The technicians arrived on time and used safety gear and helmets. They helped us out with a wasp nest which I am sure wasn’t part of their job description. They did a great job. They found one crack and the company called to see if we wanted them to fix it. They was no pressure , just advice. I highly recommend this company.

Windows are still dirty with streaks vertically. They broke a window and stated I needed to get them an estimate. I have Pella windows and local window shops will not work on them. Waiting for a visit by Pella. I think that Ned Stevens should have taken care of the window replacement without my assistance
