NOTHING! Tried the help line, get an overseas call centre that says this line is only for paid technical support (which mSpy conned me into buying and you WILL need) and they said the billing team are only available through email. Good luck with that.

Press complete, automatically bills you for another $80 of add ons. Instantly processed on your card. $211.00! In total.

I am so frustrated and disappointed. What a waste of money that I couldn't afford to lose but like most people these things are purchased at an emotional and stressful time.

I already have one of those for free! WHY would I pay a yearly subscription of $140 for that?! It didn't have any of the features that it advertises so heavily on the internet or website.

Customer service is a joke... They don't offer any reasonable solutions. Is it so hard to ask that it works as advertised or youI get my money back? I don't want to keep a product that is worthless to me. NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATION IS A NIGHTMARE...
BUYER BEWARE...
Well... Anytrans is crap. It never updates when the 2 devices are on the same internet daily. I know the jailbreak free version doesn't have all of the options as the jailbreak version, but those few functions should work and they don't. The... to top it off, I received a message from AnyTrans saying my trial was ending and I would need to purchase in order to keep all of my functionality (which is umm... basically nothing except eating up hella resources on my desktop)
Contacted service again, they put in a refund request for me. The dashboard I demo before purchasing this product that i thought was so nice, I am unable to use, yet that is not disclosed on their website. That is false advertisement and does not fall under the no refund BS document they have thrown together.
The response to the refund request was I needed to jailbreak my device for the features to work. Uh... what? I purchased the non-jailbreak version... so why would the fix to be to jailbreak. I don't want to jailbreak, I want refund, I replied. Crickets for DAYS. Sent a few more not so nicely worded emails, I admit... finally receiving another response... that I just need to jailbreak the device... and they would offer me their PAID customer service to me at no cost! What a deal! I get free, more than likely non-existent customer service to help jailbreak a device that I have no intention of jailbreaking just so they can pretend that is the issue until it doesn't work either.
Again, No thank you. Please issue my refund. It has now been about 2 weeks... maybe longer and not a response since. IDK if I can call my bank to reverse the charge, but I am going to try that... along with reporting to the BBB.
They are selling a product that doesn't work and they know it. I bet their mother's are proud.
Please do NOT buy this service. I cannot speak for Android, but do NOT purchase for iPhone.
At the beginning do not bother yourself and never think to buy this software since never do any job.
I will inform you about my experience with them.
Subscribe with full version and I found out the software is not working at the beginning mSpy will informing you you have to Waite 72 hours then the software will start working!
After 72 hours past then they said we are sorry we have technical issues that may take upto two weeks time!.
I requested a full refund then the drama will start I will put all email correspondence with them you will come to concussion that if you paid them:
1- you will not get this software work at all.
2- you never got back your money At all.
For your information this only a few email confirmation Imagen how much time you spend with them each time and at the end they will rip you off.

This reply is for Margaret (*******@mspy.com). WOW! Your response implies the fault lies with my device, which couldnt be farther from the truth! MSpy did, in fact, disable the Call Recordings & Record Surroundings features WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMERS! Over a years worth of recorded files are there one day & the next day, POOF, they are gone! NO PRIOR WARNINGNO NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER!
Consider the following scenario:
Over the course of 14 months, I purchase non-perishable food items from X company. I store these items in my pantry for future use. One night, without warning, X company decides they will no longer sell non-perishable food items AND they want everything back that Ive already purchased. X company sneaks into my home, unannounced, and takes all the food items out of my pantry. The next day, I decide to use some of the items Ive purchased from X company to prepare a meal for my family. I go to my pantry, discover that ALL the food items are gone and X company left a note saying, Sorry. Weve chosen to no longer sell non-perishable food items and, due to this decision, weve taken the liberty of stealing everything you purchased from us over the past 14 months. Thank you for your patronage and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If youd like to continue as a customer of X company, well gladly extend your membership for a few months.
HOW CRAZY IS THAT?! Why would anyone wish to continue any kind of relationship with a company that has no regard for its customers nor the devastation caused by taking away, WITHOUT WARNING, items (files) customers have collected and paid for? In my opinion, mSpy is no more than a corporate thief, believing its customers too stupid to read through the mumbo-jumbo apology. This weak excuse for an apology does not even address the fact that mSpy CHOSE to act in a manner that is both unconscionable and unprofessional (putting it mildly). In your pitiful excuse for an apology, you state, These features are device-dependable and in many cases, its performance is out of our control. Thats hilarious! Are you seriously trying to imply that, for some unknown reason, MY phone (which has perfectly compatible with mSpys features the entire time) caused the Call Recordings and Record Surroundings features to be disabled? Further, are you implying that MY phone caused these features to be disabled for EVERY CUSTOMER using these features? Take a look at the reviews. I am NOT the lone ranger here! I am the tip of the iceberg. I am a customer willing to take the time to speak out against corporate theft and TRY to get some sort of compensation for myself and all of the other unfortunate customers who lost priceless files like I did.
Finally, your corporate moguls (note the irony) and ANYONE CONTEMPLATING USING mSpy should take heed of mSpys F rating with the Better Business Bureau! A rating that will soon explode with complaint files, including mine!

Please note that the program runs as a malware on Android. You need to disable Play Protect, notifications, and allow access to everything. The program will run only for Dumb and Dumber. Any child that know a minimum will cancel this program.
Also please note that when I requested a refund mSpy offered tech support which I politely declined since I know my way around this things ( also it pretty easy to follow their useless guidance and it's pretty clear that the program is useless after all you are supposed to do; also the program gets canceled at 1st upgrade);

Overall very disappointed.
Do not buy this product it is totally useless on the new phones/versions
Initially, nothing was accessible from the target phone after signing up. After hours with customer service, I was instructed to download an additional app that would allow me to access the target iPhone information. I asked customer service about accessing Snapchat and mSpy said they cannot do that and they are working on being able to do that. Then, I was told I would have to physically connect the phone each time to the laptop to access any of the phone's content. This is contrary to what is shared on the website.
I contacted mSpy for a refund of $119.99 and they will not respond other than the automatic Zendesk response. They have not contacted me with a refund.
If you have an iPhone, please be very cautious about utilizing these services.
First of all, ADVERTISED that you do not need access to the targeted phone! FIRST LIE!
The set up was brutal and had to put in my daughters Apple ID and password into a site which really I knew nothing about so this made me so uncomfortable. Felt like all her information would be stolen. But I took my chances hoping and praying this wouldn't be the outcome. Didn't work, nothing worked. Had no access to her phone after all this set up. Tried to contact support to learn I had to pay an additional $17 PER MONTH! To talk to someone, remember this is on top of the $70 for 1 month of this so called PREMIUM subscription. The alternative was live chat, I did get to talk to someone who advised me I had to download the app on her phone and that the Apple is and password option doesn't work because Apple changed their security settings! Like great! Now I've entered her very private Apple ID and password into an app for no reason! So 5 days later when I was finally able to access my daughters phone I go through the install process... you know what I had access to? Her location and phone book. That's it! Yep $70 dollars for 1 month to know that she's in school or in our home. Soooo I contact live chat again to find out what I'm doing wrong, only for them to tell me I only get those features if I do at least the 3 month commitment or I can wait a week (April 28th) for them to release a new software called jailbreak that will break all the deeply encoded and encrypted (PROTECTION software) in my daughters phone. Like how creepy and now even more uncomfortable is this starting to sound! So I pay more or wait? This doesn't sound right at all except a scam. I tell them I want a refund since I am not getting the features I needed, wanted, paid for at a very high premium and not to mention AS ADVERTISED! MSpy say they will put my account on hold and I can call them back on the 28th once they release the new software. Again where I will then have to access the targeted device again, do another download and install and in my opinion put her device in security jeopardy. So I say well I can't call unless I pay another $20 per month to call, they say correct because I need at least a 3 month subscription to have that feature. Like isn't premium, premium? 1 month or 3? Isn't it all the same? So confusing. On top of that they will only start my subscription with the remaining time left of my 1 month. So it took me 5 days to access the phone which I wasted. So now I will only have 3 weeks remaining at a cost of $70! And from the reviews I've now been reading sounds like it's an ongoing promise to many other customers that has never been resolved and I am beyond doubtful there will be any resolution of this come April 28th!
This is a total money grabbing scam! Save you money, run from this company. Research some other apps, I hear there are other good apps out there that are a lot cheaper and actually do what they are meant to do!
For the record, I never write reviews. I don't think I've written a single review in my life. There was no way I would hold back from writing this to warn people to STAY AWAY!
She further informed me that mSpy have a fix coming in 3-6 months! Considering there are complaints on here from the summer, with responses from the MSpy Team in December of 2020 stating that this issue has already been resolved; I'm not going to hold my breath.
There is no live person to speak to, all options on their customer service line either hang up or say no one is available (without the ability to leave a voice mail), and they do not respond to any emails sent to ANY of their departments. I will be filing reviews and complaints anywhere possible at this point. Happy to share screenshots of all of these statements from the chat if anyone is in need. I will be combining them with the responses I am finding on these pages from MSpy.
The problems... Tracking isn't accurate even waiting 45+ minutes for it to recognize where you have been. Call logs to not update as they should. Even though these updates are set for 5 minutes, here we are 45 minutes later and nothing. There are other reputable companies out there doing a better job and for less$.
PEASE do not be fooled by these people. I was looking for an app that would monitor Snapchat on an IPhone without jailbreaking the phone. After hours of online research I found mspy. Many people had written about it being a good choice and capable of doing what I needed. The people that wrote these things must have been working for mspy, because mSpy lied. On the mspy web page blog there was a post by mspy giving people specific directions to set up to monitor Snapchat on an Iphone without jailbreaking. In addition I went to the mspy chat and asked specifically if mspy is capable of doing this... the response was yes. I figured this was enough confirmation and gave them my money for a one year subscription. What followed was days of me trying to set this up on the target phone and MANY calls and online chats. It would not monitor a single thing on the phone even aside from Snapchat. Finally in another chat I again asked for help and finally got the truth in response. They told me that mspy is not able to monitor Snapchat without jailbreaking the phone. I went through the online procedures to explain how they mislead me and requested a refund. I received a reply saying they would not refund my money because my reason was classified as a personal dislike of the app and not covered under their refund policy. I finally was able to get a person on the phone and told him what the email said and explained to him that it was not a personal reason... it was the result of them scamming me into buying something I could not use. The person on the phone said that I already had their response and he couldn't help me but I could email them again. I told him I had been getting ignored and put off for a week and needed to speak to his supervisor. A supervisor named Alex called me and explained everything AGAIN. At first he said he had no record of the original chat saying yes (before I purchased meaning yes it would do what I needed) so they would not refund. Then I said even if that's true what about the false directions posted telling people how to monitor without jailbreak? He said if I could send a screenshot of this he would process the refund. I sent the screenshot. I received a reply that said it was still a personal reason but they would offer me a 30% refund and I could still use the software to monitor the device for the length I purchased. I guess they forgot that I told them IT NEVER MONITORED ANYTHING ON THE PHONE! To this lame offer I responded:
This is NOT acceptable. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I spoke with Alex on the phone. I was lied to by your chat person and the website that this would monitor Snapchat without jailbreak before I bought it. After days of not being able to get this to work I was told it would not work without jailbreak. You are liars and scammers. I have spent weeks trying to get you to do the right thing with emails and phone calls and you keep giving lame excuses and trying to avoid accepting responsibility. Alex told me when I provided the screenshot proving you mislead people online he would move forward with my refund. Instead you offer me 30% and the ability to continue using it to monitor... THIS NEVER WORKED... I AM NOT ABLE TO MONITOR ANYTHING! UNBELIEVABLE! If you do not give me the full refund I will post everything I mentioned here on every possible review site I can and report you to Better Business, Consumer Affairs, and anywhere else I can to warn people away from your lies and scams. I will post the screenshot where you lied and the chat where you tell me I can't use it without jailbreak. Refund my FULL amount! They then sent an offer of 70%. I demanded full. Then they sent a message that I would receive "less than 9%" due to various fees.
Now they are ignoring me. I have sent 2 more emails asking for the status of my refund and have gotten nothing. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
After waiting 2 weeks for a response, I put in another request... nothing, now they say no refund is available because I won't accept technical help. This company has very unethical practices! I would not buy anything from this company. I opened a case against them with Paypal and mSpyware immediately sent me a threatening email, saying they would refund 70% if I would close the case, but I had to close the case to get the refund! Unethical... do your research, stupid me, I didn't research them first.

Apparently on 8/11/21 they came up with a new refund policy that offers no refund whether it works or it doesn't! Stay away! Don't waste your money and time
Suddenly the tone from them changes and mSpy have a "new" version that will fix all my troubles! I decided to hear them out on the new version and it's all sounding fine except that they want me to pay them to install it... ok... so I already paid for 12 months and it didn't work as advertised and now you want more money?!? I told them I'm not interested and I just want my money back. They agreed to do 30% of my purchase price. Lol... scam company... garbage customer service... shady billing department. Nevermind the fact that they're storing private information from your phone on their servers. I wonder what someone might do when the keylogger picks up your bank login information... Stay clear of these con artists!
