite Co were astonished by the fact that a payment in € was attempted to made. Therefore my bank was instructed to close down my credit card and after calling me they opened the card again. I understand that this is not your fault but the banking security nowadays. Anyways, I placed my order and expecting my order to arrive. FYI, these international banking "rules" are actually harming your business.

Elizabeth was wonderful and I have purchased before from moissanite.company and was very pleased. However the ring itself, the workmanship was outstanding solid and well done but the 9mm princess cut moissanite.co I ordered was ugly and cloudy. Nothing like the beauty I had seen on your Instagram or YouTube. I had even requested that it be hand selected. I have a vacation cz ring that has a better quality then the princess moissanite I purchased from the MoissaniteCo. I complained right away and even sent a picture. Unfortunately I needed the ring for my son's engagement party. I immediately went to my personal jeweler to have the stone replaced. The workmanship of the ring style was perfect and my previous purchases gorgeous. However, there needs to be work or training done on the cutting of the Moissanite Princess cuts stone.

I had so many questions and Moissanite Co were so helpful! I must have asked 50 questions over a period of 6 months or more bf we ordered the ring. The ring is exactly what we envisioned it to be. It's beautiful...stunning actually and we couldn't be happier with it. I believe that this is going to be the next greatest thing..bc people cannot tell the difference between stones...and you can get the setting you've always dreamed of along with the size/shape stone that you've always dreamed of for 1/4 of the price. My fiance couldn't be more happy with her ring!! The ring without a doubt looks better than 99.9% of the diamond ones I looked at and didn't cost nearly as much! I was very skeptical of buying moissanite, looked at hundred of diamonds in person and did months of research. You can spend 10k+ to get a 1 carat diamond that is nearly flawless in terms of the 4C's or you can spend a tenth of that and get a gorgeous moissanite rock that actually is!!! Couldn't be happier with the purchase and would recommend moissy to anyone!

I had the perfect ring picked out and went to order in December but had some unforeseen medical bills come up and couldn't make the purchase. Even had a 10% promo code. Fast forward to now I used live chat to ask if there was any way to get the 10% promo code like I had to buy the ring in my cart but was told No but Moissanite Co would talk to the sales department and get back to me by email in 1-2 days. Same day I received an email stating i could get the 10% code and I made my purchase the next day. My anniversary is in May and I can't wait to get in the ring. Was a pleasure dealing with all involved. Great shopping Experience!

I had to exchange my necklace for one that a longer, wider chain. I was initially skeptical about the exchange process because I didn't directly speak with anyone. But the return instructions were clear and the process was very easy.

I like that you use FedEx because I was able to route delivery to a store right down the street. I didn't need to be hone to sign for the package.

It can be rare to offer a review with NO critiques or suggestions for improvement. But this is definitely one such review. Quality of the merchandise, speed of delivery, price, beauty, investment, expertise and courtesy of customer service, ease of doing business, and the joyous response from the loved one to whom I gave this gift -- all of these make this experience stand out positively in my mind. I would definitely order again as well as recommend this business to friends.

It was a fairly easy experience, the only thing is I wish the site more mobile friendly. The day after receiving my order I found out that the size I thought was correct due to comparison to other rings my fiance wore was on fact a half size off. So I inquired about resizing and found out I had to pay for each ring in the set to be resized as well as pay for shipping and return shipping. In all I paid an additional $100 approximately to have the set resized. Needless to say I was pretty upset about that.

Of course Moissanite Co know moissanite so you know the stone will perform well but they also have quality settings and they customize! The price points are great - I shop from Canada and, even with the exchange rate, it's more economical to shop at Moissaniteco. Though I've listed this last, I can't stress the importance of responsive customer service and I've always been well taken care of by them. They are quick to respond to emails, usually within minutes!

I have been working with Elizabeth for maybe 3 months, she has been so very patient with all of my questions. This was a very special ring that my husband is purchasing for me for our anniversary. I thought in the beginning I wanted a 3 stone ring; then after much researching and discussion with Elizabeth regarding my wedding band, etc., and looking at all the stones available, I decided on a 3 ct Old European Cut round solitaire in a very beautiful setting.
