Erstens: Verbindung mit Russland pure "Glücksache", nach dem Aussage "mytello verbindet " sofortige abbruch(auch pure Glück!),wenn Abbruch na 5 Sekunden dann sofort scheint: -0,25€
Zweitens(echte Schikane): beim heutigen Anruf(endlich geklappt!) Vier Mal muss ich Gespräch beenden,weil nach genau 3 Minuten Gespräch wird Verbindung abgebrochen und gesamte Gespräch abgespielt ( also alle Gespräche wird aufgenommen!!!)
Fazit: NIE WIEDER MYTELLO!

Ich telefoniere mit mytello nach Sri Lanka. Die Gesprächsminute ist wirklich günstig. Leider ist die Verbindung nicht immer von gleich guter Qualität. Der Kundendienst von mytello ist hervorragend, prompt und freundlich.
Ich bin froh um diese günstige Möglichkrit, meine Freunde in Sri Lanka jederzeit zu erreichen.

I've been using Cardcall before I've discovered Mytello. The rates are so much better,

Negative point:
The connection gets unexpectedly broken regularly during longer calls This is annoying when calling a support desk overseas. These desks work with a queue before being assigned to an actual person. It happened to me twice after waiting for 10+ minutes in the queue: I got disconnected just after explaining my issue. Then have to call back, queue again and explain the issue to another person and hope not getting disconnected again...
