Tired of the plush mattresses and waking up tired everyday, we bought the NM HD Foam- extra firm mattress in king size. I can definitely vouch this one will beat any other firm mattress both in quality, price, and comfort. Helps maintain a good posture while sleeping and supports the back perfectly. Five stars any day!

A wonderful array of selection, Renee, the gent at the store was very helpful with his knowledge, felt no pressure to buy and he insisted I lay down and try out as many mattresses as possible.
Choose a Serta gel foam, that felt fantastic in the showroom, couple more minutes I would've fallen asleep, can't wait to try the mattress out at home along with the tundra memory pillow.
Next-day delivery made this an easy choice, pricing was very aggressive in comparison to the big box outlets.

Purchased the MLily 2.5" mattress topper. I've always liked Mlily and looked to purchase the mattress topper. It's made with quality which I expect and it's great that the cover may be removed and cleaned if need be. The foam is only two inches in depth and the top layer of the cover provides the rest of the bulk of the remaining 1/2 inch, totalling the overall 2.5" thickness. We'll see how the foam holds up over the long term. Happy with the new purchase though!

I researched mattress types hoping to find one that would help my back without being too pricey. We were on a limited budget to replace our 20 year old mattress. This one had more coils then the others so I was hopeful but nervous. It came rolled up which made me even more nervous. Once set up, we sat on it and immediately sank. I thought I made the wrong choice. Then we laid across it. And to my surprise, it was quite firm. No sinking. And another surprise, no more bouncing around when my husband tosses and turns. And finally, my back feels so much better. I'm so happy with my purchase. I hope they keep this mattress in stock so I can save up and buy a few more for the other beds in a few years.

Very relaxed atmosphere in the store and no pressure while browsing. The salespeople were happy to answer questions and left us alone until we needed some help, which they did without any pressure to buy. Bought a mattress and waited for delivery. On the day of delivery there was a mix up with my order, but the guys driving the truck went above and beyond and went back to the warehouse before making a second trip back to my place to make sure the mattress got delivered the day it was promised. Would not hesitate to buy from here again. Plus got a great mattress at a reasonable price!

I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress and had a great experience. They offer a good selection of mattress types and makes at all price points. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. They showed me a few options based on my preference and price point and left me to browse - which I liked. If I had a question, they were available to answer it. They made shopping for a mattress easy and stress free. Hoping delivery of the mattress goes as smoothly. If it does, then they earn 5 stars from me!

Great selection! Darryl G. was very helpful . He walked with us throughout the store and made many suggestions while also answering our questions. He was obviously very helpful and was kind and considerate. This was our second time at this location and both visits were excellent. Darryl took the time to compare the various offers (wholesale, tax free, coupons) and gave us the best deal. We will be looking for a new king mattress later this year (much higher quality) but will be making National Mattress our preferred choice.

We purchased a headboard from National Mattress on Winfield Blvd in San Jose, CA.
The sale and service was outstanding and our salesperson Mike was personable and genuine. The delivery was on time and we are more than delighted with our purchase.

Pleasantly surprised with the speed, efficiency and care that our box spring was delivered in. We recently moved into our first owned condo and the moving process as most people know from two homes into one shared space is quite stressful. We weren't happy to find out that the box spring for the custom bed frame we had received was missing! We found National Mattress with a quick google search and prices were competitive so we decided to purchase a box spring that fit perfectly; the dimensions were accurate. It was delivered very quickly and the couriers had great communication. Very happy with the purchase!

I was skeptical at first, but this mattress is really comfortable. I was switching to a single after moving to a smaller place, but I'm a big gal so I didn't want to sacrifice comfort and support.

The shopping experience was smooth and no-nonsense, payment and delivery easy to set up. A reasonable 90-day trial period to allow for mattress break-in.
Delivery was really fast and convenient.

Very satisfied with my mattress, metal frame, and box spring purchase. I've owned a SERTA mattress before and it has lasted me years, so I wanted to go with that brand again.
The only reason why it is not 5 stars is because the box spring I received had two brown stains on it, and it doesn't look like it will be easy to clean. I received a $20 rebate on it, but would have preferred a little bit more. It's better than $0 I guess!

My mattress was delivered on last Thursday and I have not had a chance to write a review until now. I was so dissappointed when my mattress was delivered. it was appalling workmanship. Stiches were not sewed properly and cover of the mattress was stitch to correct the alignment. Hope i explain in properly. I ordered Medium - Firm and not medium as it was delivered. I have emailed support and i am hoping to get a refund or replacement of my mattress..

I knew I wanted a Serra Perfect Sleeper mattress. I compared online and National Mattress had the best price, free delivery and discount coupons to sweeten the deal. Delivery was incredibly fast with great communication. The delivery guys even put the mattress and box spring in my front hall.
I could not be more pleased with the product, price and professionalism of this company!

The ordering process was quick and easy - I was only looking for a box spring, but National Mattress had the lowest price by far. Very happy with the product itself too. It was delivered in just a couple days which was convenient as I needed it ASAP! It would be nice if you could pick a delivery time though instead of waiting all day for the email with the delivery ETA, only for it to be in the evening. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase and the process!

I needed a new box spring for my very expensive mattress but did not want one too high and I did not want to pay a fortune for it. National mattress had a wonderful 4 inch boxspring for an amazing price!. I got it delivered within 2 days and the customer service was great letting me know when they would be coming. I will definately be buying from them again in the future!

What lowers the total average is the delivery I'm between 2-3 stars as you can't control the time which makes it very challenging and stressful when your building has strict rules for using the load elevator. I had to call twice on the day of my delivery and the second time I had to explain to the person what customer service meant until he was somewhat helpful. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful, but my order was messed up and I had to take a different base just to avoid the delivery nightmare again. Packing had a few details that you can see in the picture, one of the bases had a minor scratch but I didn't make a complaint as I didn't want to go thru the delivery nightmare again.

Best prices, I checked all kinds of stores! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they did not rush me or push me to buy something like many of the big name stores. My new mattress was delivered in a few days with no problems. Would highly recommend National Mattress! They have also have a great selection of all the big name brands! I’m a happy custard love my new mattress!

I've purchased 3 mattresses from National Mattress' Markham location for over 3 years - two euro top and one memory foam mattress. The sales representatives have been wonderful - they're knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They also worked to get me the best deals possible that were offered on their website. I also appreciate that they were able to deliver the same week I purchased my new mattress. Overall, a great experience and I recommend all my families and friends who need a new mattress to visit this establishment.

Hi, I am happy about the mattress I bought but the box spring was in a bad condition when I opened the plastic, a part was torn up and one plastic part was broken. I was so tired and had just moved in my apartment that I could not return it and wait for a new one again, I was disappointed about national mattress unfortunately.
