Moon Magic

My bff gave me this ring for my birthday. Within the first week of wearing it TWO of the stones fell out! When she told the company Moon Magic told her that because 30 days had passed they would make her the "special offer" of allowing her to buy me a replacement ring for 50% off! What kind of terrible service is that? I am shocked at the poor quality AND that they don't stand behind their products. Do not waste your money. They delete all the negative reviews on Instagram and will block you if you complain. This is not an upstanding business.

I ordered the Naia moonstone ring / twinkling band bundle for $85. I ordered the wrong size at first (my mistake), then exchanged it for my correct size and had to pay shipping to return. Unfortunately, the second ring I received looks rougher and less iridescent. The first ring I received (which I had to return) had a smoother glow and luster with more blue/purple/pink hues in the sunlight. The ring I have now does not shine as brightly and is missing the blue/purplish glow. I wish Moon Magic would have replaced the ring for free and ensured I had a quality gemstone.

I ordered 2 necklaces for $220 2 weeks ago today. After multiple days of asking when this was going to ship and being told Moon Magic don't know, I decided to cancel the order. They offered me a discount to not cancel the order and I after I refused their discount and stated to move forward with the cancellation, they have not responded at all. It has been over 48 hours and 5 emails now without a response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if they don't respond back by tomorrow. Please do NOT order from this company. Extremely sketchy and unprofessional. I have read multiple other reviews stating similar issues. Don't be fooled! Purchase your jewelry from a reputable source that responds to their customers promptly!

UPDATE: Moon Magic did end up refunding my order so I increased the stars from 1 to 2.

After receiving my ring I was concerned it had been damaged during its transit to Australia. I emailed Moon Magic and Nena responded ASAP with the option to either replace my ring or to chose something else of equivalent value with free shipping to Oz and no need to return the damaged ring. I was amazed - you don't find customer service like this anywhere! I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to buy from Moon Magic. The rings are elegant and dainty with designs you don't find anywhere else. I have three rings and will certainly be adding to my collection. I am a huge fan!

My ring from here didn't even last 3 months... The gems round the outside have fallen out and the company only guarantee your ring to last for 1 month... Be careful when buying ladies. The gems are beautiful but the rest of the jewellery is cheap and doesn't last!
Moon Magic have also now deleted every negative comment I've left on both Facebook and Instagram and then blocked me... Says it all really.

The ring set I ordered is gorgeous! My wife loves it! The stones are shiny and very colorful. I would say that the attention to detail is exceptional.

Additionally, their customer service is top-notch. Friendly, professional and efficient. I had ordered the wrong stone and when I contacted them Moon Magic were very helpful in fixing my mistake, will definitely be a repeat customer. I have my eye on a few items already!

Website is very stunning and is very easy to use. I only gave it 4 stars because I really wanted to see more photos of some of the rings on peoples fingers. Some of the rings had them but some did not. Even the ones that had pictures of what Moon Magic looked like on the hand I kind of wanted to see a couple more of them. All the rings look beautiful though and the pictures they do have are amazing! I just wanted more of them for all the rings I guess.

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a necklace. Tracking doesn't give me any updates for 10 days! I contacted customer service ( you can do it by email only) no phone number. Moon Magic are not helping at all telling me to contact USPS. However, it is only a sender who can investigate where the package is. There is no sender' address, I cant do anything and Moon Magic does not want to help. Technically, I was charged and never received anything. I am going to contact my bank and BBB.

I bought my first necklace and not only did it arrive late but it arrived with the chain of the necklace tarnished. It's brownish in a few spots from the jewelry box that it came in. It made me wonder how long it was sitting in that box for for it to get tarnished like that. Never have I ever received a tarnished necklace before when it's suppose to be brand new. I contacted customer service and I'm still waiting on a reply.

A month ago I have purchased "Moonstone Ring - Harlow" as a surprise gift for a very special friend of mine. The ring was beautiful and it looked very similar to the images online. Unfortunately, the ring size was a little too small. So I reached out to customer service, and Anna from their team reached out to me to assist me with my exchange. I have been working in the customer service industry for over 14 years, and I have to say Anna was nothing less than AMAZING! She was very prompt with my emails and made sure that I had all the information that I need in order to make the exchange quickly and without any hassle. After about two weeks of me shipping the original ring back, I received my exchange, and it even looked more beautiful than the original one. My friend loves it, and I am beyond pleased with the assistance that I have received. Because of representatives like Anna, I will definitely be back to purchase more items from this website. Thank you very much Moon Magic team for the amazing ring, and keep up the great customer service that you have.

My boyfriend bought me a moonstone ring for my birthday. It was around £80 at the time. Having had the piece for only 2 months It came away from the band and snapped! For £80 this is terrible. When we contacted customer support Moon Magic refused to do anything as they only offer a 1 month guarantee. They offered us a small discount for a new ring. Should we really have to spend over £100 for the sake of another poorly made product?

This is my first time purchasing from moon magic. I love moonstones but the price is a bit more than I'd typically expect so I was on the fence. All that being said, I did buy the piece and this is my review of it.

OVERALL: 3.5 / 5

The quality of the metal is wonderful. It's a bit daintier than I expected, but looks lovely on. What I'm rather disappointed with is the cut itself. This piece is not straight - the shaping of the stone has it so that the two points at the bottom of the piece do not line up. It looks off on and I can't express how disappointing this was for me.

The other thing I'm not a fan of (though understand this depends on each stone) is the lack of blue / color to the moonstone. There's one angle that shows some blue, but it's on an angle you'd rarely look at the piece for. Again, I understand this is relation to each stone so don't mind but want to share that don't expect your piece to look as dazzling as the piece on the website.

Overall, I wish there was more quality control before sending out work like this. I understand moon magic does sell pieces that are rough stones but this jewelry item should not have improper shaping like this.

I ordered a ring for a birthday present on New Years Day and have still not received it. The tracking says it is still stuck in NJ. I received an email saying have 20% off for the delay but really I just want the ring I paid for.

I can't seem to speak to anybody at all. Every email I send via the contact us ends up with the same suit generated email ‘ your package is delayed track via this website'.

Where is my order? Somebody please talk to me!

The worst customer service

I'm trying to learn the difference between the raw crystals and the crystals that aren't listed as raw. Overall, everything looks beautiful and I'm definitely planning to buy more. My shopping experience was great: felt overwhelmed with all the options because there's so many! However, I only ask to have a more detail meaning of raw crystals compared to the crystals that aren't listed as raw. I was a bit confused when I seen, "raw crystals."

Looks nothing like the ring on the website, very low quality, cloudy and you can see the glue under the stone. Definitely not worth the money. I was super excited to receive this ring because all the reviews were wonderful and everyone seemed very happy with their purchase not to mention the ring was absolutely stunning. After not liking mine one bit I looked further into reviews and saw Moon Magic have alot of bad reviews from the BBB and other sites. I will be asking for a exchange but after reading the reviews I dont even know If I want to exchange it or just get my money back which don't seem to happen often based on what ppl have said.

I ordered a Three By Sea bundle, and upon it's arrival I noticed the vermeil was chipped on the main ring (Queenly). I emailed customer service and Moon Magic didn't hesitate to offer to send me a new Queenly ring free of charge to replace the chipped one. It was very surprising and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. Will definitely be shopping with Moon Magic again and have already recommended it to friends.

Moon Magic Jewelry is a great company! I ordered a Moonstone ring in the style Nymph during the pandemic/quarantine and its delivery lifted my spirits. My ring arrived a little bit later than I expected and because I had mentioned it to their customer service I received a 10% discount for my next order. Moon Magic are truly an excellent company! They know exactly what their customers want and make sure to deliver only the best service possible.

I have found this online business to be extremely understanding and helpful. I bought a ring a short while ago, which is beautiful and dainty, and it arrived from the U. S in a week! Unfortunately the ring was a bit big and I was offered many solutions to rectify the issue. All correspondence from the team was professional and the team were extremely understanding and helpful. This was a replacement ring after I was unsatisfied with a previous purchase.
I have to congratulate the the customer service - it was phenomenal - I love this ring it's so shiny and pretty. Although delivery took a while but due to COVID nothing is coming on time it seems. Glad I finally received this yesterday and can't wait to get out of lockdown and get my nails done so it can pop on my hand! I sent photos to 5 friends yesterday LOL :) <3

I've waited a few months to write my review and I'm still soooo in love with my rings! I kept debating on whether or not I wanted to purchase rings from Moon Magic for the first time and finally bought the Moonstone Nymph ring! I was so impressed with the quality and it still looks beautiful!

I initially had a small issue with one of my rings and the customer service team was incredible! Moon Magic resolved the issue with no delay. I received my order for the poshness and nymph ring and I absolutely love them! The quality of these rings surpassed my expectations and I am so pleased with the customer service provided! I own 3 rings now and plan to buy from the new luxe collection! Thank you again!
