The people who came to fit my new integrated fridge found when they were about to leave that they had failed to attach the handle to the fridge door in two places (although it was properly attached to the cabinet door when they arrived). They were about to leave with the handle dangling and claimed (despite my telling them this was not so) that the handle had not been properly attached when they arrived. I said they couldn't leave it like this and they looked around, found the screw that they had dropped, took the door off re-fitted the door and handle to the fridge and all was well.
So, the result was fine, but the speed at which they were working (also fine in itself) led them to be careless about looking after the screws they were removing - and then to 'head for the door' while taking no responsibility for what turned out to be their error, without seeing that I had a proper functioning fridge, seemed to me discourteous and perhaps a system error if you are encouraging your fitters to work at such speed that errors and discourteous service become more likely. Apart from that, straightforward.

I had a minor issue regarding to delivery date.
when I contacted NE appliances to check my delivery date,Jessy called me back straightaway and she immediately resolved it.
They did deliver it on the day and time as arranged, spot on!
John the Driver and his colleague are very polite.
I am happy with my product, I was scary to buy it online.
I haven’t switched it on yet as I am waiting for the builders to finish my kitchen.
Bu it looks amazing the fridge freezer Liebherr and it is the right size for the space I have for it. And it is very modern, I love it!
I am surprised how well distributed the space for fridge & freezer are inside.
For one person it is fantastic, the Germans knows how to make good appliances for a small space.
It was very hard to find this brand and there are not many in the UK with this type of measurements for fridge freezer.
I just hope the brand is as good as the product looks like.
I love the tone of silver colour, it’s great!
I really recommend NE Appliances, they have an excellent customer service.

the website was easy to navigate and once I had made my choice of fridge freezer I got a phone call the next day from a very friendly person asking bout access and if I had any more questions. This was very welcome as many internet-based companies do not care about customer services.
choosing a delivery day was easy and I had a call the day from the delivery man asking more questions about access and a rough idea of delivery times, a call on the day with a closer slot. I would definitely use them again

Order a tumble dryer with a right hand hinged door and choose my delivery date. Expected to receive a call, text or email on the dsy to confirm the time no such luck I rang late morning to be promised a call back- did not happen. I then received a voicemail to say the item would be delivered between time- nope! I rang back to ask again and the delivery came within 10 minutes- a left handed hinged door.

After an initial concern as to whether the fridge I had bought was actually in stock or not, they reassured me that they were able to get it and it was delivered as scheduled. The thing I was most impressed with was their communication - when they said they would call me, they did. Also kept me informed. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Hotpoint washer dryer. It was very easy to order online. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to establish whether my old one could be recycled. I phoned and a very kind gentleman arranged for an admin lady to contact me and organise removal of my old washing machine. All this was very easily done I took delivery of my washing machine three days after I ordered it. The two young men who delivered it were very helpful and carried it all the way into my home . I can’t fault NE appliances for their organisation it was wonderful; top rate. I would definitely order additional appliances from them in the future.

Larder Fridge. I was assured that the item would be a FRIDGEDAIR. It is not. The external dimensions are correct but internally space is much reduced.....there being NO NARROW shelves.....as in the Fridgedair nor allowance for wine bottles to stand other than on the door, this adds undue weight.
The shelves of the door are difficult to remove for cleaning and do not provide grids for eggs or small items. Installation Good apart form the fact that the lead is too short and must be dealt with at my own expense. Product discription should give CUBIC CAPACITY. I am very disappointed with this product and the lack of a clear diagram of dimensions which do not equate with the assurances I received when ordering by telephone.

Ordering was easy. You had to pay for delivery if you specified am or pm. On the day they phoned at 8.15 to say they were coming pm.
Shane and Rob were polite and efficient. The washing machine had a small leak. I contacted ne and arranged a visit. Once again an efficient service and problem fixed
I would use this firm again and recommend to others.

We ordered a fridge freezer for vulnerable, elderly parents and paid extra to ensure delivery would be on a certain date during a certain time. It did not arrive. Attempts to contact ne appliances by telephone and by email were not answered. While the fridge freezer has now arrived, and is totally satisfactory, better customer service and communication was expected.

I'd never heard of NE appliances before but decided to try them out. Opted for an all-day delivery slot then remembered I had an appointment between 9. - 9.45. Contacted them and they said that was no problem, they'd ask the men to deliver after 10.00. On the day of delivery I had a phone call at 8.20 to say they would be here at 10.00 and they were here promptly at 10.00. The men were quick and efficient and up till now everything is fine. However, I did email NE appliances with a general enquiry but I didn't get a reply to disappointed with that.

We bought a candy hob and integrated oven. They were delivered promptly and fitted very professionally. Very happy with purchases and customer services. The fitters were very professional. Communication clear all the way through the process. Sales man was extremely helpful and accessed our needs and sold us exactly what we needed.

Easy to contact for advice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Delivery prompt, staff polite and courteous, attention to detail in installing my integrated dishwasher, promise to return if there was anything to do with the installation that I became concerned about - it had been very difficult to re-align the door that integrated the device into the kitchen. Would recommend.

Telephone contact was lovely, personalised, and dedicated. Every time we rang, someone answered promptly and generally to the point. We were referred to the same person who'd taken our order upfront,which was wonderful. I wanted to recall the name of the saleswoman who took care of me so patiently, but I seem to have forgotten it (Lalaine? No, that's not it). The price was right, delivery was fine, and we are so far very happy with our purchase.
May I just suggest sending a confirmation email with a sales slip when you get the funds, as, without it, we were worried our order had vanished. Congratulations and we will look at you for our next appliance (probably dishwasher)

So far I am satisfied with oven
Was disappointed that my original oven was out of stock, although the website indicated it was in stock. This meant I was without a oven for a few more weeks. You did however offer me a alternative oven at the same price. Although delivery was delayed by a couple of hours, which I only found out by calling in, it went smoothly.

Would definitely use ne appliances again. For one thing the price of the washing machine was so good compared to other electrical places. Ordering was easy. On the day of delivery I was contacted that morning by the delivery guys with an estimated time they would get to me. They arrived in that time slot. The delivery team were so friendly and polite. They even gave me a tip on pushing the machine back under the worktop. I was very impressed with everything to do with this purchase.

Cooker arrived on time, and I'm happy with it. However I'd paid for install and they took one look and said that they couldn't install as there wasn't a socket and they 'weren't electricians'.
I haven't been contacted re a refund.
When I finally found an electrician who was free I had to pay again, and he just cut the cable back and wired it in very simply.

All the staff from the showroom to the delivery crew were friendly and professional and a joy to deal with, even though there had been a delay in the delivery of one of the items which could not be located in the warehouse which caused the delay, however, we were adequately reimbursed for our trouble. They have a lovely well-equipped showroom and the staff has very good product knowledge, no high pressure selling just an easy transaction.

Fantastic service from start to finish! A very impressive showroom with a great choice of appliances, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff and at very competitive prices. We ordered our cooker Friday and it was delivered and installed by the Saturday morning by excellent installers - we were lucky and managed to buy an ex-display to avoid any delay in delivery which appears to be down to the supply of appliance parts UK wide and not the companies themselves. We would highly recommend NE appliances and will definitely be using them again without fail when the need arises. For us, it was great to be able to support a local company although they do deliver far and wide! Thank you for a 5 star service!

We Needed a new Built In Washing Machine to replace an old and Failing Bosch Unit.
Went to the NE showroom and found the staff very Helpful as we had a few questions regarding fitment and Machine Dimensions.
We were then offered a Price Match to similar Models at Currys and AO and were very Happy to negotiate on very friendly terms Free Delivery in Three Days. Altogether a very stress free purchase.

Brilliant from start to finish. They came up on a Google search for a particular appliance. Good value, easy to order. They rang to confirm details and the delivery date. Delivery guys were lovely. Gave advice on first use. I rang with an installation query and they called me back with the answer. They’ll be top of my list next time I need an appliance.
