Great customer service tracking down a package that had gone awry! The dress was true to size and arrived just in the nick of time in the end. I felt like Jessica was as delighted as me to hear that it arrived on time!
It would be very helpful to have models wearing larger sizes on the website or instagram page. I realise the team does try ons of the new collections but I was unable to find anyone other than the standard size model wearing the item I purchased, so it really felt like a stab in the dark when I was purchasing it (size 14).

Stunning dress! beautifully made, perfect print placement, comfortable, and easy to wear! , i am generally size 12-14 and purchased the 12, perfect fit. shipping was 2 days as paid for priority shipping.

This dress was everything I hoped it would be - perfect length, fit and comfortable! I love that it has three button options on the inside…after a big meal you can easily adjust to the next button around the waist haha! I’m 5 foot 7 inches and it is the perfect length to wear a mid heel. The billowing sleeves are to die for and I love that I can dress it up with heels and jewels or down with some boots and a hat. Luuuuurve it!

I’m obsessed. This jumpsuit is airy and flowy but still gives me a figure. The fabric is comfortable and so soft. I never want to stop wearing this. This is my first purchase but most certainly not my last.

can't decide what i am more thrilled with, the sassy 'new moon mini dress' or the brilliant customer service that i received. shopping can be a challenge for an international customer & jessica rose to the occasion to make my order 'right' - swiftly finding a replacement with delivery to my doorstep in canada in under 2 weeks. a spring miracle! she even arranged for relief on the import duties charged on the second order. the entire experience was top drawer. thank you for that 9-lives bazaar & jessica! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the dress colour and shape but the sleeves were shockingly designed. Had to return as not at all flattering. So disappointed.

I love this dress, the colour, look etc, and I would have given it 5 stars, however; there is a bit of a design flaw with the sleeves. When you raise your arms, the distance between the cuff and the waist is too short, so it pulls funny at the waist when raising your arms. This is not due to it being too small, as it fits perfectly everywhere. I have noticed a few other people have mentioned this on other pages, so it seems to be an issue with the cut of this style. It is annoying, however, because I love the dress in every other way I am willing to put up with the annoyingness, but unfortunately can't give it 5 stars for this reason.

I placed my order, got the confirmation email and waited for my stuff to be shipped. After one week and only after me reaching out to the customer service I receive an email saying that the dress is no longer available! What kind of joke is this? After 1 week of me getting a confirmation email that the order was successful. So disappointed in your service!

Love, love, love this top! It is a little on the smaller side of my usual size in NLB tops, but it works. Embroidery is just like my vintage tops and the colours are glorious :)
