I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes over the phone for customer service because your chat rep had no information on Northline Express products. When I finally got someone on the phone, the rep could not find the product I was looking for because your search engine is far from thorough. I was the one to find the solution by going through m
Enu per menu until I scrolled down and found the item. I'd say this was a pretty frustrating experience.

No customer service, sells junk
Received 4 slightly flattened chimneys, just enough that none fit together without slashing my finger from putting so much force. Was too late to return them by install. Recieved 1 bad 4'v stove pipe, severe damage to both ends, sent back, wait a month, got another bent in the middle and damaged ends. Sent it back, shows it was delivered to them 2 weeks ago and nothing. I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 foot pole ever again. Most likely I'll never see this pipe again, and if I do, will be damaged again. I think they're just taking their sweet time since NorthlineExpress know it's the second return. Will be writing reviews until then. First picture is the first one I received. Second and third pictures are second one they sent out.

The worst company. As bad as it gets.
It is the middle of winter and I ordered a necessary part for my pellet stove on December 28. The same day I looked horrible reviews and realized I had made a mistake. I tried to cancel the order but NorthlineExpress said it had already shipped. Today is January 11,14 days later and I still have not received the part. I could easily have walked it from Nevada to my home in Arizona in that time. If at all possible, do not ever deal with this company that lacks integrity. When will the part be received? It is a big mystery. It is clear that the part was not available and never shipped to the Postal Service on that day. They lied or just did not know what was going on.

I was unsuccessful at using your calculator to figure out what i needed. I was given help when I called in. I think the pipe is really expensive, but I realize this is not entirely in your control. I am a bit disappointed in your shipping time, knowing there is supply chain issues, but in stock should not mean a 2-week lead time. Thanks for reading.

I was not given the right info on the pip parts needed...
I was not given the right info on the pip parts needed to go threw the wall. Had to call and be on the phone for over a half hour trying to find out what the problem was and I am still not sure if I was given the right part that I need to install the chimney. Very unhappy with the service that I received over the phone.The person I spoke to was not very helpful.

Knowing weather or not I ordered the correct size could use improvement. I measured the opening and I am guessing as the damper door sits on top it should be a little bigger. I hope I got it right. A short diagram or explanation of how to measure your damper might be usefull. Of course there are not too many to chose from so I think it is obvious, will see when it arrives. Thanks for the otherwise smooth experience.

I wish you could have assisted with a coupon, I was so close and a first time shopper. Three day express would have helped with the NLE$5 coupon, but ground actually estimates it would get here faster. If there is any way to apply the $5 coupon, your kindness is greatly appreciated. Two young men in college and I can't print money fast enough - thanks!

My only complaint is that I could not use the offer...
My only complaint is that I could not use the offer code to order by phone. Katie was extremely helpful finding the parts I needed and was ready to take my order but she was unable to use the code that saved me ten dollars. Other than that, all is well and if this this helps me cle3an my chimney without risking my health on the roof (been doing that for 32 years, now it's time to stop) I will be a very happy person.

It was extremely helpful when I came upon the part of your website that showed all the 6-inch wide related stove pipe products you carry at NorthlineExpress. Thank you for that! I'm not sure why but the first 2 or 3 times I was on your website I never came across this page. I remember seeing text that said something like "refer to all 6-inch related products. I remember thinking how the heck do I do that?

I have been ordering these TACTRAPS for years plus some other products this was the worst. Trying to get the web to accept the billing address and shipping address I called and Josh answered after a 7 to 10 minute wait after explaining my frustration you would have thought he would have put the order in for me, NO, recommended trying again, so I closed out. Your save email of the order got me after I cooled down. I still had the hassle of the address web come up again. I hope these are being shipped to 131 Hoop N Holler address.

You get 3 stars because your online order processing did not work for me earlier today. I tried twice unsuccessfully and just got redirected back to the beginning of the process - entering my card info twice. Info i entered was correct. There were nno error messages, no nuthin'. Your chat person "Daniel" wanted me to try another browser -- and the chat response was very slow -- finally he came back and said he thought there was an issue with your site? You're processing a $1,000 order and you don't know? Seriously? Otherwise, I thought your site was well managed and intuitively designed. I had no problem putting together my package. I do wonder why you kits are the same price as the items when ordered individually. What's the point other than ease of ordering... That's all I got.

Great I had a wonderful man named Josh help me build my order thanks to Josh. I would like to tell northline express the shipping experience was not good all the 8" shasta chimney pipes had dents in them I recommend them be wrapped with bubble wrap etc I work at post office and I know how this happends I dont know who the supplier was but my pipes will be in the walls so you cant see the dents and the chimney thats on the roof we are turning it towards the roof cause one section of pipe only had one large dent instead of several dents. This was all caused from shipping. But great experience with Josh that helped me build my chimney system.

Didn't get the great phone support I did in May of...
Didn't get the great phone support I did in May of 2016. Person I talked to could not tell me what I needed to connect stove 83 inches from ceiling with 43 inch offset. Seemed like a pretty easy question for someone answering the support phone in your business. I spent an hour or more googling around and figured it out myself. If I'm wrong, I'll just pay return cost. Did not get return call today and didn't want to wait two days for return call I don't know I'll get for sure. BUT, your prices were best I could find.

Not impressed
Their products are okay but NorthlineExpress use a service center by the name of "online store" who was happy to take our order but then wanted nothing to do with refunding our money when the item arrived and was damaged (and grossly misrepresented) we had to dispute the charge with our credit card and 30 days later still have no idea where the item we returned (using their carrier) is - beware!

Overall, a good online shopping experience. I couldn't get the stovepipe wizard to work correctly, though. Once I made my selection, it wouldn't add the materials into my cart (I tried several times), so I had to load each item, individually. Not a big deal, but negated the convenience of using the "wizard." The chimney wizard worked great!

Beware of Money Back Guarantee
NorthlineExpress supposedly guarantee 100% satisfaction, but the Money Back Guarantee is for unused items returned In original packaging. So, if you actually try the product and it does not work, you are out of luck. Basically this satisfaction guarantee allows you to look at the product in the package and then return it for a refund. Anything beyond looking at it and you have bought the item. Caveat emptor.

I had trouble finding the products I needed by wandering through the website. I kept chasing rabbits paths. Then I discovered that in order to find the product line I wanted, I had to put a partial part number in the search box. Then all the products for that line came up. I selected what I needed and checked out on Amazon, easy as pie.

All good until I reached "shipping" and learned there were no shipping options for my post office box--I live where there is NO U.S. postal delivery. We pick up all mail and our packages at the tiny post office. Being forced to us UPS ground increased my cost substantially, so this is the last time I will order from NorthlineExpress.

I went to the competitor websites to do price checks. This is the best price you will find. The website was really easy to navigate to what i needed. Few other competitor websites we pretty ruff to go through. If you want to check for your self go ahead. But this review will save you time. Dont want to talk crap about the competitors but google search wood burning stove pipes and check for yourself you will see what i mean. FACTS. Will be buying from again.

Could not get questions about the product answered...
Could not get questions about the product answered by the person I spoke with. NorthlineExpress were reading the same information I was on line. The company making the product apparently don't have a phone? I also was not able to put in the full shipping address. It kept autocorrecting, I hope the product arrives to the correct address which is 10 The Knolls not 10 The Knls

This ordering process has been a nightmare. Also I tried to call and that did not work. As of this msg, I have no idea if I have placed an order in spite of having tried to nearly a dozen times. I AM DONE WITH LITTLE KNOWN ONLINE COMPANIES
After being dissatisfied with eFireplace.com, I placed an order with NorthLine Express.com. I have no issues with the ordering process nor the shipping time. When I opened the box, there was a pair of worn flip flops on top of the item I ordered. In this time of covid-19, to find a pair of used flip flops in my order is disturbing. WHAT IS GOING ON? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? I will no longer purchase from companies like this. I will stick with the well known companies like Amazon, Lowes and etc. that stand behind their merchandise from beginning to end.

I called 4 times, emailed 2 times, received emails back three times and talked at length each time I called. Finally, someone was able to help me. Totally insane, and not the way the once great country used to function.

Assuming that the order is correct for the distance and items needed; this has been the best method for creating a plan, ordering materials and the best value. Looking forward to see if this all works the way it should. If so, I work in Northern Michigan and will refer Northline Express to many of my customers and fellow users of wood stove products.

I'm a returning customer. Bought a heavy fireplace grate for my outdoor fireplace several months ago. Decided to come back when the indoor fireplace grate needed to be replaced. NorthlineExpress' website is easy to use, lots of options for what I was looking for and I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a good fireplace materials shopping company.

It would be nice if someone could answer a phone after your closing for 2 or 3 hours more. - By the way, I hope that the pipe is shipped in such a way with enough padding as to not dent the pipe ends. As mentioned in my review of single tool 28" shepherd crook poker, I'd love to see a single 26" one offered for those of us with shorter arms. ;)

Would buy again from Northline Express.
Overall a very good experience. Got the Pilgrim Spark Guard that I needed at a reasonable price. I needed a 50" by 33" and NorthlineExpress are harder to find. Delivery was very quick. Northline was by far the best of the choices I had. Only thing I'd suggest changing was the packing. My Spark Guard arrived in perfect condition but more because of the sturdiness of the screen than the packing. This was a large heavy screen and shipping box should have had re-enforcement in the corners to keep it rectangular. Also the shredded cardboard packing material did nothing but make a mess. I love the Pilgrim Spark Guard and would recommend Northline Express as the best place to buy from.

It was difficult to finalize this order due to error messages regarding my address, but after speaking with a representative it worked smoother. Also, I am ordering through Northline Express instead of Amazon even though my total cost is a bit more, because of the youtube video I watched of the young woman suggesting how to put more humidity in your air with wood heat. She was very pleasant and informative and did a great job of pr for you without being pushy in her presentation.
