Experience with Nike
This is my first experience of buying shoes, brand Nike, to my great regret, negative. I paid for the brand, but not for the quality. And to my surprise, Nike does not care about customer support at all. I bought a month ago sneakers, in the Nike brand store, Riad, Saudi Arabia, after three days the fabric on one of them began to creep away.
When I went to the store, asked to give money or replace shoes for another model, Nike simply refused me. Then I wrote to Nike, where they said that they could not help me in any way, so I didn't buy them online and gave me the distributor's phone number, but no one there answered, I turned to Nike for the second time, asked, give me the contact of a specific person who can help me, but this time they just ignored me. I urge all fans of Nike, look at the quality, not the brand. Because I threw out my money, wasted time and got a lot of negative emotions when buying a Nike brand!

Don't buy gift cards from Nike.Com!
I received a gift card as a birthday gift. I didn't use it for couple of months since the website says it doesn't expire. When I tried to use it in a nike store (after picking items I wanted to buy), the cashier told me that I could only use it online. When I went to the online store, the card gave an error.

I called customer services and after waiting for many minutes to speak to someone, and for that someone to speak to someone else... she told me that the card had expired, but that "I shouldn't worry" because Nike would issue me a new one... which would take 3 - 5 days and she would call me to give me the new card number...

The story is clear and honest. The issue may seem to have been solved. BUT imagine buying a 'gift' for someone and him/her having to go through such a hassle to be able to use that gift?! This is not customer-centred service, it is organization-centred service! This was even clearer when the lady said she could only call me (and not email me) because she is a phone-agent. Apparently phone agents and email agents are different people sitting in different departments and the organisational system does not allow them to communicate with each other. Unbelievable! Awful, awful experience. I am never stepping into a nike store again.

Nike does not stand behind the quality of their products
Nike does not stand behind the quality of their products and after being a customer for 25 years, I will never ever buy another Nike product again because of it.

I had a pair of nike running shoes tear apart after 4 months of use. I contacted the Nike store where i purchased them and all Nike could say was they had a 90 day return policy and they could do nothing about the bad quality shoes that tore apart.

I contacted enough Nike people until I was speaking with the Senior Customer Management rep and after 3 phone calls their best solution was to say they stand behind their 90 day policy instead of standing behind delivering a high quality product. In the best case scenario I hoped Nike would offer to exchange the shoes for a pair that were not torn apart, but they didn't think that was a reasonable request.

Nike did not even think to offer even a 50%, 10%, or even 1% discount on a new pair of shoes. They didn't offer to take them back and repair them. Their best suggestion was to go buy a new pair of shoes and hope the next pair don't rip apart.

I am absolutely appalled at this level of service from such a reputable company. I have sold my existing stock holdings I had with Nike, and I will never purchase a single Nike item for myself or as a gift again.

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
It's always a good experience with Nike.com.

I recently purchased the Nike Air Force 1s in white and the shipping was within the quoted 14 business days.

The packaging could have been better since the box seemed to have received a few hits in the corners but it's nothing I care too much about as long as the actual items are okay.

The website and checking out process was easy and quick since I have an account. I also like the fact that with Nike.com, you're able to return/exchange the items in store if needed.

The shoes themselves, came in perfect condition. No scratches, marks, or dents. Squeaky clean white and true to size. Overall, 10/10.

2 failed deliveries through DPD
We have had 2 deliveries from DPD in the last month and both of them were terrible.

Delivery 1) ordered the new Apple watch from EE online who use DPD to deliver their parcels, on th day of delivery no one calls and rings the bell and the next thing we know a message has come through stating that Nike were unable to deliver our parcel. My partner calls DPD who said that they will get the depot to call. This was at about 1:30 p.m. at 5 p.m. she call DPD back and a different agent stated that the label on the package did not have the first line of the address on it so they could not deliver it. We asked why they didn't call the phone number that they have to confirm door number they then stated that they don't do that and that they will not be able to deliver it again at all as the label is wrong. We called EE who arranged for my partner to pick this up from a pick up point the next day. No apology and no offer of compensation even though they were told that this was a birthday present.

Deliver 2) my partners ordered shoes from Nike.com and deliver was through DPD. On the day of delivery notifications received saying that it is on its way and partners actively tracked it on her phone until it said that DPD were here, we waited for the bell to ring but nothing. 5 min later we received a notification stating that no one was home and a photo of our front door. We called DPDD customer service and spoke to Corey who allegedly tried to call the drover but could not get tgrouch and then we're told that there is nothing they can do. My partner then went on their app and arranged to collect from a pick up point AGAIN! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Nike and EE I would take your delivery contracts somewhere else.

Worst online shopping experience ever
I have always worn Nike and have had success with the product, and have also had success ordering online. But this last (and continuing) online experience has been laughably bad. Long story short--I have been trying to place an order. I keep getting the same error message. I have talked to customer service numerous times over the last 2 weeks, and, unable either to resolve the issue themselves or even place the order for me directly, Nike have "escalated" my issue. I was originally told that "escalation" would take 48 hours but now they tell me it might take "awhile" because this mysterious "escalation" division of Nike is "very busy". I bet! I think it is now time to look for another product!

By far the worst online shopping experience
I've had one bad experience but the last one was it. Had to cancel multiple orders, after the first order went to a wrong shipping address. Somehow it automatically signed me into an old acct with an old address - when i paid via paypal, paypal told me i'd be able to 'change the address' before checking out at nike.com. I clicked on next, and then it just confirmed my order. So i canceled it bc i couldn't change the address after calling. Then i got a notice saying 'your order was not canceled'. So i called. Nike couldn't find the order. The order confirmation went to a different email - not sure why because it wasn't the email i used for the order. The nike integration with Paypal or 3rd parties is really clumsy and not user friendly. You should be able to call and change shipping address (like any other site) without having to re-do the order. The order should go to the actual email you ordered it from. You should get a confirmation of order cancellation. Most of all, it should NOT take me 63 minutes to order a pair of $100 shoes online. I should not have to contact customer service twice. I get it - Nike is so loaded they don't have to provide an excellent online experience - but it really would be nice. I once ordered from Nike a yr ago and couldn't remember why I didn't again - it was because in that order, they wouldn't even deliver it to my house because I wasn't home and delivered it to some random UPS drop off point which was closed when i got home from work - so the item was automatically sent back to Nike. I can't with them anymore. If it's not avail with another vendor, I'm just not meant to have the item. Nothing is worth their online experience.

Nike air max 97 new 2018 defective send 2 times orders
Hi. I have bought from the Nike website pair of shoes which came with small but noticeable defects. At 150 pounds a pair I would expect perfection from their side. I returned them after i send photos to their email adress with the hope that if I will buy another one will look like I would expect even though I had to wait one week for the money to be back in my account. Nike offered a discount and that is why I have decided to give them another chance. The second pair, a new type of defects worse like the first one. I have the feeling that no one is doing any kind of quality check. I had the thought that a fake replica of this shoes will look better than the original since some of them pass as genuine all the time. Very disappointed, not because of their service but because of the product. I have various Nike shoes bought from different retailers at much better prices, but I wanted to buy something new directly from them and to expect a nice experience and quality products. Not this time.
Thank you Nike for this experience and because the only solution that offered me customer support was to buy it once, even if that meant paying over 400 pounds in just a few days and waiting a week for a refund for each transaction. Big dislike from me this time Nike.com

SCAMMERS
I bought a gift card from a store and it was already being used in another country. I reported it to Nike and Nike didn't investigation and told me it would only take 10 days when it took almost 4 weeks, but they sent me an email saying that they don't have anything to do with refunds and fraudulent things that go on with their gift cards and that there will be no reimbursement on another gift card. Mind you that there were multiple purchases from another country that they seen with their own eyes and I still had money left on the card and they refuse to even give me a new card or transfer my balance that was left over from the fraudulent transactions to a new card. BEWARE ALL THEY DO IS SCAM PEOPLE!

Sometimes they're good sometimes bad
I have bought several things from nike because when you want to buy legit name brands why not deal directly with the source right? Well the last pair of shoes I bought from them were clearly used. The white soles were covered in dirt, light dirt but still and Nike had some type of sticky substance all over them like jelly. I contacted them and they told me to get a refund I have to send the shoes back to them and i have to pay for shipping them back to them. Really? Then I bought a jordan hoodie, sweatpants and hat and it took over 2 months to receive the hat and was ignored and hung up on by customer service but until recently I always had good experiences with them which is why i give 3 stars.

Bad Client care from Nike and Converse
I started calling Nike about 6 months ago (June 2017), it was one number after another and of course everyone I spoke with said Nike were sorry for the inconvenience I was experiencing...

On October 31,2017 (after four months of attempting to report the separation of my ALL STAR - Converse soles from the rubber trim), I reached Leslie who took all my information and sent it to "the right department". Eventually a "Greg" called. After they claimed not to have any of the colour choices I asked for - including the colour of the defective shoes of course) Greg was prepared to replace mine with another style. I asked for a few days to see them at a store before making my decision and he accepted.

Within the week I called back to confirm the pair I wanted but received no reply yet again. Several weeks later some guy named "Kev" called to say "Long story short, Greg is no longer with us". I found this Kev guy quite offensive as he denigrated the previous employees work ethic while telling me he would not honour the previous employees promise to replace the shoes with another style. He also claimed the exact replacements for my defective shoes had been shipped "as we speak" - about three weeks ago. I have not received a confirmation of them being shipped and no shipping confirmation from the shipping company either.

Not happy at all with the way Nike/Converse "services" their clients.
I wont be buying Nike or Converse products again as a result.

Zero for Customer Satisfaction
Ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1's showed available and paid for next day delivery. The next day I got a tracking number for the Fed Ex delivery. After waiting half the day with no delivery I called Fed Ex. Fed Ex states the tracking number was not valid and was not in their system. Fed Ex advised me to contact the sender. Called Nike was told that although the email said shipped the tracking number was no good and Nike did not have the shoes in stock. A refund after Christmas and a discount to make an online purchase is what I was told was available. He went on to say I was one of many customers calling with the same complaint. I ask for a supervisor but was told he was on another line handling another complaint. He then offered the number to the corporate office which would not open until Monday morning.
Worst customer service ever. Nike has my money and I have no merchandise. Money is withdrawn immediately from my account but I have to wait 2-5 days for a refund. Nike was my go to brand but time to move on.

Horrible experience I'm sure its the worst
Well I thought I was waiting to tell everyone how the Nike vapormax flyknit utility was the best I've had as I tried them on at my sister's wedding saturday. However I'm here doing the exact opposite, letting the world know how horrible my experience with Nike.com was. I've tried ordering the shoes then Nike canceled my order with out notice, after doing so "Courtney" from Nike left an email saying its been canceled and a number and extension to reach her. I tried contacting Courtney twice no response. Then later on in the day just to realize my account at nike.com was blocked by administration/management. No one at nike.com can explain this. So now I'm having to find a new pair of shoes else where that can be comfortable for long standing at my sisters wedding. Horrible Nike Horrible

I never again buy Nike products
My order EO709863749 has been canceled after five day's Nike explain that they have a bug on online store with wrong price. They gave me a coupon for 15% discount (haha). I have to wait for a refund another week or two. This company is very unprofessional.

It took them five days to figure out something was wrong and they canceld my order. After that they have proposed me a discount that is worse than the standard promotions that they set for everyone.

I never again buy Nike products on their online store or anywhere else. Luckily there are similar or better products from other companies at even better prices and certainly with normal service.

Nike does not stand behind their product
I bought a pair of Nike Mamba Rage for my son about 3 months ago. He told me there was a sharp piece of metal that was protruding through the interior heel of the shoe and it cut his heel. I inspected the shoe and not sure if it was metal or plastic, but it was poking through the fabric and he could not wear the sneakers. I called Nike and the advised that since I purchased them at $#*!'s Sporting Goods Nike would not warranty their defective sneakers. They said it would need to be purchased from one of their "honor" stores. If they sell your product then you should stand behind it. IDK what an "honor" store is but as you see from their reviews Nike is not honorable! $#*!'s store exchanged the sneakers without an issue. You lost a customer Nike!

Annoyed
One of my pet peeves is when you order something online to make your life easier and you end up on the phone with them on and off for 2-3 weeks holding everybody's hand and trying to get them to do their job correctly. I ordered a pair of shoes from Nike. I got the item I ordered, but with someone else's receipt in the box. I had to call customer service to get my correct receipt and shipping label e-mailed to me so that I could return the shoes. The shipping label with the incorrect information Nike already sent me was pre-paid. The correct one they sent me was not, so I ended up paying $17 to ship the shoes back to Nike. They did not send me a confirmation that they received them or that a return was being processed, so I had to call them again. I asked if I could be reimbursed because I had to pay to return the shoes because of a mistake they had made. They said they would give me a discount on the next pair of shoes I ordered...even though I am obviously not eager to repeat this experience. It's not so much the amount of money, it's the principle. They made a mistake, then made ANOTHER mistake on top of it, and because I didn't have time to make yet another phone call to them asking them to send me the correct label, I had to pay for it and they are not willing to meet me halfway.

No Product, No Help, No refund
I bought 3 items from Nike.com I got an order confirmation, for all 3 items. I paid extra for 2 day shipping since it was for a gift. I received 2 of the items and the third is still missing with no tracking information. I contacted Nike on Friday asking them to give me an update since I needed the product before Saturday and was told twice a Nike Elite member would contact me directly. I still have no item, I have had not contact with Nike and when I contacted Nike again, I was told a Nike Elite member would contact me. I have no leggings, no help finding them, no response from any NIke Elite Team Member, and no refund. I would give them 0 stars if that would have been an option

Never again Nike.com!
I will never order from Nike.com again! I ordered shoes for my daughter and backpacks for my boys. I received the shoes no problem. I returned the shoes because Nike were too small for her. I was still waiting on the backpacks when I received a notice that the bags were being sent back due to bad postal code. Called them they informed me they already received the shoes and weren't sure why I didn't receive the bags or how the postal code changed. I explained why I was so overwhelmed and stressed out from this situation because school was going to start in a week and now I have to spend my weekend driving around town to find them backpacks. They offered to comp(refund) the order and send it back out to me. I was so great full & ecstatic I wouldn't be spending my entire weekend looking for other bags. They took my address 4 times to make sure it was correct! Well I never received it! The order was sent back AGAIN for the same reason! I called back and they escalated to a supervisor. I've called several times to ask when the sup should be contacting me and to no avail. Now it's been 30 days so I call again only to get in touch with a supervisor who offered me a discount on my next purchase! There was nothing the sup could do about the comp order I never received. So for all of the time, overwhelming stress, hardship, frustration, hurt, and anger they have caused my children and I we were offered a 20% discount on our NEXT order! Yeah that's never going to happen! Like we'd place our trust in them to get it right the next time and on top of that they couldn't make things right this time! No thank you!

Terrible service and inventory management
Terrible service from this huge company who should know better. Ordered some trainers in the Black Friday sales - Nike then hung on to my order until the sales were over only to tell me that, although their website stated my size was in stock, they didn't have them in stock and that their website does not always truly reflect the reality of what items they have in their warehouse. All the other sites I could have ordered the same shoes from are now out of stock so I lost out due to very poor inventory management from Nike.com. I have never had this problem shopping elsewhere - other big companies such as Amazon are able to get the basics of online shopping in place to ensure the experience for the customer gives them confidence to return in the future. I will not be shopping at Nike.com anymore as it is too risky.

Ordering issue but bumped into great CS
I tried to order this pair of sneakers for about 2 weeks. It took such a long time because the website could not process the order, then had issues with payment (I used PayPal).
I contacted CS twice and the 1st time, Nike said they will check and responded with the issue quite quickly. The second, Brian, seriously an angel of a CS rep. If Nike.com had to give employee of the year, should be him. He was extremely patient, and even though the website was not the greatest, he tried to process the order any way. When he tried a few times, and the website failed to work, he gave a small discount code for my purchase when the website could be up and running again. Not only did he solve my issue but also was quite friendly right from the beginning. This CS rep made me return to Nike.com for another order.
