Makes me WANT to move more!
I purchased a NordicTrack elliptical after deciding I was no longer going to a facility after Covid. Included with purchase was an iFit membership. I signed up. The workouts are really good. The teachers are super exciting and never boring. You can choose the length and intensity of your workouts. You can even let the program change the intensity according to what the trainer is doing. It is a no brainer. Easy on the body and all age appropriate. My friend put it together. Took 1.5 hours. NordicTrac definitely lives up to its reputation. I am glad I made the plunge.

Smooth and sturdy NordicTrack elliptical
Having a home gym that has a couple of nice trusted brands is important to me as I want the best to help achieve the results that I am aiming for. This is exactly what I have gotten with the NordicTrack elliptical. Arrived in a timely fashion and easy to set up with clear instructions. My husband and I had this machine put together and my first use within hour and half! I love how NordicTrack offers the bluetooth capability for the iFIT software if you choose to use this. Just gives me tons of options as to not get bored. This has really made a difference in my running. The machine is so smooth and great for your joints that it allows me to tone my butt and thighs which then in turn helps with my endurance and stamina on my runs! Don't hesitate and get the NordicTrack!

Great service!
I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I recently got a ProForm spin bike and the whole purchase and setup process has been nothing but pleasant. Shipping was extremely quick and the product arrived very well packaged. Set up was a breeze and the bike is nice quality. I did have a few questions and customer service was easy to get ahold of and happy to help. It came with a whole YEAR of iFit which is amazing in itself. I am definitely a happy customer!

Great workout bike
I've been wanting a spin bike with a screen for a while now, but after watching the Olympics and seeing the NordicTrack commercial for a bike on there I couldn't wait to get one with iFIT. Luckily the day it arrived, I was home and the delivery guy wheeled it into my garage for me; it is heavy! Assembly is very easy and took a couple of hours. The good news is the fist night, I had the bike assembled and the iFIT ready to go. I love it! The NordicTrack bike is easy to get accustom to as the seat moves forward and back, up and down, etc. I love that I can go riding anytime now from the comfort of my own home. I've really been struggling going outside as the weather is too hot right now or the roads are slick because of rain. I would definitely recommend NordicTrack as NordicTrack are more cost efficient as the other more expensive brands and provide a fantastic workout! I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Sturdy
I got this Bike for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. This was very easy to assemble, all tools included, with detailed instructions. Took under an hour to assemble. This bike is very sturdy, and is smooth running. Fully adjustable for a custom fit. Display is easy to navigate and also doubles as a tablet holder. Included was a subscription to iFit, what an outstanding program, so many options for the beginner to pro.

NordicTrack quickly takes your money but doesn't delivere.
I ordered AND PAID for a NordicTrack Elliptical in February 2021 and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and messages this company cannot, did not and will not accept responsibility or manage to get the machine delivered to me. The delivery company does not answer the phone.

In May, I started to reach out through Facebook and got these responses from Nordictrack:

Alright we just got ahold of our product tracking team, as soon as we have an update we will send you a message on what is going on with your machines shipment.

I bought a NordicTrack Elite 5750 Treadmill for home use to help me with my heart condition. It did work well for 2 years and 1 week, so in that sense I cannot complain.
BUT!
Then it just stopped turning on. It was 1 week past the two year warranty, but this was a top of the line model and it was used lightly only by me. I also had it on my battery backup power which is surge protected. I paid for a service repair from NordicTrack anf the guy who came out didn't seem to know his way around the treadmill very well and he eventually came to the same conclusion I already knew myself, that power was making up to the console, but the console was not coming on. He then told me that the only repair was to pay $1350 for a new console, plus shipping costs, plus labor to install it. The final price to repair it was more than the $1,500 I paid to buy it new. So it cost me a pretty penny to figure that out.
But, I was not satisfied, it seemed like whatever was wrong should not be serious. So, for half the price of the expert service call by NordicTrack, I found someone who knew electronics repair to look at it and NordicTrack said it was all fine except for some piece of memory that cleared, but only the factory could restore that memory and the factory would only do that by replacing the whole console for $1,350.
This left me with one clear belief, NordicTrack is knowingly deliberately making very minor repairs on their Treadmill repairable only by them and then setting the cost so high that when a likely small breakdown occurs after their two year warranty, you have to buy a NEW treadmill from them.
I do not find that honest and it really angers me. I will never buy another product from NordicTrack and I will highly recommend against anyone else buying their product unless they expect to replace that product with a new one every time time the warranty runs out.

Customer Service is a Joke.
Bought a grand tour bike. First, let me say buyer beware. It says on their website if you don't like it, you can return it within 30 days. That stated make sure to go to the warranty page. There it will tell you that sure you can return it. But NordicTrack will charge you 340 dollars to return the bike. This covers the cost of shipping and restocking. In other words you are to pay for them to put a messed up machine back on the line to be sold at full price. I got the bike and Bluetooth does not work on it. Right out of the box and already problems.

Great Machine & Service with Nordic Track!
My interactions with Nordic Track have been really great. Very satisfied with the level of customer service and support. The set up team that came to my house to assemble my machine was not so great. NordicTrack caused damage to the trim of one of my doors, argued with me about placing the mat that was supplied underneath the treadmill (claimed it wouldn't fit), and then the arms of the machine weren't tightened, screws fell out, they pierced the plastic on the top part near the screen by using a power drill instead of an electric screwdriver or manual screwdriver.

I'm still giving Nordic Track 5 stars because they deserve it. I think the delivery/assembly company is third-party.

I've recommended this to several people and I know two have purchased the same machine and love it.

Nordictrack Customer Service is horrible
So I ordered a brand new X22i Nordic treadmill and paid almost $4000. Waited 4 weeks and when it's delivered it comes broken. I am told NordicTrack are having problems with circuit boards. After waiting 45 minutes on the phone I am told I have to wait 2-3 weeks to have my brand new machine repaired. So after waiting 2 weeks I decided I am not waiting anymore. Call customer service and after another 45 minute wait the met agree to pick up my new non working Nordic Track in 4 weeks! And will not refind me till machine is picked up. Stay away from Nordic track

Nordic track does not care about their customers
Bought a treadmill that elevates in 2002. Had to put it together. Had it serviced for a drive belt that went out. 3 weeks ago the drive belt and the drive motor went out. Tried tot get thru to NordicTrack. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone. No one answered. Went on web site and did the CHAT. What a joke. Was told I would have to have one of their techs look at it (I used the one NordicTrack had recommended from the previous time). I called back and stayed on hold until I got a live body. She had to go back and worth but was finally able to ship me the parts I needed.

In the meantime I ordered an elliptical. We spend 3 hours putting it together only to find a part (axle spacer) was missing. It looks like a big washer. I tried calling over the weekend but they are closed. I sent a email to the customer support people. It showed they would be contacting me Monday. It is now 3:30. Since I did not hear from them; I called again. Was on hold for about 10 minutes. She said their email was backed up (wonder why). She ordered the part but said it would take at lease 3 days to get it to me. They can not over night because they do not have that option. They sure did not have a problem taking my payment before it shipped! Horrible customer service and NOT easy to assemble.

Good product... but can't say the same for parts
Our members love the bike... but the seat "adjuster" was cross-threaded by the white gloved installation team. We reported the problem... it has been 3 weeks now and no replacement... and NO DATE for receiving it! So the bike is almost useless because the seat slide forward and backwards freely.

Also, the WHITE gloved install team did not tighten the seat pitch correctly so the first time someone sat on the seat it flipped up! We had the exact same model and delivery at my condo building with the EXACT same seat pitch issue. Thank goodness I have a full set of allen wrenches to make the correct adjustment.

So Far, So Good
I purchased my NordiTrack treadmill online December 14,2019, and it was delivered on Saturday, December 28,2019. I did not confirm the delivery time but NordicTrack showed up anyway. Thankfully, I was home and able to receive. The delivery crew were just ok. I had to tell the team lead twice where to put the treadmill. The second time, he seemed to have a bit of an attitude but did follow my request. I bought a 3-year extended warranty and am hoping I don't need it after reading some of the reviews!

Incredible product
I recently added a NordicTrack bike to my home gym and it is an amazing bike. I have previously purchased one on Amazon and it was horrible quality. I decided to spend a little more and get one with iFit built in because I love it on my treadmill. I couldnt be anymore in love with this bike. NordicTrack has got it going on! SO may options for trainers and workouts!

TERRIBLE! Poor service and don't commit
Missing. Nordic track couldn't give a status on when the part would be recieved.
So I asked for a refund.
We are now 4.5 months on and Nordic track at first said NordicTrack would collect the part. Then they said they wouldn't. They they would, so the treadmill has been sat outside for weeks, and today again they said they wont collect and I have to dispose, but still they are chasing me for a photo of the serial number and the cut power cord.
The customer service is HORRENDOUS, I would rather cut my arm off then deal with them again.

Customer Service is Horrible
Bought a treadmill over a thousand dollars based on brand recognition! When it came time to get it serviced for some minor issues still under warranty the issue really began. There is no customer service with this company. You can wait on hold for literally hours or start a "chat" which will also last an hour or more. The chat person said that the chat and phone lines were just overwhelmed. She then proceeded to want me to take apart my treadmill so we could try to fix it on my own. I could not find any higher up to help so finally sent an email to their media email and got a response.

Quick and Easy to Install and Set Up Account
I've always struggled with maintaining my ideal weight, but until recently it was more of a vanity issue. I knew that if I made the investment to buy any exercise equipment to have at my home, I'd buy Nordic Track. When I got the opportunity to receive a Nordic Track Elliptical at a reduced price for my honest review, I had to take advantage of it. When the machine was delivered, I opened the box and brought it into my house piece by piece so that I didn't have to wait for help. I assembled everything myself, but I recommend that you do it with 2 people, as I needed to go back and tighten everything and relevel the frame and stabilizer. This cost me some extra time, but the whole process took me just over 3.5 hours by myself. I activated the elliptical and my i-Fit account. I checked out a lot of different available workouts and found out that one account can be used with multiple types of machines and even without machines too! That is so cool of Nordic Track. So far I have some trainers that I go back to more than others, but like them all. I've been using it regularly for about 5 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds. Now I am even considering buying another Nordic Track and being able to do even more workouts!

Would purchase from this company again.
I had a great experience with this company. The prices where excellent and very comparable and really made me feel like I got a great deal. I had several questions about my nordic track therapy massage gun and NordicTrack answered all of them quickly and pleasantly when I contacted them. They where so knowledgable about everything and so helpful. I can not recommend this company enough! I received s product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinions.

Customer "service" is the worst I've ever had from any company
I've called Nordictrack several times for various reasons (1. NordicTrack didn't send a correct part, so I had to call and get them to send a replacement part; 2. The replacement part was never sent, so I had to call to reorder the part; 3. My warranty/maintenance info was wrong on their customer website, and I had to call numerous times for them to correct the info; 4. I called to schedule a repair that is under warranty and was transferred to three different people before they just hung up on me and my bike still needs repair) and every single time, I have to talk to several people about the issue I'm having before one of them will take an action on the issue I have. I feel like they purposely train their phone operators to try not give any service whatsoever for as long as possible so that they don't have to do anything they are contractually obligated to do. Thankfully, my bike works pretty well for the time being (it just needs a minor repair on a non-functional part), but I dread calling for future maintenance because all the phone operators I've talked to are so difficult and will not work with you.

I love having equipment at home!
I'm so grateful for Nordictrack making gym quality items available to us at home. As everyone knows we have been stuck at home for a year or so with COVID. A few months ago I decided to go all out and get a Nordictrack incline trainer. Wow. I'm so glad I did it. I'm able to walk and hike all over the world virtually. I'm so glad it came with iFit. I probably would have never tried had it not had the free trial. I'm now hooked for life.
