Terrible product and terrible customer service
I order a wallet that arrived in plenty of time for Father's Day, but MyPhotoWallet had distorted my daughter's face. They emailed me that the photo had to be "enhanced", but apparently meant they widened my daughter's eyes, eyebrows, and nose. I requested a refund or a new wallet and received the following message via email from "Vivian":

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the wallet and we're very sorry that the end product was not as you expected, as per check, the wallet looks fine. There's a slight difference because the photocopying effect could not represent a colorful image completely. We sincerely hope you can understand under the circumstance.

Please know we're always looking to do better, and your feedback will help us to do so.

So they are doing nothing to remedy it.

THE WORST!
I waited over 35 days for an engraved pendant with no updates until i initiated emails. No phone number to contact customer service.
Was offered a discount upon arrival & never issued. The engraving is horrible & now i cant give this as the gift it was intended for. Waste of money, time,& emails.
Very disappointed, i wanted to give this business a -5 stars

Despite the bad reviews, I love mine.
I was so worried after I ordered my husband's wallet because I failed to look at the reviews beforehand. Now I'm glad I didnt because I wouldnt have ordered. I made my order on Dec. 3rd and just received my wallet today on the 17th! Just in time for Christmas. I just got a sketch on mine instead of a real life photo sketch. Super happy with my purchase.

Absolutely Terrible!
An inscription on the wallet is optional. I choose not to have an inscription. It came with the very stupid inscription shown on their website sample. This was on the woman's wallet.
The men's wallet, does not have their sample inscription on it, even though an inscription is shown on the website sample also.
Their customer service basically says, that how it is pictured, so that's how you get it. Nowhere in the written description does it say that it includes a stock inscription. And why does the woman's wallet have it and not the man's!
I would give them zero stars if possible.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
We read reviews before purchasing, loved the examples, etc. we bought as a Father's Day gift. It took over a month to get here, but we were so excited to get it fir my husband. We opened it and didn't know whether to laugh hysterically, be outraged, or throw it away. The quality it crud, the photo made my husband and son look like night of the living dead zombies, it was hideous! We've tried contacting the contacting the company via email and phone and have received not one reply. We are filing with the BBB. Hopefully so other poor schmuck won't waste their money.

This website is a whole scam.
I bought a nightlight picture glass frame, and keychain. The keychain never came with my package. Also, the picture is not even glass! It's cheap plastic, and when I light it up, there is nasty stains on the plastic that won't come out. I'm honestly embarrassed to gift this to my friend. The display of the picture is pretty, but I ordered a nightlight, not a picture! I tried wiping the nasty specks of dust and it wouldn't come off. The only reason why I am reviewing this, is because the reviews on their website are too perfect and look fake. This is terrible what MyPhotoWallet are doing to future customers. This was not worth $35.

Bunch of lies
I ordered a personalized rechargeable lighter for my husband for Father's Day and I still have not yet to receive it MyPhotoWallet keep saying it's because of covid-19 which I feel it's bull$#*! because I'm getting everything else on time and I knew with personalized gifts it might take some time but how much more time they need. It shipped out on May 11 and it's June 8th still nothing. It's still in the same spot it's been since the 16th of May. I emailed and emailed and they keep telling me the same thing and it will take 7-10 business days but there web site says something different I think there lying to me. I told them either I find my package or give me my money back and no response. I'm so pissed off. I also track my purchase from 2 different apps and it's telling me to different things.

Not what we had in mind
The shipping was not an issue but the product overall just lacked what we were expecting. It outlined certain areas that it shouldn't have and left out details in the faces especially our baby boys but the material of the wallet alone is nice but to pay the money for this product isn't worth it. The idea of it is awesome but the actual end product doesn't deliver that satisfaction that I was hoping for. My husband will love it because the idea behind it but as his wife I will be honest and say, I don't love it!

Absolutely terrible
Not only did it take a whole month but the product is garbage! What I thought would be a beautiful sentimental gift turned into a embarrassment. The photo aged my daughter and I by like 15 years. When contacting their customer service MyPhotoWallet did nothing to rectify the situation. They kept explaining their equipment that manufacturers their product. Absolute waste of money! Don't waste your money because 2 out of 100 people got a good product!

Awful, awful, awful. Terrible PR.
Ordered a wallet for my husband with a picture of our granddaughter. Photo work on the wallet looked nothing like our granddaughter. MyPhotoWallet should have called or emailed that the photo sent could not be replicated properly onto the wallet. I emailed immediately after receiving the wallet and sent photo as asked. I was hoping to either try another photo or refund my money. Was emailed back that the "artist" draws the photos before they are imprinted. (All example photo wallets looked great). The fact that they were placing blame, and not good at PR and cheating people out of their money for a wallet that will not be used. I will not be using this company again. I hope people will read ALL reviews before using this Company. That was a strike on me. I've warned family and friends and have asked that they do the same.

Horrible all around.
Not only is the product horrible and cheaply made, but the customer service is horrible as well! MyPhotoWallet basically told me, after I received the wallet for my husband for valentines day, that even though the picture makes our kids look like gremlins they won't be doing anything about it. I took pictures especially for the wallet, exactly how the examples tells you to take them. They look terrifying. I was so angry, and after contacting them I was even more upset. It takes them forever to respond and they respond with sarcasm and disrespect.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Spend a little more and get a much better product from shutterfly or etsy or something. Do not buy here!

Bad Business
I ordered this for Fathers Day, I ordered and month and a half in advance to be sure I received it on time. After three weeks and still no shipping notice, I emailed them. The apologized and said MyPhotoWallet had to send it back to reproduction because it was not satisfactory. Well wouldn't you let your customer know this when it happens? Nope! Not until I emailed them. That same day I got a shipping notice, but it still has not left the facility after two weeks. Says USPS is waiting receipt of package.? Emailed them again and told them I want my money back or the wallet by Saturday considering Fathers Day is Sunday. Don't waste your money, or order a year in advanced. According to other reviews, if and when you get it, it will look like crap.

HORRIFIC, HOW CAN RATE THIS COMPANY GARBAGE AT BEST
Item I paid VIP for the 9th of December, arrived the 2nd week of January. I attempted to cancelled the order 2 days before the holiday as MyPhotoWallet told me that it was not ready, however then followed up with another email that it would recieve it shortly after the holidays on the 25th and would be provided with 40% off my today purchases. A week after the holidays and my item had not yet arrived and asked them for a full refund as I still had not received my items. We have over 20 email exchanges for another 2 weeks and last week my item arrived. THIS IS POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO NOT SHIP IT AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND SHIPPED, SO TO BE ABLE CHARGE ME. I'LL BE SURE TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK THROUGHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA BY THE END OF THIS WEEK IF I AM NOT 100% REIMBURSED.

TRASH! STILL WAITING
I ordered my husband a personalized lighter on JUNE 2ND for Father's Day.
It's now June 25th & I STILL haven't received an email stating it's even done being made!
I am beyond pissed off! I emailed with "customer service" got the normal BS. Wait another 3-5 days blah blah. So after 6 days I wrote them & now MyPhotoWallet won't answer at all.
It was my husbands FIRST Father's Day.
I am LIVID

Ordered a month ago and still nothing
Wish I had seen this site before I ordered from them! Website states 5-7 business days to process the order. What it doesn't tell you is shipping is a flat fee of $10 and it will take 10-15 business days (yes that is up to three weeks, minimum of two weeks). I've been tracking the order and for the last 5 days it's been somewhere about 15 minutes away and hasn't moved. Their website didn't say anything about how long it would take to receive my order until I paid. This was a gift for my daughter as she's off to college but she's already left and we still don't have her necklace. I asked for a refund and MyPhotoWallet said no because the order is already on its way. Yeah been waiting a month and still nothing. Do not buy from them!

FRAUDS!
One day after my purchase, I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the wallet because of horrible reviews from a LEGIT website. I have been requesting that my order be canceled for 3 weeks and each email I get back from "Irene", is her asking me to confirm I want to cancel my order. These people will try to insult your intelligence and act as though MyPhotoWallet do not understand basic English.
All reviews that are found on their website is fraudulent and they should be reported to the better business bureau. Beware and do not shop with them. I dealt with Jesse and Irene and both are remedial.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

Amazing
Honestly it captured the likeness of my. Niys perfectly seriously ome happy lady who can't wait to give this to what will be one happy dad on Father's day! The quality of the wallet is impressive and the printing quality is far better then expected (im always skeptical of online buying) 100% will purchase from this company again thanks again for amazing quality and speedy delivery

Worst freaking company in the universe
This is the worst freaking company on the planet. I ordered a wallet months ago for father's day. I expected a delay but here an 2 months later and nothing has shown up. These people are so hard to get ahold of and make excuses like due to covid 19... blah blah. Never order from this lying cheat bag scamming company. MyPhotoWallet just steal you money. I'm coming with huge shoes to stomp a mudhole in these awful liars.

Do not buy from them! Big scam, Chinese company
I ordered a key chain on November 27th and after several emails, MyPhotoWallet say the product is in customs sample audit in California and to give them one more week! According to the track number, the package has been in California for 10 days! Customers need to be aware that this company is in Hong Kong, China and it will take forever to get the product!. It is not cheap and it is a scam.

What a joke! Not worth it!
I ordered a wallet for my husband, it arrived within a two-week time frame, however, when I got the wallet the photo was off center and the photo looked horrible. Like the printer overdid it. I contacted My Photo Wallet and asked for a refund and all I received was automated responses stating how MyPhotoWallet don't do refunds. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE!
