I order a media console and received it two days after ordering! While the delivery was fast there was some small damage to the product. Their customer service responded fast and took care of the issue with no hassle at all. Will definitely purchase again due to their fast response and help.

We ordered the Doxa coffee table and it arrived with the wood portion having several dents, chips, and the wood covering is peeling off in one corner. All in all, the quality is quite disappointing.
We've emailed customer service several times to see if we could get a replacement, and no response for over a week. Overall very disappointing experience, I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this company.

This was the first time I ordered from this company and it definitely won’t be the last. I was very impressed with the shipping time, ease of assembly, quality, & look of this side table. The price was so great I honestly wasn’t sure the quality would be there but it is a beautiful, sturdy, and stylish piece! The perfect accessory for my son’s nursery.

Love my new kitchen table! The legs of the table are taller than I initially thought but fit perfectly with most chairs. Marble is not real as stated in the description that is faux marble. The black streaks from the marble are a bit darker than in the photo- but overall love my new kitchen table and is perfect for a smaller apartment :)

The bookshelves I ordered are so awesome! Fit with the decor of my 1899 New Orleans home perfectly! But the customer service was even higher rated. The second bookshelf came short of assembly parts, but with the help of Cameron in the customer chat option, the issue was solved right away. Will be shopping and ordering more from Nathan James in the near future!

Had a great experience with Nathan James! One of the doors on my TV console came a little damaged, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Then, a month later, they sent me a little box of chocolates to apologize for the trouble! It was so sweet and definitely shows that they care about their customers. The media console itself is very nice and was easy to put together.

Nice piece of furniture! Perfect for my wasted corner space. I gave 1 star short of 5 stars review is that the instructions are a bit confusing especially when you tried to figure out the screws since they weren’t identified well. The paper instructions with images are also confusing so I have to take my time studying before assembling. I would say it took me and my husband more than 40 mins to assemble. And the materials (wood) are super heavy. Glad that they don’t smell like chemicals. Overall it’s a good buy with the sales price. If I have to pay full price I may consider other options. Lastly the box it came with was in bad shape but the furniture itself was well packaged to handle the shipment. Great job on that!

WOW WOW WOW! My experience from top to bottom, both with the product and the customer service has been excellent! The bookshelves were so easy to put together, and the quality is very impressive for the price! I posted photos and got multiple comments thinking these were from CB2, those shelves retail for over $2k! Don't hesitate, these shelves are AWESOME and look so much more expensive than they were. Thanks again too to the incredibly friendly and helpful customer service team, you've made a customer for life!

I love this headboard!! I saw it advertised as a seat back and decided to use it that way. It was super easy to install. I ordered it off Amazon and it was sent without the hardware; however, Nathan James quickly responded to my email and I had the parts in a few days…so great customer service. I am very pleased and highly recommend!

As a former retail and hospitality designer - putting together a "home" with furniture I love has always been expensive, and difficult. I saw this line and immediately thought "Whoever is behind this is a brilliant designer". Being able to transfer timeless mid-century pieces into mass produced tables, consoles with some capacity to assemble alongside not necessarily looking like the typical cheaply assembled furniture as is common these days - isn't something I've ever witnessed! It's priced completely reasonable, allows people to create visibly engaging environments where history of design is front and center, and doesn't mass produce things that won't last and quickly become trash. So the cycle of pieces are able to be passed down without the typical expense of a well done historical furniture line. I strongly believe in understanding how our environments shape and mold the way we live contrary to the traditional saying "form follows function" I see how the very form of things creates the repetitiveness of daily life and that matters greatly when we have well designed, functional, ergonomic and visibly pleasing things in our spaces. This line was made for mass production without making design a last thought, and the final product is more than just your average piece of furniture that doesn't break the bank. Beautifully done!

Excellent price. Beautiful design. Quality of materials for my product (nightstand) don’t hold up unfortunately. One glass of cool water left bubbles and thin paint/wood/mdf chipped in the corner after removing a baby corner protector. As long as you use a coaster and are aware of this, the pieces stand nice in a room.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I was originally sent the wrong color headboard and they replied right away to make it right. The process couldn’t have been more convenient for me and they seemed genuinely happy to help. They not only were fast and friendly but sent a follow up email after the delivery came with the correct piece to make sure everything was fixed. Honestly I was blown away with the customer service and the furniture is stunning!

I randomly stumbled on Nathan James book shelf online when I was searching for a great shelf for my apartment. At first I was skeptical because I never heard of this website before. But I took the risk of ordering anyway; I was not only satisfied by their product and the short delivery time, I was also satisfied by their customer service and their diligence from start to end. Since then, I ordered another shelf and it was as great as the first one.😊👌

We like the stools, ordered 4 and received 3 in staggaged deliveries, we're still waiting on our 4th stool with no estimated delivery; it may have been lost in transit. Stools went together as advertised. One stool needed a little muscling as holes didn't line up on swivel mount. Other than this, we like the stools, picture is representative of actual stool. Great buy for the money.

I recently bought 2 beautiful book shelves from them, unfortunately, did not suit for what I was trying to display. I called them to ask about return/refund without the boxes. They were kind enough to refund me 100%. Without the boxes they were not able to accept return. They have asked me to give and or donate to someone. What an amazing customer service, very rare this days. You will be the first on my list to upcoming shopping! THANK YOU!

We finally found a TV stand that we liked. I wanted to surprise my husband by putting it together, but had a little bit of an issue. I reached out to customer service or as they phrase it “customer happiness”(which I just love). Communication was great and they were able to help me out. Oh I must add, whoever writes the directions is hilarious. Would definitely purchase a product from this company again.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase, I got the Nathan James Theo Floating Bookshelf for my new home, and it is perfect. I got a damaged part and missing piece within the first shipment, but as soon as I shared my concerns with the company, I got a response from one of their representatives: Claire! From Nathan James Help, who cleared all of our fears and first impressions disappointments, and worked closely with me to get matters solved. She is amazingly attentive, and has great customer service. As per my order, everything exceeded my expectations, and is definitely a great addition to my home decor.

Excellent customer service and warranty! After assembling my Nathan Lane desk I noticed that the desk was wiggly and unstable due to an issue with one of the legs. Customer service addressed my issue quickly and sent me everything I needed to have a stable desk. It was quick and easy and I would repurchase from Nathan James for the customer service and warranty alone.

What’s not to love?!?! We got the Amalia Counter Stools. The quality surpasses our expectations and they look great! About 6 months later, one of the footrest snapped. Nathan James stood by their word and took care of us! Not only was Cameron, our rep, so friendly and helpful, he followed up afterwards to make sure we received our shipment and that everything was OK.
I would DEFINITELY order from here again!!
