Terrible customer service
I received my Pillow for Christmas. My 17cyear old son saved up and bought it for me for $50. I have cervical stenosis of the spinal cord and he thought it would help me sleep. It did not. I tried to return it and Walmart would not return because it was over $25 and I didn't have a receipt. I was told contact the company who sells them and MyPillow would help me because the Pillow was guaranteed or money back. They basically told me to get lost and they could not help me because I did not purchase it online. Now I have a $50 Pillow in a box that I'm am sending to Goodwill brand new. I am very upset that my kid was cheated out of $50 and believed that it could be returned if not satisfied. I guess he learned about people and companies that lie to get your money

Returned Items Poor Quality and Not Reimbursed Until After Multiple Requests
I bought some slippers back in November. MyPillow came and were the wrong color, so I emailed the company and asked them to exchange them for the color I ordered. The company told me to hang on to the original slippers they sent and to send them back when I got the right order. The new slippers came in, they did not fit. I sent both pair back back in early December and emailed Customer Service to let them know. It has been a merry chase ever since trying to get my money back.

I have just been informed, today is 2/17/2022, that the company received both pair of slippers back on 1/26/2022. After fighting my way through two levels of customer service this morning, I have just been told my money will be refunded today. After they deduct the shipping costs. They did not refund my money earlier because they said there was no RMA (whatever the heck that is) to do so.

I wanted to like this company because of the owner's story behind it. At this point, after multiple interactions with their 'customer service' reps, I am singularly unimpressed both with their 'service' and because many of their products are manufactured overseas, despite their claims to manufacture goods in the USA.

Sick and tired of My Pillow
I hate to beat a dead horse but, this $#*! Mike Lindell is still allowed to spew out his lies on the Tucker Carlson show. I've been forced to watch a different network just because this show continues to air his crap. If anyone at Fox News actually used the product MyPillow take blood money from, they would have to agree this company is a sham. This jackass border on false advertisement with his geeza sheets. He doesn't actually say it but, he implies that all his products are made in his "home " state of Minnesota. These ads show sheets that " flow" over your bed. The reality is these sheets are made in India and probably never see Minnesota. They are the most wrinkled sheets I've ever seen. The "actors " used in these commercials should be condemned from making any other lies. I could go on and on but, goal in life to see this lying hypocrite go bankrupt. Someday I would like to watch Tucker Carlson again.

It's actually really bad
I'm a right wing Christian so this is not a political review but this pillow is really bad. I bought the firmest pillow MyPillow had and it's not just firm but incredibly lumpy and terrible. Extremely uncomfortable and hardly fits in a pillow case. It really is just shredded foam thrown into a cotton covering. The external cotton covering looks high quality but the pillow itself really is uncomfortable. I slept on this pillow for 6 months or so and I really wanted to like this. It was the first pillow I spent more than $10 on in my entire life and I felt that I had to get used to it before I really appreciated how great it was. I got it on sale for like $30+shipping so I had a bit of a sunken cost fallacy going on in my head but ultimately I replaced it with a firm memory foam pillow from amazon and my sleep has improved quite a bit objectively. I use a samsung galaxy watch 3 to track my sleep score. With the Mypillow I score about a 36 most nights, with a regular 10 dollar pillow from bed bath I score in the 60's. With a decent memory foam pillow I score in the 80's or so. I'd include brand names but I wouldn't want to give the impression that I'm some sort of shill. I'm telling you objectively as I can; AVOID Mypillow they are really really really poor quality.

The Best and the Worse Pillow
The original purchase was a success. Both my husband and I felt the difference and we loved them so much so that I ordered another set for our second home. This time MyPillow were so bad, especially mine, that I called the company and told them they sent me the wrong pillow which was not even labeled. The lady that on the phone was apologetic and said that she would send me another pillow which never arrived. Tired of waking up with a stiff neck, I called again and they informed me that I had ordered the wrong model, to send them back by paying the shipping and they would send me the ones I needed, exactly what I had ordered with my first order. I did just that and when the pillows arrived, I fluffed them int he dryer per instructions, I brought them to my second home, slept on them and got the same results. Stiff neck and very uncomfortable all throughout he night. When we go back to our primary home and sleep on the original pillows we purchased, we love them as they support our neck and are way softer. Because of my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone because you never know what you are going to get, They are not consistent.

Marginal pillow, at best
Bought a single classic at Marine Corps Exchange, Cherry Point, NC for 49 and change with intent to replace all other home pillows (5 more if first proved satisfactory). It did fluff upon dryer treatment at onset, and first three weeks clearly demonstrated the pillow is not as advertised. Minimally must be fluffed 3 times nightly and still need forearm to maintain proper level too often (even double over at times but that makes a mighty skimpy king size pillow). I was truly saddened by this experience as I really felt his volume (41million units!) meant My Pillow had come upon a good thing. Almost any pillow over $20 competes favorably. My pillow does not deserve its rave reviews. One can see the "American made" is down the toilet with the founder in his buying Egyptian cotton for what is doubtless another sham. Sorry, I can't recommend and won't bother even attempting to return my purchase. Just chalk it up to lesson learned.

Well i watched the MY Pillow commercials for over 2 years and finally decided to let go of my $50.00 and get one because i had trouble sleeping and neck would hurt.
So today is day 5 and my neck hurts worse! Pain moved down to upper back. So my pillow is headed right back to walmart! The pillow felt so, so... i wanted to hug it & love it but really i didnt see that it was any better than most new $5.00 pillows. I can say that when watching TV in bed the My Pillow didnt go down as far so i didnt have to use 2 pillows, but the comfort was not worth all of the hype... it just wasnt what i dreamed of! I got the classic med filled one. Maybe the firmer or bigger would have made a difference? I went by the guide. Iam a woman 5"2 and weigh 157. So the pillow chart said get this one. But it just didnt feel all that great sleeping and seemed small to me. Ive heard many people that love the pillow... thats why i bought it. Customers in my store liked it. But not me. Sorry Mike... its not the best pillow in the whole wide world for this girl.

Best Pillow I Ever Had
I bought the premium queen My Pillow in a medium filling about 7 or 8 years ago and this pillow is as comfortable now as when it was brand new. I used to use a memory foam pillow but still woke up with either a headache or neck pain. I am a side sleeper but with My Pillow it gives me perfect support and DOES NOT collapse during the night even now years later. I have washed and dried it and it still holds it shape. When I first opened the package I was a little sceptical about the filling because it feels like it is stuffed with foam chunks but I noticed the best sleep I ever had the very first night. Don't know exactly how the filling works but it does. I am so glad I purchased this pillow and will buy another if this one ever wears out. Curious now to buy the sheets.

Not even a good pillow
I ordered the 4 pillow package because I heard great endorsements from radio shows I listen to. First lesson learned, paid endorsers will endorse anything for money. Next, paying $117.00 for two normal and 2 small pillows is outrageous, no pillow is worth that. Then, any company requesting the customer pay for return shipping if MyPillow are not satisfied, lacks integrity and ethics. The MyPillow pillows are flimsy and uncomfortable. My neck hurts after sleeping on these pillows and I get less sleep than I did using a $10 pillow from a local retailer. I contacted the company to let them know their product falls way short of advertised expectations. There answer is hey, we'll ship you another pillow or refund your money and you, the customer, pay for return shipping. This from a company emphasizing their founder is a "Christian." Wearing a cross around your neck doesn't make you a Christian anymore going into McDonald's makes you a hamburger. Integrity and ethics is more of a witness than words.

Warranty - ain't all that
We bought two different support type pillows in Jan 2016 as my wife and I have different sleeping needs. Started off fine but after about a year we started noticing MyPillow did not maintain the support.

Then later when at our chiropractor for waking up with neck / head aches, he said it was our pillows. So here we are 2 1/2 years later and reached out to MyPIllow and all they will do to honor their 10 year warranty is 'exchange' the pillow.

We have 2 different type of pillows and they will just exchange them for the 'same thing' - even though the pillow quality will likely be the same in the future. I'd rather go back to Walmart or something and buy a new pillow every year or so than repeat this - especially at the cost they charged for the pillows.

Customer Service
I called my pillow around 12noon EST today to check on my order. I was confused because FEDEX had send me a notification that my order would be delivered at close of day yesterday and it didn't arrive. The woman at MyPillow I spoke with was beyond rude and eventually hung up on me because I challenged her to find my order and she didn't know where it was. She said she couldn't tell me anything different than FEDEX. She wouldn't let me finish before she continually interrupted me. Her tone was rude and she was condescending towards me. I felt like I was speaking to some kind of entitled person who could care less what I had to say. I will not be ordering from this company ever again. MyPillow took my money, I still don't have my order, I was treated badly by the rep and I waited on hold for 30 min.to get someone on the phone. This is why people order from Amazon. I Thought I would be a good sport and order from an American company... well not if I'm going to be treated like this.

Extremely poor customer service
My husband ordered a pair of My Slippers from MyPillow. Unfortunately, MyPillow are too big and I am trying to return them. There is not even a mention about how to return items when I log into our MyPillow account. I checked the packing slip to learn that I must call customer service to get an RMA before returning the slippers. The automated message I received said to anticipate a hold time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. As of now, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 1 minute, all the while listening to the Elvis version of "Amazing Grace." Amazing Grace is a fine hymn. Listening to it on a repeating loop for over 2 hours, however, is maddening. Spare yourself the grief and don't order from MyPillow if there is any chance you'll need to return it. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced.

Worst customer service ever and liars
My husband and I mistakenly ordered their pillow a day apart and when I realized this, I canceled my order right away and MyPillow even sent me 2 confirmation emails. A week later, I got my order and I called them to ask why I still got my order when it was supposed to be canceled and MyPillow told me that I need to send the order back before I can get my refund. I explained to them that I should have gotten my refund back before the product arrived and they were so rude and insisted on me getting my refund after they get their item back. My point is that I don't need their pillow but I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. I honestly admitted to getting my order which I could have denied and gotten my refund first. BTW, my husband finally got his order and the pillow was nothing to write home about. It's just Like a regular $10 Pillow and not worth the price. I'm still waiting for my refund and all these happened in April 2020 and this is May 2020, a month after.

My PILLOW is the BEST PILLOW in the WORLD
I bought my husband a MY Pillow for Christmas last year and I stole it from him. So for his birthday my mom got him his own MY Pillow. Oh and the bath towels, forget synthetics, this is the real MCCOY, COTTON, and MyPillow are the perfect bath towels your body could ever wish for. Also, Mike Lindell is such a wonderful Christian and his company is phenomenal, and his customer service team is beyond the moon. What a blessing it was to be told GOD BLESS YOU after I concluded my business. This is the type of company i want to do business with, and mom and pop local stores. You can hang up the Walmarts and Targets, and shop local or with companies like this one who was given a completely false rating out of morons who are followers and not leaders. Praise God for the MY PILLOW COMPANY and each of their employees, I wish you all God's Continued Blessings and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year, because guess what? We already know that GOD has WON!

I ordered the Mypillow based on TV testimonials
I ordered the Mypillow based on TV testimonials. Because I like extra firm pillows, I ordered the green label one even though the sight recommendations stated that based on my height/weight, the white label would have been better suited for me. Right from the start, I wasn't overly impressed with the pillow but I decided to give it a chance. The pillow does not keep it's shape and goes flat. I am constantly fluffing and flipping this pillow at least five times per night. I called and asked if I could exchange it for the next firmer size and I was told that I allowed too much time to go by for a refund or exchange. I was advised to wash the pillow with a towel and dry it. I did and am still left with the same situation of flipping and fluffing all night. Definitely NOT worth $70.

Great marketing team!
My husband has purchased a number of the My Pillow pillows and he loves them. The commercials for their sheets and towels make them look absolutely amazing so we thought we would try them out. We purchased 2 sets of king size sheets, 2 sets of extra pillow cases and 4 towel sets to the tune of $511.28. Unfortunately, when MyPillow arrived we found the sheets to be not as high quality as others we bought from Belk that were less expensive. The My Pillow sheets have a thread count of only 450 which is not mentioned in the commercial. For the price we paid we expected a much higher thread count. The towels were ok but again we have purchased thicker, better quality towels at Costco for much less.
Disappointed, but understanding we could return the products, I called to get the return merchandise number. The operator while nice attempted to get me to exchange the products rather than return them. She informed me that if I return the product we would be charged postage both ways. Buyer be ware that if you are not satisfied you will be charged $9.98 each way to return the products. Therefore it cost our family $19.96 for the pleasure of understanding what great marketing team My Pillow has employed. The products are just ok and very overpriced. We are paying and returning them today!

Terrible Pillow AND Service
We bought 2 pillows but only 1 received. Fedex would nor help as we were not the shipper on record. Tried to contact my Pillow on their 800 number for 1 hour. As I waited I went to their chat room and after 10 automated answers to different questions it told me that no one was available and to call the 800 number - THAT I WAS HOLDING ON. Have tried to email them without response. The pillow we did receive is lumby and hard. When I disputed thre charge with Amex, MyPillows's response was a copy of a 10 page contract that we must have ticked when buying on the web and is insisting on payment. This company is a complete sham and now understand why Bed, Bath & Beyond among others have cancelled their products. This is not a cancel culture story but a QUALITY issue.

I love this pillow
I have always had difficulty finding a pillow I liked. Prior to retirement I averaged 200 nights a year in motels. One had a "mypillow" in my room. I loved it!
I bought a Queen size for home and have never regretted my purchase. I bought a regular size to use in our Airstream. Every month I'll place it in the dryer on high for 20 minutes, keeps it fresh and full.
Pillows are subjective. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to comfort and satisfaction. MyPillow work for me and I will not go back to a another brand pillow. I don't care what his or the company's political, religious, or personal views are. I noticed many reviews on here posted negative reviews because they don't agree with the owner's opinion. I did discover that the company has given away thousands of pillows to worthy causes. Hey, you buy the pillow and don't like it, throw it on a guest bed or give it to your kid. I know I sleep better because of this pillow. Period.

Very disappointed
I bought my grown children my pillows when MyPillow first came out they all liked them. Years later I just bought 4 for hubby and I and guest room. Horrible! After following dryer instructions and trying first night they are Lumpy, head sinks in middle pillow wraps around head and shoulders you can't even adjust or fluff by hand the cave like head indention will not go away. Horrible night sleep. But what stinks is to return them we are responsible for the return fees have no way to roll up back in same box so will have to buy bigger boxes at least 2 and pay to send back. So we are stuck keeping them. When purchasing them the sales rep was short with me and didn't explain types or how they work. I only bought because my kids liked their years ago first time my pillows when it was run by inventors family before they became big manufacturers. I don't recommend wasting your money.

BUY ONE GET ONE IS A BIG RIP OFF
K, so where's the deal in this math and where did Mike Lindell receive his education? The buy one, get one "promotion" asks that one purchase 2 at $69.98, PLUS PAY SHIPPING!

BUT, with another promo code, one is able to purchase THE SAME PILLOW for $29.98 and pay shipping. Anybody add this up?

No customer representative contacted me when I made my purchase at the $29.98 price and used the promo for the BOGO, to explain that this was not possible and I only received 1 pillow at the $29.98 price. When I called for customer service, the representative was uncaring and insensitive AND had the nerve to tell me how to receive the BOGO deal. When I retorted that there was NO SAVINGS and THAT deal that it was actually a rip off, she had the nerve to say it was NOT a rip off and asked did I want to order another pillow! I was so at a loss for words, I was only able to wish her a Merry Christmas and hung up.

For your own peace of mind, MY PILLOW people, find a calculator and do the math! Then, realize how you are ripping people off regularly! God bless you all for owning bad behaviors and making restitution!

AND I WANT MY OTHER PILLOW!
