The neutral seating position has me leaned back rather than upright with good posture. I find I need to put a pillow behind my back to have a correct posture. I'm not sure the chair is well calibrated to different weights, but I suppose that is expected. I am 5ft 10 and 75kg. I'm finding it comfortable with a pillow, but it feels disappointing that it's not a more upright seated position, which is what I was expecting.

I bought this chair for my hybrid, work from home setup as I wanted a nice-looking chair without wheels. It was easy to assemble but I had horrible back pain after the first day. My body has since adjusted. My cat really loves the chair and has claimed it for my non-working hours and overnight naps. I love the half topper, but the wool material is a cat hair magnet. Would love noho to consider making toppers using more pet-friendly materials.

the white chairs I bought,..... after falling in love with per your story, mission and materials, well they are not white, not even offwhite.....they have this gray green tint to them, I have an all white modernist home, they stick out like a sore thumb, I am really shocked how overexposed your photos are on your website, giving the impression the chairs are white, they absolutely are not...I would have gladly shipped them back if the back was salvageable...

Love these chairs! They are comfortable and, most immediately for me, very stable. My active toddler climbs on and off, wiggles and dances on it without me needing to anxiously stand by to catch him and a falling chair. I am really happy with this purchase.

Good, sturdy and comfortable chair, but on the pricey side. FedEx delivered my chair after a week. Great packaging and unpacking was super easy and simple as well as assembling the legs of the chair with very clear instructions. I ordered the shorter legs with the noho cloud so the seat height is a better fit if you're petite.

Phenomenally comfortable chair, beautiful design, and engaging ordering and delivery process, including the wonderful box that my kids still use as a cardboard chair!

Like the style and feel. The main problem I met was the chair start to make noise after 1 week of use. I am around 185 lbs, and moderate use. So the situation is not matched with the price tag.

I love the look of my noho chairs in my dining room and library! They are also comfortable and help me sit properly. The full toppers give them a totally different look and can be easily changed to suit the season. The half toppers are a bit trickier to attach, but allow me to add a splash of color while keeping the back of the chair open, which will be nice in the hotter months. I'm extremely happy with my purchases and will recommend them to anyone who asks about them!

I was very skeptical at first about buying such a minimalist, environmentally conscious product for its hefty price tag, but all that changed the moment it arrived! This beautiful, functional chair has to be the most outstanding recreation of a chair on the planet. It is everything NOHO says it is and much, much more! If you are concerned with the price tag, don't be, as you will get every penny's worth and seriously help the environment! Don't think twice! Go out and get this chair!

Love the styling of these chairs but the reality is, they’re incredibly uncomfortable. Tried to get info on a return and the hassle and cost to return is not even worth it. READ THE RETURN POLICY COMPLETELY BEFORE BUYING THIS CHAIR. The ‘100 day trial’ is nothing more than a scam in my opinion.

The chair looks great and the seat is comfortable but the seating position was too high for me so I ended up sending it back. Really thankful that I got to try it for a couple weeks to really figure out if it was for me or not.

The movement in the chair makes it incredibly comfortable to sit in. My husband has suffered from a sore back his whole life and he can finally sit down for the whole duration of a three course meal. We will never go back to a static chair. Your customer service has been exceptional. Thank you so much Team Noho. 

I really like how comfortable these chairs are even without pads installed. We have gotten many compliments from friends and family who have tried them. I like that they flex so much--it is nice to kick back and relax. They really just hug your back well. The design of course is fantastic and works well with our home decor.

These chairs are fantastic. I replaced a set of cheaper chairs, and it’s definitely true that you get what you pay for. I also had an issue with my order and the Noho customer support team sorted out immediately with no questions asked. That makes such a huge difference to me! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Noho is the perfect ergonomic chair for a work-from-home setup. The design is beautiful, thoughtful, and comfortable. I had been searching for an ergonomic chair for WFH, but over the course of two years had only found chairs that (a) were comfortable but too large; (b) small enough but not supportive enough for a 12 hour workday. I was skeptical that Noho would meet both criteria, but upon trying the chair I was blown AWAY by its incredible design. Although small, I find this chair to be just as comfortable and supportive as the Herman Miller chairs in my corporate office. I can't recommend Noho enough!
Also -- I'm 5'4'' and the chair height is not a problem for me.

The company seems great; shipping was reasonable; my biggest regret is that they aren't manufacturing and shipping closer to me in the United States. It is great to produce a recycled product but then shipping it most of the way around the world seems to defeat some of that intention.

This chair is not great. It took me 90 days to realize completely and by that point I couldn't return it. I recently purchased the cover thinking an extra $100+ would help. But it did not. You have great beautiful targeted marketing on social platforms but this was a bust.
I appreciate the mission and hope you all well.

It is a lot of money for a plastic chair, but I think it is worth it. I am a large person: 6'3" and 285 lbs. I was worried that the chair would be uncomfortable for someone my size, but I have found it very easy to sit in, at my desk.

We're so thrilled to welcome the chair to the UK. It really is a senational addition to our product portfolio. Everyone who has sat on the chair has fallen in love with it immediately

The chair is far too firm on the seat and is at a height that makes it uncomfortable to use if you are below 5’9”. I would not recommend this chair to people unless they need something that can fit in a small space and do an adequate job as an ergo chair.
