Lift slim and shape slim jeans. Ordered my normal size 14 which I have quite a few pairs of. Also ordered size 16. Couldn't even do any of them up. What is going on with the sizing.

My wife ordered yesterday and it was delivered to our door today,great service,especially from Rachel the driver đź‘Ť.

This review is based on my own personal experience. Yesterday I had my MODE TV unit delivered to me.
The delivery was pretty straightforward and on time. I love the fact that I could easily track the driver while on his way.
I was a bit hesitant in purchasing this Item but was persuaded by the soundbar space which I've searching for a long time.
When I open the box which was very neatly prepared and packed.
I am extremely disappointed with the outcome after putting it together. The unit is for my living room but it looks like a toy in children's playground.
It is not sturdy, the material is very cheap. The only design is the 3 doors that they used to sell this unit.
I am not sure that I will came home and see the telly still standing because it doesn't feel secured.
This unit belongs in a spare room or a child's bedroom but CERTAINLY NOT into the living room. In my opinion buying this unit is a totally waste of money. It doesn't worth the ÂŁ350 and I would not recommend or advise anyone to make the same mistake into purchasing this expensive unit using poor material.
I was willing to spend a fair amount of money in purchasing a unit for my new home but now I felt like am stuck with this overpriced item.
There's nothing that can justify this cheap material for ÂŁ350 when I could easily get something similar on Amazon for far less expensive. I am willing to pay more for a decent quality product but this a salutary lesson for me.
I am extremely, extremely disappointed that I will be closing down my Next account because theres absolutely no way that I can spend my money on anymore of their items.

Bought and paid for a corner sofa in store, didn't arrive when they said it would, arrived no legs rang customer service they would be with us in a week before the week was up I asked them to collect it, it was uncomfortable and I didn't want it said they would come and collect, on day arranged they couldn't get it in van would come back later got a call now not coming for another 5 days plus a ÂŁ30 return charge bad, bad, bad.
Horrible experience

Awful do not buy. Bought an expensive sofa that was rubbish after a few weeks all flat cushions. Sent out inspector and told me it was lack of care.
Took 3 months of back and fourth to get it picked up and refunded.
Never buy next sofas.

Still waiting for a delivery promised two days ago

Next take payment when it suits them. One large order place money was not taken from my account until 5 days after which has made me go into an unarranged overdraft

I came into the store and received fantastic customer reviews by ray, he when above and beyond to help me.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst company for service I have ever dealt with. I couldn't even get a manager call back as my request was denied... missed deliver of a sofa for 2 days.. got rid of old ones, sitting on floor, days off work and not priority.

Always great service online and in store.

This is a real shame that Next’s couriers are letting them down. They have built such a good brand which is sadly being damaged by Hermes’s constant issues.
Yet another of my orders are late. Missed my daughters birthday.
I use next because I have a busy family life so it was convenient. Now it causes me problems which I don’t have time to spend fixing by calling up. This should not happen. Two weeks later and order is still not here.

I ordered items from Next Online on next day delivery four days ago..I have no tracking number was just told the day later my order would take a couple of days longer. We are now on day three still no parcel and no update from Next and no tracking info. I have just been in touch with Next Chat Online to be advised my parcel was given to a courier who does not deliver to my address!!! So its now back to Next !! Well absolutely shocking customer service from a big company I was relying on the clothing for an important occasion today ...still no firm confirmation from Next as to when I will receive my items possibly Monday 5 days after submitting order not good enough!! & I understand no delivery on a Sunday but hey ho sort it out Next in the first place Next Day Delivery means next day!!! Still no tracking information either shocking...won't be using Next again ...I will shop else where.

My experience with is there customer service is always very good

I made an order for a perfume from Next which was sent by next day delivery. Unfortunately the only delivery option they offer is through Hermes Courier (which is usually problematic in my area and usually avoid them where possible). I received an email that it would be delivered by hermes and when i heard something being put into the letterbox i checked and saw a black jiffy envelope with "Next Beauty" on the opposite side had been posted. The jiffy was flat and i could tell immediately there was no box inside. I emailed Next straight away to let them know.
Hermes had taken a photo as "proof" of delivery, with the flat jiffy hanging out of the letterbox, and it seems that Next has absolutely no interest in further investigating this. I am so angry that this is allowed to happen, i understand this is a difficult issue but i am an honest customer and have never caused any issues before. I don't know if it occurred at the Next warehouse (as the item i ordered is now out of stock which it hasn't been for the months that i have seen it on the website) or someone at the Hermes courier company had stolen it from the jiffy along the way. I thought Next would help out a bit more, but their customer service is like talking to a robot with repeated automated responses and just keep putting a link to the hermes delivery and photo with no interest in looking further into it.
I have added the picture that hermes put up on their website. The jiffy is flat and usually chunky boxes are too big to able to be posted through the letterbox unless they are quite flat or a letter.
I won't be ordering from Next again or using Hermes or any company that uses Hermes. And i urge people to beware, especially from Hermes workers from the Tottenham area/Enfield depot, they are allowed to steal parcels, which i think is utterly disgraceful.

Bit of a mixed review, I ordered the Lipsy vip lace long sleeved blouse £50, it came on time but was left on my doorstep, I’d prefer it to have been left with a neighbor, the quality of the blouse was lovely but in the picture the blouse has wide cuffs which I liked but the blouse I received had no cuffs at all just a thin piece of elastic at the end of the sleeve,I kept it as didn’t have time to change it in time for a funeral and as I said apart from the cuffs it is lovely just thought people should know that it isn’t exactly like the pictures
