Terrible
I bought a lounge suite in July. Almost December and after constant lies and fake arrival dates we now don't know when it will arrive. Terrible service and wish I never walked in the door.

Dodgy
Product was delivered a month late, there are serious defects of which Nick Scali are fully aware and yet Nick Scali wont replace or refund. Now forced into taking legal action.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a lounge from the Nick Scali in Osborne Park in July & was sworn to that it would be delivered in 6-12 weeks absolute maximum by the sales lady & Nick Scali would be in contact after 6 weeks and throughout with updates NEVER ONCE HAVE I RECEIVED ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM.
I have to call them to enquire & every time the date gets pushed further and further. Up to 6+ weeks extra each time. The new "expected delivery" is 22 of DECEMBER (when I asked if their delivery service would be running that close to Christmas she said "don't know try calling dispatch" & they refuse issuing a refund. The Customer service is non existent, they don't care about their customers or running a Business that is actually functional? They just want your money - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Also I am expected to pay $85 for a delivery service that is disgustingly delayed?

LITERAL SCAM paid thousands of dollars & haven't even gotten the product yet and I already DESPISE NICK SCALLI

Steve provided us with a respectful exploration of the shop unhindered or badgered. The week before we were by another sales person and left promptly. Steve was courteous, respectful and a complete gentleman. Removed a couple of thousand dollars from us that didn't even hurt. Looking forward to receiving our recliners!

Delivery dissatisfaction
Please google NICK SCALI REVIEWS First! You Will find out that nickscali has a consumer rating of 2.83 indicating that most consumers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases... when l wanted to buy a sofa I discussed my concern about delivery time with the staff as l am moving to a new house and the settlement date could be any time from July to end of August. The staff assured me that the delivery would be WHENEVER you want. Later on l got thousands of texts and phone that you item is ready to be delivered. Unfortunately my house wasn't ready to move in i asked them to extend but Nick Scali said we do not have place to stock items! Finally Finally Finally they rescheduled the delivery time few more weeks but there is a question in my mind... Is the staff who sells the sofa to me ever know the policy of the store? Does he know nick scali does not have place to store the stock? Why he did not mention it while i talked about my conCern? DEFINITELY HE WAS JUST FOCUSING ON SALING STUFF AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT... really dissatisfied with my purchase from NIK SCALI... never will buy anything from them NEVER

Awful service and even worse product
The customer service was awful. Staff said paid in full then changed their minds and said if we don't pay the extra we don't get the product. The warranty mentions that the foam used in the couches is not covered under warranty and no wonder. After 6 months it started failing to hold its shape. 4 years on and I'm desperate for a new couch because this one is awful. I've never had a couch be this uncomfortable after just 4 miserable years of service. Id never buy one of these again. Save your money and go elsewhere. The service is rotten and the product worse than what you'd get out of Kmart.

Nick Scali this week wasted my time asking for the paperwork, then calling me to say that Nick Scali can refer me to a contractor and pay to have new foam put in. What a waste of my time that was. It's going to the curb exactly where it belongs. If their only intention was to palm off for a paid service, then they should have saved my time.

What customer service?
We purchased a sofa set in December 2020 and delivery of 11-13 weeks was given. After multiple delays, furniture should finally be delivered, but Nick Scali are refusing delivery as due to long weekend final payment has not cleared. Despite being able to provide evidence of payment, they refuse to deliver. Handed from driver to main company to local branch, but everyone simply stated company policy. No offer of compensation for late delivery. No personal support. Just a big company with no heart,

Delivery personnel: aggressive, patronising, sexist and appeared to be on drugs
One of the delivery persons seemed to be on drugs. He could hardly speak, keep his eyes open and stand on his feet. He almost fell multiple times. When he spoke, he was aggressive, patronising, sexist and outright rude. Left a dirt mark on the furniture from his filthy hands. Moved unsteadily with wide movements with something sharp in his hand that he used for opening the boxes.
He was seemingly intentionally careless with the furniture, tossing and rolling the boxes, rather than using the trolley. His behaviour was aggressive, threatening, displaying superiority.
I contacted Nick Scali customer care just to receive absolutely no reaction.
It would appear, that this fits company policy. Fantastic.

Defective console
I have received a defective console. According to Nick Scali that's normal. Their customer service isthe worst in Australia. What ever you see in stores are not what you getting. Damaged cheap items.

DON'T BUY if you are not keen to wait for over 5 months for your product!
Brough a product in August 2020, got advised by the seller that would have some delays (due covid bla bla bla) as usually takes 8 weeks, but give a 10 to 12 weeks, and now I got the message saying the temptive delivery is in middle January 2021.
Result? My Christmas holidays in family is compromised, I have just sold my old sofa as it's ways over the maximum waiting period and what's now?
Do you think Nick Scali call you to apologise or give some sort of compensation? No just a sms notifiying the delivery date and to warn no to pay the remain amount otherwise it won't be delivered.

It is great customer service and Nick Scali use there time wisely. Great help and happy people expecially in the fortitude valley store

Be careful! Nightmare to deal with and faulty products!
We purchased several Nick Scali products. When we opened the console table it was damaged. We immediately rung Nick Scali who said - "take a photo of it and log a service request". We sent them the photo. Sometime later Nick Scali contacted us and in a nutshell - accused us of lying, damaging the product and were not going to replace it. We were outraged. We are honest and hardworking. We never complain! I would not buy another product from them and I would be careful - their service is terrible! We have logged a claim with the commerce commission - it is now a matter of principle!

Poor Delivery Service
$170 to deliver a couch that took 11+ weeks to get here. Nick Scali cannot even break down or remove the boxes. Paid a LOT less for delivery from other stores who cleaned up after themselves. I will NEVER buy from this pathetic company again.

Delivery time - 6 months
Hi guys,
We ordered our electric recliner back in 06. September last year and we still didn't get the item. When we bought it Nick Scali said 2 Dec latest, then 25 Dec, then 21 Jan 2021, and now 02 Feb maybe.
We're very frustrated with this service. Covid situation is not here the first month.
I also asked a friend of mine to go to Nick Scali and chose something and ask about delivery time...
The friendly salesman said approx. 9 weeks.
I don't like to write it down bad reviews but I don't want you guys to wait 6 months as well. Consider it

Delivery issue don't want our sale
After driving 3 hours from the country to Adelaide we found a buffet and Tv cabinet that we wished to purchase At Nick Scali only to be told that the warehouse was on the other side of town and needed 3 days notice before we can collect. Also told that we had to phone the warehouse ourselves to see if Nick Scali would approve of us putting the items into our Ute! Staff were nice enough but it's obvious Nick Scali do not care about country customers at all! Not good enough! Lost our business - we will go elsewhere

Disappointing
Ordered 2 sofas from Nickscali and paid a hefty deposit after bring promised delivery between 10 to 12 weeks. 25 weeks later, that's 6 MONTHS, we still haven't received our furniture. Our advice is to order elsewhere.

Horrible Experience - I'll never deal with them again
After receiving delivery of a dining table we noticed damage to the table top, it was annoying and we mentioned it to the sales person a couple of days later when we went to look for more furniture. He did the right thing and offered to have the table returned or repaired. From then it was an absolute nightmare dealing with the total incompetence of their back office team. Photos were asked for which were supplied and we were told the table would be fixed or replaced. Then we got a call saying because the table had been moved to a different room it would not be repaired. I explained that this was not possible as the room it was assembled in by Nick Scali was to small to get the table out of once assembled. The case was then escalated and the new lady was just totally rude demanding new photos then saying she would have to send technicians around etc. She was totally incompetent and unsure of what she actually wanted changing her mind several times during the call to the point where I told her not to worry about it as dealing with them was so much more stressful than never dealing with them again. Needless to say we cancelled all other orders from Nick Scali and will never ever deal with them again.

No stock in New Zealand BE AWARE!
We bought a beautiful leather sofa 10 October that was advertised on sale for $2990. 00. We were told that it would be in on 26 November 2020. We saw the same sofa advertised

Significant delay and poor customer service
We have ordered few furniture in July and only got it recently in late November. There are more than 6 weeks delay. We ordered leather care kit, but came with the fabric care kit. I have phoned them 5 times about the care kit, but haven't received any replacement. IT IS WASTING TIME to communicate with those guys.
The boxes are everywhere after the delivery and the delivery guy said to me "enjoy the rubbish"
It is so disappointing for the money that i spent on and We will never buy from this company again.

Don't buy on-line
We bought a Finley couch but were unable to visit the store (over 5 hours drive away) as Mum had just started radiation treatment and the sale finished in a couple of days. We wanted a white couch - the website picture shows a clean white in a grey toned room. Big discussion with the sales rep re colour explaining that our house colour scheme is black, grey & white and we needed a clear, crisp white and would order black if it wasn't. Were told the website picture was accurate and was sent photos of the colour swatch. Had Nick Scali sent us an actual colour swatch which arrived 4 months after order with our very CREAM couch we would have ordered black. Love the couch, hate the colour on our home. Feel very mislead by the website and the sales rep - management at Nick Scali aren't interested. Please don't waste your money and buy without physically seeing the exact product in the colour you want.

Solid service good experience
Peter from Canningvale store in WA was very patient as we had visited the store about 3 times with different ideas each time. He was professional and patient and had a good sense of humour with it all. Great team and looking forward to getting our leather lounge thanks Peter.
