YOU DONT ANSER YOUR E-MAILS AFTER I BUY TOPS.

They sent the wrong size and then wouldn’t let me return. They ripped me off. HORRIBLE quality worse customer service. Not worth my time or money!!

All of the items were of inferior quality. Not a single item was as described or pictured. They're sizing was way off. I ordered everything in the same size and some things were way too small and some way too big. None of the items were a cotton blend they were all a cheap thin polyester. When I tried to return the items Nora Cora said they would give me 40% off. The second time I contacted them they said they would give me 50% off. I tried to send ALL the items back. It would have cost me $138 in shipping for items that I spent $113 on. I believe this is a complete scam. Each item probably cost them $2 to make so even if they give me 50% back they are still making a large profit. I would never order from this company. I think they should not be able to sell in the United states. I'm not sure where I could even report this.

Bad quality of products, Be aware, what you will get is not what is shown on the web pages. I lost over 200US$ with items that are not even worth for the Dollar store!

Cheap, poorly made clothing made out of shower curtain material. Going to try to get some kind of refund because they’re making returns costly and difficult. Then I’ll donate them. At the rate this company is going, they’ll be stocking Good Will stores across the country.

15% is basically shipping charges.
The clothes aren’t worth keeping.

I have never been so disappointed..the sizes were either to big or to small. The fabric was so cheap. Trying to return items was a joke. They kept screwing me around. I finally gave in to a 40 per cent off just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Going to give everything to Good Will..Thats where they belong. Done ranting..

I bought 2 blouses. Fabric of one shirt I purchased was listed as "cotton blend". Don't believe there was any cotton. Fabric feels like a cheap nylon nighty. It's awful. The second shirt, a small, was so long I can wear it as a dress. I am 5' 4". I will probably give them away. Seems like a lot of trouble and cost to return. I wasted $40.00. Will not purchase anything else from Noracora. Live and learn.

Very sad your package gets send in the USA and then your shipping to return is more then the items you are sending back, yes I also hope they go out of business it is just wrong to purchase something that can not be returned because of the shipping amount to china. They did offer me a 15% cash discount and I could keep the items which is an insult. I am going to report them to several agencies and see if this helps others from having the same thing happen to them. I have never had this happen before but there is a first for everything so beware!!!!!

Their return policy is vague on this point. Don’t be fooled .

Do not order from this company. They are based in China and do not offer refunds without exorbitent return and customs fees. In my case, I have worn size 7.5 shoes for 47 years. Theirs do not fit- not even close. In addition, shipping from China takes forever to receive the product. Dont take the bait!

Horrible clothes. Do not fit and you get a bot on line instead of a person in customer service. The bot almost refuses a return. Will be filing a complaint with the state dept. China is BS.

The dress I ordered was low quality and didn't fit right. I went to the website to set up a return and was sent an email stating that the return center is in China, which can be costly, so could the offer me a 15% refund instead of returning the item. I went to the website to re-read the terms and conditions of returning merchandise (thinking I must have missed this important overseas return information) and there is NO mention of the return having to go to China. This is such a scam. I will never order from them again and suggest others don't order either.

horrible quality, nothing as advertised, now I am not able to get my refund, since I have to ship it back to China at my own cost, which would cost me even more than an item itself.
therefore, I am forced to pay the price for something I can only throw in a garbage.

Order sandals. They finally arrived only to be poorly made, not true to size or even close. Contacted the company for refund or exchange. I was informed no refund (finally offered 40% refund), but I was responsible for shipping item back to their China location. The clothing that I received as well was no where near the description, but I can still wear it. Do not do business with this company. Very poor customer service and very slow communication

I just want to thank you all for posting legitimate reviews. I saw a lovely dress I planned to purchase, but something told me to check a "legitimate" review site first. I hope they are run out of business. Shameful.

They take your money then back order the products. Weeks go by and nothing!! Dont order more than one item at a time. All while they earn a interest on your money. Horrible experience!!! Dont recommend them. I knew better than to order anything from china. Shame on me...

This is to prevent others from being taken advantage of with their return policy. I purchased items from Noracora with my credit card insuring payment for merchandise to be received. Upon receiving I had to return two items and that was in February of 2022, this year.
I have yet to receive refund. I would urge others to not order from this company as their customer service is very bad.
