We’ve used a few Meet and Greet airport car parks and I have to say this is the slickest by some margin. Maybe we were lucky on departure day in that it was quiet, but my car keys were swapped for a receipt within seconds and we were wished a happy holiday with a smile. Again on the way back we arrived around midnight but again we’re immediately dealt with and within seconds we’re on our way. Marginal increase in cost over the short stay but oh so worth it. Will use it again for sure.

We paid almost £150 to use the premium fast track car park booked well in advance but when we arrived, there were no available spaces and no-one available to ask. I tried ringing the car parking helpline only to be told by recorded message that it wasn't available on a Sunday. We ended up just leaving the car in an available gap that I wasn't convinced was a proper space. Extremely poor service given the cost.

Fantastic experience of Newcastle airport, we live in Edinburgh but travelled to Newcastle to fly due to ongoing issues at Edinburgh airport. the long stay parking was super easy, good value and walking distance to terminal. The security was busy but to be expected as holiday season, it was well organised which minimised wait times. When we arrived back, the baggage arrived in good time, so all in all a great experience and we will look to travel from newcastle airport again.

The ‘Meet and Greet’ airport parking was excellent both for dropping off the car and picking it up and it was only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. However there was a long wait to get through security and the area was very crowded and warm. Once airside, there are very few seats unless you want to go into a bar or restaurant and the seats provided are not very comfortable. Anyone with even slight mobility problems would be struggling.

The Meet and greet parts were very good, friendly and quick the only problem we had after 14 days away was when we returned home at 05.00hrs my car was not parked near your terminal instead it was right at the bottom the car park stuck away in a corner which made it fairly difficult to get out.
We have used your Meet and Greet service several times and have always found on our return our car would be ready for us parked virtually outside the MEET and Greet terminal and for the money, we paid that's the minium that we have come to expect.

Our recent experience wasn't good at all. The departure lounge is absolutely chock-a-block and it's a desperate search for somewhere to sit. On return, we had to sit around in baggage reclaim for two hours waiting for our luggage; thankfully in the end a manager unloaded the plane himself, hats off to him. The courtesy bus to the car park was not running. I understand there are staff shortages but it isn't a great experience for the punters.

Arrived within the time period booked.Parking was easy although very limited spaces available at time of parking. Electronic gate ticket stilled worked outside our allocated time on return to UK due to plane delay.overall satisfied with parking.Airport functioned as normal with excellent facilities. Please keep it up as flying in Sept with TUI to Majorca.PRking already booked. Thank you John Garbutt.

Used the Premium fast track car park, whilst it was quite expensive it was well worth the extra cost for convenience. Parking bays were large with plenty of room and access to the terminal was via a short ramp which was great. With the automatic system access & exit was no problem. Fortunately I had booked and allowed extra time on my return ticket to cater for current delays and this proved beneficial. I would definitely use this car park again.

The fact that you no longer have a 24 hour bus service to and from the long stay car park leaves you well behind the majority of British Airports. You say it is only a few minutes to the long stay car park that’s true to the gate at the exit but getting to one’s car can then take considerabley longer. Surely it must occur to you that the vast majority of users of the long stay car park will have luggage and again that causes problems getting to and from the long stay car park.

Taking your car to the airport is now a no-brainer. It's become the same price as a taxi, therefore, there's no decision to be made.
I've been parking here for many years now without any problems whatsoever.
There used to be some discounts available, but it looks like those days are gone.
My only criticism is the bus to and from the long stay. many a time ive ended up walking due to it simply not turning up even though youve rang and alerted them that your waiting.

The best possible way to start and end a holiday if driving to the airport is to use the meet and greet parking, it removes the stress of looking for a parking space, it's straight across the road and into the airport, so no looking for bus stops and waiting for a bus or at worst a long walk pulling your suitcase.
Arriving back there's no trying to remember where you are parked, your car ready and waiting for you.
In addition to the convenience, the meet and greet is manned 24 hours by polite and helpful staff.

I have used the car parking and security fast track services on the previous 4 occassions I have gone on holiday.
On line booking and payment are simple and quick and confirmation notification very timely. using the service is so very easy and I have encountered no problems whatsoever, it is seemless.
Looked to book again for a winter break however dissappointed to see a substantial rise in price for both parking and security fast track.

Great facility upon arrival, straight into lane park up & hand keys in and away you go 2 minutes to airport check in .
However on return from our holiday a completely different service. Very early return to Newcastle 3pm as plane late. On arrival to our collect car there was a queue waiting to book cars in and a queque waiting to get keys . Only 2 harrased staff on the desk trying their best & it was a bit chaotic to say the least. Separate desks for dropping off & collection during busy times would be much better..

When arrived had to take a ticket but pre booked and paid for the parking therefore expected registration number recognition camera to activate entry gate. Was worried that I may have to pay a fee on return from my holiday when exiting.
Although on entry there were signs to direct me to parking spaces that were available there were only afew in the area I was directed to…obviously I only needed one but I had to search for a parking space.
Buses to the terminal from the car park were infrequent and we had to walk with cases to the terminal. On return this was the situation also and in the dark although the area is well lit. On exit I put the ticket in the machine and the barrier lifted and I did not have to pay..although I was anxious that I may have to.

Was very impressed with Newcastle airport, from arriving at the carpark to leaving on the flight everything went smoothly though as expected it was exceptionally busy, we parked in short stay 2 which is quite a walk even for someone ok on their feet with luggage to the terminal but there was plenty of parking bays, I'd say though that anyone bad walking to pay the extra & use short stay 1 which is directly opposite the terminal, straight opposite our bay was the bus for people in long stay which we were cut off from, so though them in long stay which is the same distance as short stay 2 we didn't get the option to use the bus, so in future I'd pay more for short stay 1 or less for long stay & use the bus, I'd try my best not to book short stay 2 in the future

An excellent service, now even better than before. The under-cover drive-in photographs the car, then better-organised parking is in lanes, keys are handed over under cover from the elements and a covered walkway into the terminal (apart from having to cross the road) is such a help, especially outside of daylight hours or bad weather. On return, the keys were available for collection promptly and the car was parked in marked lanes for easy identification. We booked on-line through Airport Parking.

Generally we’ve found the airport parking relatively easy in the past, however the price seems to have doubled in the last year, despite using discount codes. There was always a shuttle bus, but the information this time was vague, saying “no need for a bus’, but we did see one after hauling our cases for 10 minutes after parking.
On return, there were signs pointing us to where the shuttle bus pick up was, only for us to get there and find signs pointing back the way we had come. No further evidence of a shuttle bus.
I wouldn’t want to have to haul all our luggage all that distance (uphill) again, especially in bad weather. My partner has knee problems and asthma but we don’t qualify for disabled parking.
We had pre booked and the automated barriers worked as they should, after years of having to go into the office when they wouldn’t.

Short stay1 car park could do with some more disabled bays. Really struggled to find a bay let alone a disabled one. Also without fail the ANPR can NEVER recognise my personal registration number and I have to contact an operative which is very embarrassing when there is a queue of cars behind you. This has been happening for years now and really needs sorting out. Otherwise Newcastle airport parking is good.

Barriers didn’t work on exit on Monday 16th May. Had to get out of my car and walk to the office in the rain because the operator wasn’t answering the call button on the machine. He said the machines were water logged and that I had to go back to my car and he would lift the barrier. I returned to my car but he didn’t lift the barrier. I had to get out of my car and walk ti the office a second time in the rain to ask him to lift the barrier. He didn’t apologise, he told me to go back to my car and he would lift the barrier. He eventually lifted the barrier.
Zero customer service

The process of booking is simple and efficient and did not take too long.
My main problem with the parking are the car parks themselves, the roads are terrible pot holes and gravel everywhere and this resulted in breaking one of my suitcase wheels. They need a smoother transition for those wising to walk to the terminal.
My other issue was our car was scratched, no note left or anything like that, you really do park at your own risk here. If I lived closer I would leave my car at home but I don't.
