My ordered item was not delivered to me for 2 days, each time I must call the customer care to enquire about the delivery and their answer is " OUR DELIVERY ASSOCIATE IS ON THE WAY WITH YOUR DELIVERY” If anyone can walk to Jebal ali from Al qusais to take the product from their warehouse, it will not take more than a day. And I still do not understand the paradox that the delivery guy needs 2 days to deliver the product even though it has been dispatched from their warehouse... if we call to customer care, they will never transfer the call to their supervisor, only thing that they are perfect at saying it is the noon company policy. So, in short "customers has to wait for the mercy of the delivery associate to get the product which was already paid"
This will be the last time I will order with this DUMP NOON Company. And I would like to thank NOON for helping and pushing me to find a different E-Commerce plat form by providing me with the Worlds disaster customer service that I had experienced in my whole life.
Last but not the least Giving you 1 star is because we don't have an option to select ZERO.

Worst! It was my first and last order! Ordered fried chicken! Me along with a group of frends waiting for the delivery once the delivery reched the delivery guy itself dont know what was the order! Worst un professionnal way the delivery guy! Realy patheticc!the delivered item was xompletely different from what was ordered.

Noon encourages customers to “purchase quick” within a ticking clock timeframe on the strength of next day delivery but in practice they don’t deliver. Poor delivery all round.

The worst management and customer service and the most horrible application to use in UAE! First I buy a washing machine with free installation and then they said it has no free installation! Second they say when I’m buying on their application pay with installments for 6 months then they charge me the full amount. After they delivered it, I called 5 times for them to install and till now, one week already and no one came. It is the worst application, worst team and worst management and owner!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE APPLICATION EVER!! Warning!!

14May22 (Updating my issue after repeated efforts to get a resolution)
I am stuck with this product a Mobile phone.. Its a faulty product repaired 4 times but still has the same problem. SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AFTER 4 REPAIRS and Noon still supports the seller without giving a heed to the customer. Its a high end product and I have spent considerable amount to buy this. But Noon has no consideration for my issue and their unprofessional staff (warranty department Ms. Fatima) speaks with so much attitude and arrogance.

Never buying from Noon In the UAE again. They picked up an item we wanted to return which cost 200 AED and then could not locate the item for more than 2 months. I called them and emailed them numerous times and the responses were always vague. Today they eventually called me to say there is nothing they can do and they won't provide the refund as I don't have a receipt for the return! I told them the driver never gave me one so why is that my fault and they said there is nothing that can be done ! Terrible customer service! I'll speaking to a lawyer.

They have the rude driver and bad customer serive!!! They sell you broken promises!!!!! Worst experience with logistics company EVERRRRR!!!!

totally waste of money and time! my items are marked delivered but did not deliver. they cannot handle when you buy a lot of items.
