I have to say customer service is what it should be. Their customer representative, sales and product support team is very nice and caring. Newage Products are there to listen to you to overcome any issue or concern you may have in regard of purchasing, design or cost of the product line New Age offers.
I placed my orders during landscaping project. I was doing my best to prioritize scheduling and arrival of my orders from New Age so there wouldn't be any conflict or delay in workflow. I didn't have any place to store my outdoor kitchen cabinet upon arrival. The garage was already full, and driveway was blocked due to construction. I called New Age Products service and told them about my project delay. They understood and listened to my concern. Even though they have already placed my order to ship, they were very nice to take an extra step and call the warehouse to hold my order. My order was held in their affiliated wear-house for and extra two week and delayed shipment so it will arrive per my project schedule date.
My orders form New Age Products came nice and secure covered with thick packaging boxes on pallets. I was very impressed and excited when I opened the packaging. The quality and looks of the products were beyond my expectation. They look sharp and amazing. Easy to follow instruction and user-friendly installation of the cabinet is dream come true for Do It yourself (DIY) project enthusiasts. You have a choice of installing the cabinets, sink, grill and side burner as is to enjoy or, you can incorporate them in your own custom design.
In order to build my dream outdoor kitchen. In my design of 2ft wide by 12ft long barbecue island and a 3 ½ feet wide by 8 feet long sink island I wanted to accommodate a regular Classic Kamado Joe II and have a Power Burner. Also for the sink island I wanted to accommodate about 4 stools for sitting area facing barbecue island. So, I made some sketches and worked with my local metal fabricating shop. Without changing the integrity of frame and engineered weight bearing safety design of Kamado Cabinet we designed extra framing to attach on the two Kamado Cabinets to fit the Power Burner and my Classic Kamado Joe II on them. We also build an extra 19 inches wide by 96 niches long frame. The frame was attached to the back of my sink island to increase its width from 23 inches to 42 inches. The end product looks very nice and works very well for my need. In order to get a full benefit of the grill I upgraded my natural gas line to 2" to accommodate the power needed for my barbecue island and fire pit in my landscaping design.
I love the grill due to its multi-functional properties and the power it delivers. It come with three burners, built in searing station and rotisserie kit. The grill lights and led knob lights are nice feature to have. When it gets dark you can turn on the built in lights for grilling and the led knob lights for easy to see to increase or decrease the heat. The 40" grill is a very nice combination with double-side burner, power burner and kamado joe II classic to have in an outdoor kitchen.
Over all I am very happy and pleased from my purchase of New Age Outdoor Kitchen Products. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone who wants a slick modern look with all the functionalities and storage needed for an outdoor kitchen. I purchased an outdoor kitchen from this company after seeing their beautiful marketing. Terrible offshore customer service. The sink had two defects leading to leaking problems. The grill has a persistent gas leak that should have been fixed at the factory and the side burner doesnt work correctly if plumbed to natural gas. Again, the correct name of the department should be customer - disservice. I have given every opportunity to this company to make it right and I keep getting the polite brush off. I wish I had never purchased my $8K outdoor set-up from them. Avoid this company.

Few months ago I worked with a designer Vishakha (Design and Sales Consultant) designing my garage. She was so efficient and work with me remotely configuring the layout. At that time, I was not ready purchased the complete package so I pushed the project out for coupe of months. In July this I year I sent an email to the Vishakha and to my surprise within few minutes she called me and continued to fine tune the original design. With the new design I saved some money as well. I ended purchasing Pro Series 16 Piece Cabinet Set. Vishakha made this process simple. Big THANKS to her for all the help.

I was trying to order online a garage cabinet set that would fit my shop space, but the ideal set (Pro series 7 piece) was out of stock. I called customer service and was put in touch with Nishkarsh. He was very helpful and found me an 8 piece set for less cost than the 7 piece. Nishkarsh was able to change the order make it fit in my space which involved changing the work top dimensions. Now I will have an extra wall cabinet from to use elsewhere in the shop. Only downside is that several of the items are back ordered, so I won't receive some pieces till April 2022. Will update the review once I receive the product.

We wanted to expand our kitchen on the smaller side, to the right of the sink. We found the New Age 7-piece "Wine Bar" to be the perfect dimension. Ordered it from an online photo without ever seeing it in person. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Fit together like a glove. We are very pleased with the quality of the whole project. We even liked the (supplied) handles SO MUCH that we reached out to the company and Manju Duraisingam, a Sales & Design Consultant, not only helped us order an entire set for the rest of the kitchen, but also got us templates to make the installation perfect. We highly recommend the products and the company.

I never write reviews for products. However, I had to make an effort and say thank you to Vishakha! She was very professional and knowledgable of the products. She was kind and returned my calls as soon as she was available. I just submitted my order and hope that the products are incredible. Regardless, the customer service and assistance of Vishakha was incredible. If you are considering these products, I highly suggest you call her.

I reached out via Chat and was able to get a design consultant scheduled the next day. Samantha was very thorough with the designs and went over everything with me, sent me a couple of different options. The next day I was able to complete the purchase after making a couple of adjustments with Samantha and Rashmi, both were super helpful again! Overall a great and smooth sales experience which i really appreciate! Thank you both! Can't wait to get my new garage cabinets!

I purchase the aluminium Outdoor 3 piece cabinets 97" x 24" with stainless steel counter tops. On the website, this product is advertised as weather resistant - will withstand water, snow, wind, backyard debris. The stainless steel counter tops that came with kitchen cabinets started corroding in less than 2 months. Called their customer service and was told if there's the presence of salt or chlorine, it WILL CORRODE. My house is about 1/2 mile to the ocean, but no chlorine is present. The company FAIL TO DISCLOSE this fact to INFORM consumers that the stainless steel is NOT weather resistant. If salt is present in the air, such as for a house close to the ocean - this product will CORRODE! Consumers can order directly through there website newageproducts.com or thru Lowes, Homedepot, Walmart.
I paid $2400 plus additional shipping to Hawaii. This is NOT something I can return easily!

I have been waiting 4 days for my product! I keep getting rescheduled for delivery with no notification or cancellation. I am done waiting and want what I purchased. The company I ordered from, Newage nor the delivery company (NSD, who Newage chose) is taking responsibility. I have cleared my schedule and sat at home waiting for a product that was promised to be delivered and never came. Unless you enjoy being lied to and wasting your time find a different company to work with.

I really *love* my NewAge cabinets! Nothing but compliments whenever anyone checks out my super-cool garage! But... I do find it a bit annoying that getting more of the same model is over a YEAR wait for cabinets. Maybe there are factors like supply-line, covid, etc... but it still sucks to wait so long for such a big ticket item; one that isn't exactly a microprocessor! LOL! Anywho, they'll be worth the wait, and the online rep who was very straightforward about the prospective wait time is especially appreciated. Rather have the hard truth, instead of false promises and a lot of waiting! In the end, I'll eventually complete my garage, and all of the waiting shall be forgotten... yes!

I have been looking at various outdoor kitchens. I set up an online consultation and met virtually with Nishkarsh. He was able to guide me through the process and designed a beautiful outdoor kitchen right in front of my eyes. I bought the exact design the next day. No pressure on their part, it was just right! Kudos to New Age for having both a great looking product and a great support staff to go with it!

Rashmi was very helpful in finding me the product that was needed for my outdoor kitchen. I placed an order 2 months ago but was missing one item. She helped me find the product and was able to give me free shipping eventhough my order this time was below the minimum to receive free shipping. Thank you for the great customer service - much appreciated!

I have been hunting for cabinets and stumbled on Newgate…I thought Newage Products would work, but I was not sure. My consultant, Riddhi, showed me options I did not even consider. She also alerted me of discounts and when they would expire. I can't wait for my new cabinets to arrive with all of the gadgets. The re-organization of the garage is now exciting thanks to Riddi's help.

Originally I posted this review to complain about the customer service and shipping delays. I finally received all the products I order and I have installed them. I can't say enough about the quality of these cabinets. Newage Products are heavy duty. The design is excellent. I had almost no damage for the entire order of over $10K worth of Pro series cabinets. One locker had a small dent on the side, but I just placed that side against another cabinet so no big deal. I love the way the modular components bolt together for a clean look. The hardware is all good quality. These products are expensive but I'll never look back. The paint job is excellent and tough. Moving the cabinets around I found that the paint job doesn't scratch or scuff easily. 10/10 New Age. Worth the wait and worth the money.

I love the NewAge products and have purchased them now for two different homes. I had an issue with an order and after getting the runaround from the customer service team I spoke to Juilee Makhe on the Design and Sales team and she figured out my issue, stayed on the phone with me as my order was completed and confirmed everything went through properly. Definitely a professional result.

Just completed a quite comprehensive outdoor kitchen of ALL New Age products and am very happy how it turned out. Everything went together fairly easily and I am impressed with the overall quality of everything. A bit of a learning curve w/the Kamado grill due to the removable ash collector and I am still figuring it out but it does seem to cook very well. The gas grill is rock solid and works like a charm. All of the cabinets are very sturdy too and we love the design. The best surprise was the kitchen sink, very well designed and works beautifully.

After researching a number of steel garage cabinet options I selected New Age Products for our solution. Their website was helpful in structuring the order but left a few questions I needed answered before placing the order. I requested a design consult and was promptly contacted with a skilled and knowledgeable designer who helped me complete the design, place the order, and even improved on the pricing of a few items over the on-line system. If the product performs as well as the support I'll be very pleased. Thanks New Age!

Ram was a great help. I had been checking the website regularly as I wanted to order a setup for our new garage but most items were sold out due to high demand and other COVID etc. related factors. I sent and inquiry and he promptly replied and tracked down what I was looking for at the last minute of the sale. Great sales support. I will update when everything arrives and is installed.

I called for assistance with design and a variety of questions. Vishakha was outstanding. She was efficient, knowledgable and was able to advise me on the best layout for my space. At the end of the call she took a minute and provided what looked like a photo rendering of how the new cabinets and work area will look. I was lucky to talk to a professional. Thank you Vishakha!

My husband and I had a tough time agreeing on the cabinets that we would be putting into our newly remodeled garage. We wanted the space to function as a garage/laundry room, as well as a home office. As soon as I found the Pro Series garage cabinets in platinum, the search was over! Newage Products where metal (husband preference) with a cabinet look (my preference). Working with NewAge consultants, I was able to find the exact configuration needed by buying multiple bundles, as well as a few singular cabinets. I initially received a design mock-up that was beautiful, but I was unclear about measurements and so I had to call to speak to someone directly. Manju in particular returned my call and helped me find everything we needed at the best price possible. We received the cabinets ahead of our anticipated arrival date, which was awesome. After receiving the cabinets, my husband and I were able to unbox them and set them up in one day. We realized that we wanted one additional wall cabinet to go above our washer/dryer units, and Manju helped with that as well on the same day I emailed her. Overall we couldn't be happier with our entire experience. We are already thinking about our next outdoor project and will be sure to use NewAge Products again!

I recently purchased an outdoor kitchen set. The selection/ordering process gets an A. The design and finish of the pieces gets an A. The install options/procedure is straightforward and gets an A. My shipment arrived earlier than predicted and undamaged so another A. I used the set in my greenhouse and it works great! Only one minor issue that could be addressed as a quality control check at the back end of the fabrication process. My pieces have four adjustable feet per cabinet. My order consisted of six cabinets. Two of the cabinets had one foot each that the foot would not thread at all due to welding slag(?) left in the threaded hole. I purchased a metric tap tool to retap them and clear the slag. So 1/3 of my cabinets needed a minor rework. The cabinets are awesome. If you are in the market, these are worth serious consideration.

Both locker cabinets had doors jammed backwards. Large dents in top where doors jammed and pushed up top. Submitted pictures as instructed. Have not heard back from company. Newage Products don't answer emails, you are on indefinite hold for over an hour anytime you call their number. Absolutely worst customer service I've experienced. Contacted them numerous times by email and finally got through one time out of 7 by phone. Still no response to the damage after 11 days.

Juilee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing my garage space. She had many creative suggestions for maximizing the available space for both sides of my garage. I'm a civil engineer and design for a living and noticed that Juilee designed like a experienced architect - very helpful all around. She was also helpful in finding discounts for the products I selected, which was also much appreciated. I also mentioned my concern about reviews I read online of damaged cabinets from other cabinet companies and she explained how their cabinets will be shipped in a "nested" fashion - one inside the other - already assembled, and Newage Products are built with 18 gauge steal (others normally 24 gauge) with double panel doors, so they are very strong. Can't wait for my shipment to arrive!

Ordered four wall cabinets on Aug 9th with an expected delivery date of Aug 21st. Received two cabinets September 6th and an empty box. Called up and Newage Products were to ship another two out since the other two cabinets are lost. This was two weeks ago and still no shipment notification or any urgency. Almost two months and I'm still missing two cabinets. You can go on the website and order the same cabinets and expected ship date is basically a week. I just don't understand how you have no clue about what to do. Good cabinets, but when things go wrong your screwed.
