The driver Tim was very professional and polite. He transported our sweet furbaby Millie safely to our home in Northern CA. His communication was excellent. He kept us up to date when he got our puppy from the Hayward airport and that he had other puppy deliveries to make but to expect him between the 3-hour window we were given. He contacted us when he was 20 minutes out from our home & arrived when he said he would. Very pleased with your service!
Rebecca was my puppy's My Pet Cab driver. She picked him up at the airport and delivered our new family member to our door. She was wonderful! She contacted me when appropriate. She was professional and friendly in the right combination. She definitely loves puppies. I have another puppy who greeted her at the door, and she gave him lots of love. She explained everything I needed to know about our puppy delivery, took our photo with our new family member, and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The entire experience was terrific. Thank you!!!
You all did a wonderful job! Every step of the process was easy and straight forward and delivered our little guy safely. Adam was our driver - he was professional and so kind of us and our pup. Can’t thank you all enough!
One piece of feedback I would share is maybe consider sending a follow up text to the phone call the day prior regarding delivery time and confirmation of address. I missed the call and didn’t catch the voicemail until the next day (my bad there!).
My new puppy arrived safely and appeared well taken care of during her trip from the airport. I was given a delivery window of 3 hours and she arrived within the first 1/2 hour of the expected time frame, which meant a much less stressful travel experience. Her driver was friendly and very helpful
Jesse delivered my puppy golden retriever. He did an excellent job, and stayed with my new puppy and i for a little while , while my new puppy got used to being around me and could crawl out of his carrying crate. There was water in his carrying crate and food and vaccination records to give to me. Jesse was kind and gentle to my new puppy. And to me, He was a very good driver and nice man.
It was a comfort to work with My Pet Cab. First of all, MPC called and introduced our driver, Tim, and explained what were the next steps and when we'd hear from him. Exactly what was explained was what happened. Tim texted and called the day of delivery. Because we were anxious, we may have "bothered" Tim more than what was necessary prior to delivery, but Tim responded to all those texts with a sense of humor. We new once Tim arrived with our new family member, that she was treated well by Tim. Tim explained that she had eaten, hydrated and urinated. Tim talked with us about 10-15 minutes - which also gave us comfort that he cared and took care of Puppy Tommie.
It was a great experience... Somewhat like waiting for the Stork to come with your baby!! Thank you for the safe ride to my doorstep. The driver was polite and excited for me. Even took a picture so it was personable as well. and the communication was excellent. The text showed me up to the minute of the arrival. Thank you.
Our puppy was delivered happy and safely to our house with love and kindness,instructions were made clear of the transportation and Delivery process. Feeding information was passed on as well as status from flight to my hard. Totally happy with this couple on professionalism of care. Thank you very much Wayne.
My new puppy was covered in dried feces and urine, when delivered. We paid for her to be shipped to us in the care of people who we had no choice but to trust. She was dehydrated when she arrived. The paperwork states she was offered food and water last at 1am. She arrived after 2pm, so she didn’t have anything to eat or drink for 13 hours. Someone dropped the ball. Don’t use this service. I will be leaving my review anywhere I can so people know what kind of service you offer.
Amazing experience! We had Georgi and he was amazing and took care of our Little Norah so well! She even loved him. He was updating us every step of the way. He even came up to our apartment and spoke to us for a few minutes. He delivered a happy, healthy, energetic puppy. We are so happy!!!
The puppy arrived on time however she was covered in Feces urine and vomit. The driver didn't take any time to clean her up before delivery. Communicating with the driver was impossible because she didn't speak English. It would have been nice if she was able to tell us what supplies, papers etc she was delivering.
While the communication aspect was great and the arrival of my puppy was timely, the conditions he arrived in were very poor. He was healthy which is great, but when I ask Irvin (the courier) when the last time Milo had peed/pooped, he said that he did so on the way to the apartment but that the pee pad had been changed. Much to my surprise, immediately after Irvin left and I was inspecting the documents, food attached to the crate and the crate itself, I saw that the pee pad had in fact NOT been changed to the point where there was dry pee all over it and a large amount of dried poop. Now having spent 5 days with my 4.3 pound puppy, I know that that amount of poop was not from one time pooping, it must've been an accumulation which makes me wonder how long he had been sitting in his own poop and pee for.
The driver was great and very communicative. She texted us before our puppy landed just to say he was on his way. Then she sent me a text with a picture telling me he was fine. Then she called me to tell me he was fine and how long it would be till she delivered our puppy to us. It was a very good experience. Thank you
Driver sent a text telling us the puppy was picked up at Hayward Executive Airport and approximately the time we could expect him as he had several puppy deliveries to make. He called about 1/2 hour away from his arrival at our home and did arrive at the time he predicted. Everything went well and he was very polite and efficient. My Pet Cab did a good job and we were very happy.
Your driver kept me informed as to where he was and arrived almost exactly on the minute that quoted. He was polite and had her on my porch with paperwork quickly. Took our picture (she weighed a little more than I was expecting lol) and was on his way. I don’t think I thanked him enough so please pass along my gratitude!
The whole experience was terrific. My Pet Cab was very communicative - we got several calls ahead of our new Puppy’s flight keeping us apprised of details like her flight, expected time window, required documentation from us, as well as our driver’s name and contact information.
On gotcha day, I got a call confirming the plan and another call from Rich the driver letting us know he was about an hour away. Our new Puppy Indy arrived in great condition and it is clear Rich loves what he does.
We would highly recommend My Pet Cab!
Penny my Shih-Tzu was delivered on 5/18/2022, safe and sound, by Jamie Reyas. Penny is beautiful and very happy in he new home. There was only one slight problem, I had asked you to call my home phone, a landline 860 563-2449. Jamie texted my home phone so I never received the two-hour notice from Trenton. NJ.
Adrian delivered the puppy on the early end of the promised time window and called me to let me know he was on the way, he was friendly and caring and seems like the puppy had a pretty good trip. We are so super happy to have him, thanks for bringing him to us safely and with as little stress as possible.
Kate was excellent. I called her and she didn't realize she was 10 minutes from my place. Ha. Awesome recovery. She was here in 12 minutes. My puppy was clean. Full of energy. He's a ball of fur. Gave Kate a tip. Said our good byes. She took a photo and sent it to me too. Fun. Thank you! S
Paul was great! He called me an hour and a half before drop off to confirm and I told him my apartment building was tricky and suggested he cal when he was close. He called me when he was 3 minutes away and I was able to direct him to my place - he was wonderfully kind and had clearly taken good care of my beautiful baby puppy.
