If I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of food. I spent approx $120 or so on 10 meals and it was disappointing. Idk if they are all like this or if I got a bad batch, but I wasn’t happy. One of the lamb meals had more fat on it than protein with like 4 green beans (and some mashed potato). The meals certainly did not look like their photos…

The food was delicious however 6 items were not delivered, Nourishd should have contacted me to advise of they were out of stock. It was only after I made contact with them that I was told and offered a refund. Has made me skeptical to re order.

Great dietary options. Delicious keto meals and low salt options for my elderly father. More tasty than shops but accept that some of the meats (off-bone or slow cooked) can be fatty (but meat around it so tasty)

I always look forward to my meals being delivered. Can count on them being delivered every week as specified. Look forward to the meals. Always fresh and great tasting. The meat whether red or white is always tender. The customer service is great and always answers my questions or requests on first contact.

Hi I find delivery a problem. I have to allocate a whole day to sit around and wait for the food to arrive.
I think the weekly roster should be four weeks rotation. I am getting bored with the food.
I wish you had soups every week as well

I’m a working single mum running my own business and cooking has become a major chore as I’m very time poor. A client recommended nourished to me and I haven’t cooked for 6 months. I can rely on nourished for super healthy and delicious meals that are a good price. Highly recommend.

Have tried a few ready made meal companies who cater for gluten free options. Nourished has been by far the most flavoursome of the bunch. With all meals being gluten free, there’s plenty to choose from. I have yet to try a meal I haven’t liked. The regular size are small portions, so if you like your tucker order a bigger size.

Very good! Make sure you understand the ordering process before starting because if you aren't careful with cut off, it can create problems receiving your meals. I must be heating the meals up wrong because sometimes they're a bit cool still in places, but that's from frozen so that could be the problem. Great range of meals excellent quality meals and when ordered properly, excellent delivery service. You can't go wrong!

It's great to have someone cater for people who need gluten free and have peace of mind that it is also prepared gluten free! The meals are pretty tasty and they provide a great easy option for lunches and dinner. I love that deliveries are to regional areas and not just the capital cities. Thank you Nourishd!

The quality of food and deteriorated along with the selection of meals per week, I used to enjoy the meals but now I do not, the meat is really poor quality especially lamb shanks and beef, the flavors are no longer appealing & delivery of all items ordered along with having box delivered to my front door is not possible consistently and I am often left without items and searching for my box of food in the pouring rain. I am looking elsewhere for an NDIS food delivery service.

Nourishd has been a great service. I love knowing that my meals are all healthy, low sugar and gf. As there is a limited amount of meal choices each week, sometimes due to additional food sensitivities (histamine issues) I don't order. But given that there is not a single food service that can cater to histamine intolerance, it's more of a personal issue. I love that it can be a subscription or a one-off. As it's just for me, it ends up being cheaper and more convenient than having to buy all the ingredients and cook (less food waste too). They do a great job! Highly recommend.

Very small meals in comparison to many other meal delivery companies. The website is lengthy and difficult to navigate. Multiple people reply to email questions by myself which appears there isn't internal processes. But disappointing overall

I have tried so many pre-made meals but Nourish'd is by far the best. The meals are tasty and the closest to restaurant/home cooked that I've tried. The sodium content is low also, where others are extremely high. Customer service is great too. I highly recommend Nourish'd!

I started using nourished a year ago after the birth of my son. It was great to have some excellent yummy food that was already prepared. I tried it again recently and was really unimpressed. I remember there being more meat in some of the meals and I felt a bit gassy after many of the meals. Cancelled after a week because it just wasn’t the same

I ordered several Caesar salads and they all contained about 3 pieces of romaine lettuce that were soggy and wilted because they were put together with the bacon and chick peas. It they were separated it might have been better.
The other meals had over cooked noodles and were bland. I loved the idea of everything being gluten free which is why I decided to try Nourished and I am sorry I don’t have more positive things to say.

The food was really good, I like that there are three options for portions. I only have two complaints, one is that I ordered three juices for about $5 each and they forgot one, plus they messed up one of the orders that was supposed to have basmati rice, it had the cauliflower flower instead...and it took 2 weeks for them to send out a review follow up email. I probably won't be ordering again, unfortunately, I was really hoping there would be no issues. I guess I'm glad atleast the food was good.

I don't think you'll want to read this review but I'll tell you anyway. It was the WORST food I've had from any delivery service company. The foods were often overcooked and not very tasty. The chicken we got was of good quality so we were happy with that,but that's all we liked. I'm afraid to say that I would never buy off you again.

I absolutely love the Nourish'd meals. They're healthy, convenient and delicious! And whenever they arrive and I happen to be home at the time that they arrive, the people who drop the meals off have been really friendly so far.

Some of the meals were nice, but multiple times we have had plastic or foreign objects like blue plastic and metal coils in our meals which is awful and has been reported to customer service team multiple times. So we have cancelled our subscription and will not eat those again.

Life changing food. Literally. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and these completely gluten free meals have been a god send for me! So hard to find 100% gluten free meals these days as there is so much cross contamination. But not only that, these meals are healthy, affordable and delicious. Wish I’d discovered Nourish’d sooner!
