Notino makes me happy because I found my favourite shower gel on their website. What I don't enjoy is the act that login on as a returning customer requires many attempts at changing the password after which I give up and order as guest customer. go figure that.

I am very happy all the time, to its different days, because my daughter she is graduation, I am happy to shopping Notino

I am happy with original price. Not too happy with paying £3.99 for delivery and £0.99 for delivery insurance. I've seen the same hair dyes on amazon 20p cheaper and free delivery. I'm also unsure if I will receive the free gift you offered, you ask for a promo code but that was impossible since you didn't ask for my email or phone number to send me a promo code.

Great quality products from top brands at great prices. Have used notino for a few years now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Love the web design and products they use (It would be nice to have Oskia as well) but I am terribly disappointed with their shipping price. Purchases over a certain amount should be free and so should click and collect. Why do I have to pay the same for DPD and collection? I use this for large shopping, but when I need couple items each month I go somewhere else..

No hassle site with fabulous make up etc. Their perfume prices are excellent the genuine article. Delivery first class. Thoroughly recommend as customer service great.

Notino is great 10/10 on price and delivery. I have not returned a purchase and therfore cannot comment on this. However, I do believe they would make the process effortless.

Felt caught out by the delivery charge. Needs to be flagged up better. £3+ v. expensive postage for 50 ml tube of skin buff.

In basket you’re initially given the option for PayPal, the payment process is completed but the order is never placed.... no explanation is given.
The payment process has to go via the non PayPal option to then select delivery option and again PayPal can be chosen... with order being completed.
The initial option for PayPal should not be offered as it creates a false route without explanation.
Image attached “PayPal Checkout” doesn’t complete order, “proceed to checkout” must be used

This is my first experience shopping with Notino. The product I was looking for was priced a bit lower than other sites however I am not happy paying the delivery charges. Most places in the UK do not charge a delivery fee specially for goods over £40 or £50 so I was unhappy paying a £3.99 for a product over £70.
However if it is a company policy I can’t do much about it but I would be hesitant to use this company again.

The item I ordered Armiani Acqua Di Gio Absolu 200ml was on the free delivery offers but when I ordered it I had to pay £3.49 for delivery to my local post office as this was the cheapest option. Why did I not get free delivery

I shop here because I can buy good perfume or aftershave at great prices and my bathroom essentials it’s always been a 5 star service and I’ve been a customer several yrs give it a try you won’t be disappointed …regards Antoni

First time using this service and was impressed by the ease in finding a product that had been difficult to track down elsewhere.The price quoted for the product compared very favourably with those I had obtained elsewhere, and the ordering process was both clear and straightforward.Am writing review prior to receipt of item ordered but if the quality of delivery matches rest of my experience cannot speak too highly
