I placed an order for a Broncos Manning t-shirt on Monday. The item said "this item ships WITHIN 2 business days". So, it's Monday, right? Should ship by Wednesday, and if I pay $15.95 for expedited 2 day delivery, it should arrive to me Friday and no later than Saturday. Right? WRONG! I received notice that my item shipped today, yet when I pull up the tracking info, it says it shipped "ground" and is set to arrive Monday. I contact customer support online, she was unable to contact the shipping company because she says she is chat only and has no access to a phone, but if I'd like to contact customer service directly, she gave me their number. She did however say that she would refund me my shipping costs, so I did take that. I also told her that I would not have ordered this shirt ($60 for a t-shirt!) if I was not going to be able to wear it for Super Bowl. She tells me that I will be able to return it for a refund if it arrives to me too late. I now call customer service. This guy says that the day I ordered it does not count as business day and the shipping label was created today, but it did not ship today and does not count towards a shipping day. He also said that Saturday is not included as a shipping day, so technically, if my order officially ships tomorrow, then Monday will be the 2 day delivery day. This company uses LaserShip to ship it's orders. Have you ever heard of this company? I haven't! Every other delivery and shipping service I know of (UPS, USPS & Fed-Ex) all count Saturday and sometimes even Sunday as a delivery business day. Why would I assume that would not be included? He also told me that since I customized my shirt to a Manning shirt, that it was nonrefundable, nonreturnable. He gave me a $10 credit on my account to go towards my next order. So now, I have paid $60 for a t-shirt that appeared to get delivered within 4 days based on their website verbage, but in reality will get to me 8 days later. I also have a $10 credit towards an order that I will never ever place in the future. NFL Shop don't show anywhere that they use this so-called LaserShip shipping company and if you google the company, it has HORRIBLE reviews. I will personally never order from this deceptive site again.

I am so PISSED at this company
I am so PISSED at this company. STAY AWAY! I ordered a jacket on 12/13/13 and the site stated NFL Shop were about 72 hours behind in shipping. I paid through PayPal and they took the money out of my bank account and sent it to nflshop.com. I have the confirmation that the transaction was completed on 12/16/13. Starting the 17th I made calls since the order was still listed as "new". Same story, they are backed up and it will be delivered by Christmas. Called the 18th same story but now they stated my billing address was not matching up to what I had listed, I had put both the same shipping and billing address but that shouldn't matter since PayPal paid and they have both addresses. The woman changed both addressed to my home address and stated that the "supervisor" would have to approve it the next day and it should ship on Friday the 20. Called on the 19th and same song and dance. Called on Friday the 20th and was told I could change the shipping to next day and get the item on Monday at no extra charge. So I did. Checked the status 2 hours later and it came up "Refunded". Now I am boiling mad. Called them and was told that 5 mins after the change they cancelled the order as payment was never received. BULL$#*!! I told them I had the paper trail and the receipt from PayPal. She said nothing she can do and that I would have the money refunded in 2 to 7 business days. Now that tells me that they HAVE the money. I received an email 6 hours later stating "We regret to inform you that due to overwhelming demand, your order 30385618 has not been processed and payment was not received or captured." THIS IS BULL$#*!! I have filed a report through PayPal and the BBB. I better receive my refund! I went to order the same jacket that was on sale for the same price elsewhere only now to find all the sales have ended and I can no longer afford that coat with overnight delivery for Christmas. DO NOT EVER SHOP THERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Just like someone who wrote a review before me said, I would rate this company a ZERO if I could. Anyone who knows me knows that it takes a lot to get me upset.

So I ordered a jersey for my bf's birthday present. I ordered it more than three weeks before I would need it and figured that would be enough time... Two weeks later I hear nothing about my jersey order so I contacted their customer service. Their customer service said NFL Shop had cancelled my order ten business days ago yet no one had notified me of this. As a consolation they gave me $10 store credit (which I have yet to see). My order was also still listed in my account as NEW and not cancelled.

They told me it went out of stock and they weren't sure when it would come back in stock so they went ahead and cancelled it. That's 100% fine, but why would no one bother to contact me or update the order status in my account? I had about eight emails back and forth between me and their customer service and they just dodged the question saying we're sorry and try to provide you with the best customer service possible. Really guys? You actually tried?

Finally when I demanded an answer, they claimed to have sent me an email. I triple checked my email account and found nothing. If they had really been up to date and contacted me 1) I would've known and 2) you should update my account and 3) why is the exact jersey I ordered, in the size I ordered still listed as in-stock on your website?

Hmm sounds to me like they just wanted to shut me up. Thanks for lying to me =)

In the end they offered me $20 in store credit (which I have yet to see) only because I told them I had to pay for express delivery from another store due to their inability to inform me they had cancelled my order. Thanks NFL shop, you're so generous considering that I told you I had to pay $40 to get express delivery from Sports Authority. I'm glad you're willing to be so generous and give me a $20 credit when your own express shipping costs $32.99.

In the end I have no jersey, they ignored my last email and I'm down $40 more than I should have been and am left with empty promises of $20 store credit that I don't even want. I will NEVER order anything from them ever again.

If you're interested in purchasing jerseys, I recommend going straight to Nike. Their customer service is awesome, they have everything in stock, and they're so quick to fill your order =) I plan on avoiding the NFL Shop for the rest of my life and have already begun letting every single person I know that the NFL Shop deserves no one's business.

Horrible Company
I'm not sure where to begin. My boyfriend was leaving to fly out for his very first Vikings game with his dad and brother so I ordered a jersey for him through NFL shop. Right after I placed the order I thought, "oops, xmas season, better call back & get expedited shipping right?" Wrong. The rep told me that either way I did it, the item would not ship out till the following Tuesday. Hmm. Then why do people pay anywhere from $12.95-24.95 for expedited shipping? So I crossed my fingers. The jersey showed up the following Friday (the day before his flight) STAINED. Three orange stains on the "brand new" white jersey. So I'm angry of course and called them. After a 30minute hold time the girl assures me that NFL Shop will OVERNIGHT a new jersey and that they get there relatively early in the morning. Great! Ha! The next day I'm pacing the floors as he is leaving at 2 for his flight. One O'clock rolls around and I'm one the phone with a rep and she proceeds to tell me that they "Don't Do" overnight shipping and that she's not sure why I was told that because the soonest they could have it to me would be Monday. What?! So the rep lied to me?! I of course was furious and asked to be transferred to a Manager who's apology consisted of "waiving the shipping costs" of the items. And proceeded to basically turn it around on me saying that I called the day before so how did I expect an order to be shipped overnight... Well I expected it A) Because your rep told me so and B) because for a couple extra buck you CAN expedite an order (I have friends in this business)! So here it is Monday, is my order going to be here today (after the game is already over) NOPE! Looked at the tracking on it this morning and they just got it ready for shipping today, hasn't even left the building yet! Incredible.

Terrible Customer Serve - Seller/Website Error
I have spoken to 2 people (one via chat and one over the telephone) about an order that came with 2 different sizes when I ordered the same size on both items (NFL Shop were both for the same person). Both "customer service" representatives told me that NFLshop.com would ship the correct item; however, the replacement item shipped was a duplicate of the first incorrect item. I called NFLShop.com immediately to have them stop that shipment before it was picked up and save everyone time/money. The order was still shipped and this morning I received an email from NFLShop.com telling me that they could do nothing as the error(s) (both of them) were my fault. They said I will need to return both items (which I'll be debited shipping for) and re-purchase the item I originally purchased. There is no reason for this. This was an internal website error, followed by an employee error. Essentially, NFLShop.com makes their customers jump through hoops to rectify a situation that they created. I would have continued to purchase these items from NFLShop.com had this issue been a seamless transaction. Now, I will make my NFL purchases elsewhere. With the amount of money made, there is no reason that NFLShop.com could not have exchanged an items that I received in error. Only one NFLShop.com employee was friendly and seemed like he was actually trying to help me; however, ultimately they still put the responsibility on me to repurchase the item rather than exchanging an item that they shipped incorrectly. So, if you'd like to be charged twice as much for shipping (which also does not happen immediately) when the error is on the seller, by all means purchase through this terrible company.

Very disappointed
Where to begin? First of all, when first placing my order I attempted to get the 10% off when you sign up for email alerts. Well, that didn't work. The email says nothing on how to redeem this offer but even if you click the link within the email, the 10% discount was not applied. So I settled for 5% promo code I found elsewhere on the site.

This "special event" jersey I ordered said that it would ship "No later than Thursday Feb. 4th." I thought, "Ok, well then I'll get next day shipping so that I'll have it in time for the Superbowl in a worst case scenario."

As the hour got later on Thursday and I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation I decided to call NFLShop. I spoke to Adrienne who told me that there's still a chance it could ship that day but did not sound confident. She told me that she had seen some that were promised to ship by the 2nd go out on that very day (the 4th). I told her about the 10% issue I had when ordering so she did give me the additional 5% off which was nice. She also attempted to put in a ticket to upgrade my shipping to Saturday delivery just in case it didn't ship Thursday but instead on Friday. She could not guarantee me that it would happen though (the upgrade nor the Friday ship).

Fast forward to this morning (Monday the 8th) and I see an email letting me know my item has shipped. According to FedEx it will be delivered tomorrow, which as you'll notice is NOT before the Superbowl.

So I called this morning and spoke to a man (Devin?) who eventually agreed to take off the 24.95 shipping cost since I explained to him that I'd have never payed for next day if I knew it would come AFTER the Superbowl. He then proceeded to inform me that "Well sir you ARE still getting next day delivery" which you can guess didn't go over very well with me. As if I care AFTER THE SUPERBOWL.

Before agreeing to take the shipping off he also tried to tell me that NFLShop emailed me on the 5th to let me know there was a delay. Gee... really? You think? Thank you for the "captain obvious" email there NFLShop. Emailing me the day AFTER it was supposed to ship to let me know it was going to be late. Also, I never received the email, not that it matters. Overall the whole experience has been bad. "No later than Thursday, Feb. 4th" is not a suggestion. It's a promise. A promise NFL Shop failed to deliver on.

Do not order from this company
I placed an order on December 10. I received a shipping confirmation that my order had shipped on December 13. According to the tracking information, delivery was attempted but the item was sent back. This is unusual as I have had many items delivered to my address in the past without any difficulty. I tried following up many times and was given various conflicting answers. First I was told that the item would come back to NFL Shop and then be sent for delivery with a different carrier. Nothing happened. I was then told that the charges would be refunded and I would have to submit a new order (with no guarantee that it could actually be delivered). I was also told that NFL Shop would not process the refund until it received the items back; however, that could take weeks. Then I was told that a refund had been processed but no one could provide me with anything in writing to this effect and it does not show up on my statement. In short, I have never received the items that I ordered over a month ago and have not received a refund for them. I have never had any problems with online orders from other merchants. This is the first and last time I will ever order anything from NFL Shop and I would strongly discourage anyone else from dealing with them.

I must say that i am PLEASED with how NFL shop handled my issues. I ordered 2 items for 2 day shipping. Well, after waiting 3 days it wasn't shipped. I called twice and the 1st lady called and she said that NFL Shop would take off the extra shipping charge and refund that to my account. She also said that she would send a direct shipping message to the manufacture so they can get it out to me as soon as possible before Christmas. I called a little later and waited another 15 minutes and the second lady said that they were experiencing an influx and my order was affected by it. After that i sent an email to the management. The next day when i woke up, I had a shipping confirmation number sent via email with a tracking number with overnight shipping! Then the next day after getting my tracking info, i received my package and my items were correct. I also got my $12.95 shipping charge back into my account, that happened in one business day.

Overall, my 1st experience with NFL was not that bad. I was expecting them to have the shipping excellent since this is the NFL we're talking about. I notice there are a lot of bad reviews, but I will not be ordering anything else from this website just to stay on the safe side. I am happy that the people followed up with everything, refunded my money, and that i received my order just in time before Christmas!

Worst experience ever
My experiences with this company and its affiliates has been nothing short of horrific. 6 orders, 6 problems. Over a month of phone calls and cancelled orders right before Christmas. Way to go Fanatics, NBAstore, NFLshop, FansEdge and any other affiliates!
To start, a gift was to be sent to my home address from NFLshop. It never arrived, no one knew why but alas... on to the next order. I went online to NFLshop to order a package (purchased by me, to be sent to my address, with my billing info - all the same) and all seemed fine. I got order confirmation but nothing further there after. I went to check the tracking a few days later and found my order was refunded. I called. NFL Shop gave no explanation and then proceeded to tell me my item was no longer in stock so they couldnt send it to me anyway. Great, thanks. What kind of company cancels your order and never notifies you? Or contacts you to rectify the situation. Moving on... I ordered from NBAstore a couple of days later. Same EXACT situation happens. My order is refunded and I am not notified (find out when attempting to track my package). This time when I call, the person tells me that the reason my orders keep getting cancelled is because someone attempted to send a package to my address, so the computer system automatically flags and cancels orders now to my address. WHAT? Besides the fact that the gift never came anyway, you are saying I cant have my own package sent to my own address? I ask the customer representative to please fix the issue and reorder my items, they say they cant. I have to have the person call in who was sending the gift or send my items to another address. WHAT?! So let me get this straight. You flagged my address because a package with a different billing address was sending to my address. Now you cant send me my own packages with my own billing address to my own address, I have to send them somewhere else? Which was exactly what the original issue was?! Wow, ok I dont have anymore time for games, its right before Christmas and I've already been on the phone for a combined time of 1 1/2 hr at this point between all phone calls and wait times. So I have them reorder and send to my job address (i do not receive mail at my job nor is my name on the business so you can already see where this is going). I have to demand the discount I originally had as well. Ok, order placed. Well they send my 3 items in 3 different packages through fedex smartpost. First package to arrive I am tracking and I see it is being returned to shipper. I call fed ex who directs me to call the post office. Thankfully through all this the post master (of all people) helps me by holding my package at the post office. I go there with my work ID and was able to pick up the first package. Now package number 2 is marked delivered as of yesterday and it was NOT delivered to my job (granted the mailman may have delivered to another suite, since no business name was attached I'm sure he took a wild guess- of course in trying to chase it down no one has it). Package 3 is still on the way and I have zero hopes that I will receive it. Now just to put the icing on the cake, I ordered a shirt through Fan's Edge last friday, not knowing they were all affiliated - too little too late, again using my own credit card that is billed to my home shipping address and guess what? My order is cancelled. I'm over the top disgusted with this company. I have 3 boys who's christmas presents are not coming because of the games of this company and yet no one can take responsibility and fix the issue. Oh, and the gift? They called. Told us there is nothing they can do, have it sent to another address. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to keep their sanity to stay far far away from this company and any of its subsidiaries. I will be posting this review everywhere I can. No one should have to go through this level of frustration and aggravation from a large retailer.

As a loyal customer to the NFL Shop, I gladly volunteered to order our co-worker his going away gift. We wanted to get him something that was memorable and what better gift than a customized jersey with his name! I placed his order on a Friday afternoon and selected the 2 day shipping option for $12.95, thinking that this would make it in time for his farewell dinner. After carefully reviewing my confirmation email, I was sure to pay special attention to the shipping date... in big BOLD RED writing it stated that this item would ship in 3 business day. I checked the status of my order today (which mind you is 5 days later & NO JERSEY) to find that my order had been cancelled (no explanation was given on why it was cancelled) and that my money was in the process of being refunded in 10 business days! This email was sent today, did I mention that it's 5 days after I had placed the original order and it was supposed to be shipped in 3... Upon calling customer service, who was no help by the way, I was graciously informed that there was NOTHING that NFL Shop could do... They had cancelled my order and didn't even have the courtesy to follow up to make sure I... 1.) I recieved the email, 2.) explain why they cancelled and 3.) see if I would like to place another order... what company does that! The customer service representative did nothing to accomodate us ( my co-workers & I) No accomodations were made to help us aquire a new gift, no waiving of the shipping fee, and no expedited shipping... They informed me that it would take up to 5 days to make the jersey and another 3 days to ship. I ended up reordering the jersey. It now has to be shipped to our co-worker's new home (which is another state). We are having a farewell dinner and we have no gift to give, how sad will that be! Thank You, NFL SHOP...

Annoying
Purchased 2 jerseys on Sunday morning and paid for next business day shipping. When Monday came around and it said that my order still hadn't shipped, I called customer service. She advised me that I still had to wait the 3 day processing time and then I'd get it the next business day. Annoying because hey don't really specify that at checkout but ok, fine. My fault for not doing better research. I get an email last night(Tuesday) saying my order shipped and attatched was a tracking number. When I checked the FedEx website, it said it was standard shipping and my estimated delivery date was Friday. Confused, I called customer service once again and explained what was going on. All she could say was "for some reason" my order was shipped for 2 day delivery. She offered to refund me my shipping fee which was great. But it's just the fact that the order being messed up and paying that extra money is frustrating. Just the whole situation itself is annoying. I chose to order from the NFL website because I thought it was the safest route to go with all these fake websites stealing people's information. But I really wish I had read the reviews before. I definitely would've taken my business elsewhere. Fingers crossed that my order is complete and accurate when it arrives.

NFL shop WORST customer service!
I ordered from NFL. Shop in the past and had no issue. Promt deliver ect. Usually 48-72 hours. On Nov 24th I ordered an XL jacksonville jags Telvin Smith Jersey. Jalen Ramsey was sold out but my close 2nd choice. Either way, you cant order a certain sized jersey unless the size is selectable, which it was. No flame beside it, no low stock box pop up. So i ordered of course. It was black friday so i got 30% off. Now my Shipment hasnt come and the tracking still says New york. I live in Vancouver Canada. In the past my package would have been here already. So i went on the live chat to inquire. First i was told it looks like it hasnt left the wearhouse with apologies and that NFL Shop will re ship it now and should be here soon. Then a couple minutes later the same agent tells me the jersey has sold out... Thats not my issue, I bought it while it was in stock. So i ask for compensation of some sort. Since ive been out of $100 bucks theyve been holding which they want to give back to me instead of sending me another player which i requested plus maybe a t shirt or hat. SOMETHING, i did nothing wrong. Its on their end. They asked me to re order...(now im $200 out out for something i havent recieved.) then i have to wait for my old transaction to be credited. (slightly inconvenient) the supervisor then took over and was very passive aggresive and when i mentioned that i would NOT use this site anymore after he refused to comprimise for THEIR mistake. He simply said thats fine... Im a small business owner who doesn make any where near the margins NFLSHOP does and when my customers accidentaly break an item they bought before leaving the store or drop ect we replace it. Or if there a upset customer for whatever reason. We give them a voucher or something. Moral is, no one EVER leaves upset. Customer first. Jeff bezos is the richest man in the world with Amazon. Guess why, if you watch any interviews he preaches that rule number one is obsess over the customers. NFL needs to step it up. Terrible customer service and no taking responsablity for THEIR mistakes. This was a gift for a family member who i see once a year and now i will not have the Jersy or the $100 most likely by then to get something else. Also, i could have gone to Jersey city which is a store in a mall where i live. I would have it by now if I did. I simply used NFL.com for convenience. But it has been anything but convenient. Terrible experience. But hey from the other reviews, seems as if they dont care at all.

Literally scammed me
Bought a panthers beanie, payed for expedited shipping (like 10 to 15 bucks cant remember at this point) because I'm inpatient like that. So I pay and Google automatically puts in my adress with my card and I'm no stranger to ordering things online. Nfl.com tells me lazership will be handling my shipping. 3 days go by I dont get my beanie I'm already mad because I paid for expedited shipping. Go through lazership find out it's in my zipcode just cant find my adress. I do a bit of digging and find out NFL Shop are trying to ship to a non existent address. nfl.com gave them a adress similar to mine but one that doesnt exist. I put in like 5 complaint tickets with lazership telling them straight up what my adress is and explain that nfl gave them a wrong adress. They finally respond saying I have to take it up with nfl.com wven though they have my package in my zip code. So I go to nfl to see what they can do and after putting in the info on my receipt I'm told my order doesnt exist. And at this point I cut my losses. I dont have the order ID its buried under 2 months of emails and I dont have the time. I dont want a resolution just a warning to others. No my order didnt just not go through either, I was charged 40ish bucks and was never refunded

Oh where oh where is the jersey I ordered... oh where oh where can it be?

What a poorly run company! You are wasting your money employing 400 customer service people, because NFL Shop are all incompetent and have no information. I don't buy for a minute that in today's day and age of constant communication and overnight deliveries that you cannot make contact with the manufacturer or wherever this jersey is supposed to be coming from. Is it made on Mars? And you can't expedite the shipping when it is your fault that I don't have it in my hands already! Have you ever heard of FedEx? Plus, the order was placed on December 3rd --- that would have been PLENTY of time to iron on a player's name on the back of a jersey and put it in the mail!

I have tried using your chat. USELESS. I have called multiple times. Your employees are trained to lie. On Fri Dec 15 Enus told me that his supervisor Kelly was expediting the shipping (free of charge) and that I would DEFINITELY have the jersey by Christmas. "It would be on my doorstep Dec 23 or maybe even before." Well, here it is Wed Dec 20 and still no update. My order status is still PROCESSING. Where is the tracking number I was promised? Where is the call from corporate I was promised by Tianna (also a "supervisor")? Corporate was supposed to listen to my phone call with Enus. Where is the phone call I was supposed to receive from the manufacturer after another customer service person opened ticket request #1685378 last Thursday, Dec 14? And my order still says it will ship on or before Dec 14... well that date has come and gone!

Every other company in America is working around the clock at this time of year to ensure their customers get their items by Christmas! Many are giving free rush shipping if you order today and guaranteeing you will get it by Christmas. Not the NFLshop. I ordered this on December 3! Where is it? We once got custom jerseys at a Washington Capitals game and it took less than 10 minutes for them to put the splayers' name on the back! Now it is looking like I won't have the jersey to give to my son for Christmas. I spent $125 on this and you were quick to charge my credit card already. That you can do but to put the jersey in the mail...?

I hope you know that you will RUIN my son's Christmas if this jersey is not on my doorstep by Sat Dec 23!

Do NOT buy from NFL Shop - Just don't!
I am extremely disappointed. What a horrible customer service. My nightmare started when I bought an autographed Pat Mahomes football. I know signatures can vary when comes to memorabilia, but the quality should not. I decided to buy from NFL to avoid the very same reason why I am here, leaving this bad review today.
The first name was totally see through. NFL should not post perfect pictures to the web if you are selling to your customers something totally different. That's exactly how you disappoint ppl. This would not fly on any other memorabilia web site. So remember, if you ever buy any memorabilia from this company, and you are unhappy with what you got, you are out of luck. NFL Shop would do absolutely nothing for you.
Now let's talk customer service: WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DONNA from the Fan Service and Support, customer service was horrible. I really suggest Donna's management to star to follow her footsteps and learn something from her. She went out of her way to help me. And reading some of the reviews I am reading now, looks like I am not alone. I can tell customer service is becoming a problem on its own for NFL and whatever who is in charge is really not doing anything about it. We need more people like Donna. I will never buy anything from them again and will tell others to do the same. My next step is to leave a review on social media as well since they were no help and a complaint with the BBB. I recommend you do the same if you feel like your issue wasn't handled correctly. That's the only way a company that takes their customers for granted will take you seriously.
And DONNA, thank you again! And hopefully, your management will thank you too. You are great and I would give you 5 stars!

Misleading stock / shipping times
There is a reason everyone is posting 1 star reviews. I took the time to read their Faqs carefully regarding "special event items" because the entire reason I placed the order was to have SUPER BOWL gear and not a single item is arriving until after the Super Bowl. I made sure to choose only items that were labeled "in stock" including 1 that said "only 1 left", assuming that "in stock" means the item is already there and made, and ready for processing and shipment (like every other single website in existence). To play it safe, and in an attempt to rep my team before the big game, I made sure to pay for faster shipping, an additional $20. Stated the item would ship in 2 days on the order confirmation page. It was not until AFTER fully placing / paying for the order and expedited shipping that the confirmation email stated that none of the items will arrive until Monday Feb 8th... The day after the super bowl. I am sure many other people are experiencing the same issue right now considering I placed the order Monday 1/25/21 (the first day the Super Bowl related gear was posted), paid for expedited shipping, and NFL Shop can't get the order here for 2 WEEKS, and not until AFTER THE EVENT TAKES PLACE... If you literally cannot get "specialty event items" on your website to consumers for 2 weeks, that should be stated very clearly BEFORE CHECKING OUT. Items should not say "in stock" unless they are there and ready to be shipped. Its literally false advertising.

NFL Shops LIES and will STEAL YOUR MONEY!
First Review - 01/11/17

NFL Shops is the WORST company I've dealt with. First of all I ordered a custom jersey over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive an update with regards to the status of my order. Second, when I called to ask about the status of my order I was told NFL Shop can't provide that because an outside vendor handles the order. I said, "OK, give me the information of the outside vendor so I can contact them directly". They stated that they can't give out this information. I proceeded to ask to speak with a supervisor and I was laughed at and told they would give me the same answer. I waited on the line for over 45 minutes and hung up because I could tell they didn't care about me as a customer. I then emailed NFL shops about the issue and to request a refund, and they told me I couldn't receive a refund because it was a custom order that was already being processed. Oh really? If it was already being processed then how the hell are they not able to give me any answers on the status of my order?

Long story short, I will have a very disappointed family member who won't receive the gift for their birthday and now I'm stuck in this endless circle with the morons at NFL shop. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR! They are unethical and don't care about their customers.

To add to my previous review. I was told by "Chastity S." or "Whitney P." (who the hell knows) that they would ship my order with next business day delivery. (See below) Have I received my product or even a shipping confirmation? NO! These jackasses will basically just tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to shut up. Well, I won't be silenced. I've already put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I will be taking legal action next because they are holding my money and not delivering as promised. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE!

The most unprofessional site and customer service i have ever delt with!
I order a Hoodie on 11/19... paid for 2 day shipping so I was supposed to get it on the 22nd... had to have refund because discount code did not go through... received email that ordered was delayed so I waited to see if another email would come through in a couple days... nothing... had to get 2nd refund because I didn't get order when it was promised and I paid for expedited shipping... used online chat and reps could tell me absolutely nothing besides that there was a hold up on it being shipped... called actual customer service line and was told that NFL Shop no longer had the XL I had ordered so I would have to re-order the hoodie and they would refund me the price and have it shipped as soon as possible... had to go down a size and have ANOTHER REFUND because they charged me for the shipping that I was told I wouldn't have to pay for... still waiting on refund for second purchase of same hoodie... called them today to be told that no refund was put in for the price of the hoodie and THAT THEY HAD NO SIZES AVAILABLE TO ORDER... so if I hadn't called I would be sitting around waiting on a hoodie that was going to show up whenever they felt like letting people know it was on its way AND A FOURTH REFUND that was obviously never going to come... this is the most unprofessional website I have EVER had to deal with... so I am now waiting on 2 refunds for the 2 times I had to pay for the same order... ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS! And half the time could not understand the customer service rep on the phone because their accent was so thick and I was left on hold for almost 20 minutes... DISGUSTED!

Terrible experience made right
[Update] I got a hold of an NFL shop associate who actually worked hard to figure out the issue and find a solution. After having a terrible experience NFL shop associates finally made their mistakes right. I will give them a second chance assuming my 2 orders come in without issue. NFL Shop finally made me feel as though they actually valued my business.

I ordered a Salute to Service Jersey in mid-November and my order was cancelled abruptly without warning. That should have been my first warning sign. I reordered the jersey because my other order of a $100 jacket went through. When the second order was also cancelled I figured there was an error with the stock so I ordered a $294.99 Elite Matt Ryan Jersey. I thought I was lucky when my package arrived faster than expected. I opened the package and in it was an XL soccer shirt. A cheap soccer shirt was sent to me in error when I should have received a $295 jersey. NFL shop sent me an email saying they would refund me 85% of my purchase if I sent them my jersey back. I did not even receive the jersey! I returned the soccer jersey and the jersey I wanted was now out of stock as they had shipped it to some other lucky person in error, so the only option was to refund my purchase. I called NFL shop again and was supposed to receive a callback from a supervisor within 24 hours. Its been 5 days and nothing. They still have not refunded my store credit and now the promo code period has passed. Because I needed a jersey for a birthday that was approaching I went ahead and reordered a different size and charged it to my credit card (I was not able to use my in store credit because it had not been refunded even though the associate said it would be available in a few hours). My new order has still not shipped and I have still not received my store credit refund. After all is done I may end up with a jersey that doesn't even fit if it ever ships. This is the best they can do after 2 emails and 5 phone conversations including a call with a supervisor.

NFL SHOP not really THIS IS A FANATICS Co. They are the worst co, just Google them it says it all.
So we used to order our hats with a company called fanatics, until two years in a row we never received package, and no refund, I swore I would never order from them again. I wrote a review and blocked there page. So the hubby found hoodie's for him and his father, he said "I'm ordering threw the NFL shop NFL Shop shouldn't be as messed up as FANATICS." He ordered and paid extra for shipping. Package tracking said delivery today, when it didn't come I got on the phone first with Laser Ship (that's a whole other story another never ever,) FANATICS got me first! They never said laser ship would be delivering, until after we paid and received tracking number, I should have know then., but I thought I'll call them, when I looked up the order I saw it! Nice and little under NFL shop logo (a Fanatics co) man I felt like I got hit in gut. NOT AGAIN... it was such a disaster dealing with both co. That I stopped any online orders all year, I didn't want the headache, but they got me, now I know read all the little stuff(I knew this! Never thought it was same co) and Google companies affiliated with FANATICS, if they even are next to a page that says FANATICS RUN RUN don't order, don't pay extra shipping if you do order, DON'T rely on your order for any major event, Bday, Xmas, Fathers, I don't know if I would even try ordering a year early I'm still waiting on last years, they did send some nice Xmas ornaments that I never ordered I got them over the summer, no joke. Please please share your experience about this maybe if enough people complain NFL will not go through this co. They never used to. I hope y'all get your packages in time, I know we won't now, so kids bday tomorrow no package! And maybe my father in law Xmas may get here in time but I'm not counting on it. I'm more mad at myself I should have looked, but for anyone who has not ordered from them DON'T save money and go buy in person or find any co NOT affiliated with FANATICS. HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY AND NEW YEAR, FANATICS thanks for another memorable holiday. And thanks for the extra stress it exactly what I needed..
