Extremely professional! On time and prompt with appointment! My specialist even called and offered to come earlier than my scheduled appointment which really worked great for me. Randy dis an excellent job, gave tips for preventative maintenance, and all of my questions. I had an excellent experience.

I highly recommend NuBrakes. My issue wasn’t a break issue but a battery issue. Being that my car is a hybrid it was a little trickier finding a battery. They ordered on within a couple days, when the dealership told me it would take a couple of weeks! Edgar showed up promptly. He was very professional and thorough. I will definitely use nu brakes again (hopefully I won’t have car trouble any time soon 🤞). And anyone that needs a service, don’t hesitate to use them! They were also very nice to my wallet

Car needs new brakes and instead of taking it to a dealership or a car repair shop, I discovered a mobile car-repair company called Nubrakes. They provided me itemized quotes for brake pads and rotors (if needed), got some basic info from me, and quickly scheduled the service; all by texts.
The serviceman showed up at my house, at the scheduled time, got the work done promptly and neatly, tested the car to his satisfaction before he left. Payment was taken online so the tech didn’t have to be bothered with cash, credit cards or receipts. This is so convenient plus the cost is cheaper than what I would have to pay at the dealership. Oh and they give me a 2-year warranty vs the typical one year.
I wish this 4-year-old company would branch out to provide other services.

I was very skeptical of an online business and knew it was too good to be true, but NuBrakes is a legitimate business! The customer service was phenomenal! Frank setup the appointment & Michael came out to change my brakes. I received a text he was to arrive within 21 minutes. My appointment window was from 1:30-3:30. He arrived on time & it took him 30 minutes for entire appointment. It’s a top of the line company & I so appreciated the professionalism. I completely recommend the company! Thank you!

I found them online at 8am and had a service call the same day at 1:30-3:30, my technician texted to let me know he was going to be running a few minutes behind being that he was working late on his last job. They have excellent communication and it really shows respect of my time. Anyway my service was for my brakes, they seem to be squealing really loud and I thought I needed both my pads and rotors changed and it turned out to just be a pin that was rusted. I couldn't believe it when Jason my technician told me it was only going to cost like 1/3rd of what I was quoted. Being that I'm a female he could have easily told me everything needed to be replaced and I would have ended up spending so much more, their transparency and honesty is so rare these days... And much appreciated!! I would suggest them to anybody who needs their car service, I'll definitely be using them in the future.

I highly recommend and will be using NUBrakes in the future! From booking my appointment conveniently through test to my diagnostic, customer service was excellent. My technician Rene was extremely respectful and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. He gave an honest assessment of every brake pad and rotor so I just ended up paying my diagnostic fee (that he said will be credited for a future service) and didn’t end up replacing anything because I still had some life but will be calling in the future!

This service is a life saver. I have a super busy schedule and could not get to a repair shop so I tried NuBrakes. They were wonderful. I thought they were going to have to replace my pads and rotors due to the horrible noise my truck was making. I contacted NuBrakes on a Thursday evening for an emergency repair, because my front brakes had started to grind rather loudly and I've got to drive for two hours with my husband and best friend to my mother's funeral on Saturday. I was not gambling on our safety. They were able to schedule me for a Friday afternoon repair and sent me a quote, which was more than reasonable and exactly what I expected to pay after Brendan came to the house and replaced the pads and rotors in less than half an hour. I will be recommending this company to anyone who will listen, because this felt both more convenient and less expensive than taking my car into the shop for service. Eddie came early to the appointment. He did an inspection and replacement of the back pads was recommended. He was very professional. He used high quality pads. Work was done in about a half hour. He did a test drive and pronounced the brakes safe. Over all, this was a great service from a very nice technician. I recommend this company.

Customer service was wonderful Manny was super friendly and helpful which was the first mechanic that came out then Matthew came to fix our breaks today. He did a great job and was super knowledgable. I will definitely use your company again. I also loved that I was constantly updated via text on all updates. You have a very streamlined process which I liked as well.

In Dallas for a soccer tournament from Arkansas. Noticed on the drive down that brakes were vibrating when slowing on the interstate. Google search in the hotel room, fast easy quote via txt and appointment made. Michael was at my hotel inside the window the appointment was set for and it took him less than 30 min to replace both front rotors and break pads. 👍 I would definitely give NUBRAKES my business again.

Took a first time chance on a mobile repair service. Joseph arrived promptly. He then diagnosed the correct brake problem. It was the rear brakes not the front. He had the entire service done in 40 minutes and the test drive felt like a brand new car (because of the new brakes). It may be pricey to some but the convenience of having it done quickly waiting minutes instead of hours or days at a shop is well worth it. Will be calling them to do the front brakes later this year. Thank you Joseph and NuBrakes.

The tech was a great guy and VERY kind but if you don't have a "nice car" DO NOT call this company for brakes. They will just tell you basically your car is too shitty to work on for liability reasons. My engine light wasn't on l, the car was fine just cosmetically ugly and that resulted in no service. Again the tech they sent was very awesome company itself should just put on the website they don't work on unless cars so people don't waste time and can make other arrangements to have their car fixed.

This was the best car maintenance experience of my life. My technician arrived early (but not too early) for the appointment and he performed the services I wanted very expertly and quickly. I have terrible anxiety with car stuff and this entire process was the best. Great communication, straightforward pricing, no up-selling, and insanely convenient. 1 billion out of 10 - highly recommend.

Calling these guys was a great decision. They were they replaced my front rotors and brake pads for $280 less than I was quoted by 2 different brake companies. My tech, Matthew, was extremely professional and proactively explained the process on issues I was having. Not to mention he was finished in under and hour. I will be using NuBrakes for now on.

I will absolutely call and have what is recommended when it’s time because trust has been established. As I suspected the dealership was using scare tactic with still a low mileage vehicle . That is disappointing but I will recommend NuBrakes to friends and family for sure. Thank you

Second time using NuBrakes. Brandon, the technician on-site, pointed out a few things with my Ram 4x4 1500 regarding the last oil change I received from a name brand oil change place. I didn’t realize NuBrakes does oil changes. Same price as other laces but I don’t have to drive there and they will show you everything they’ve done. I always feel uneasy with other places because you sit in the vehicle and can’t monitor what’s going on. Will only be using NuBrakes for oil changes now.

Jason the mechanic was great! I am still unsure if all is fixed however because code at Autozone said left wheel sensor needed replacing. They did not send left wheel sensor with mechanic. He did install hub and cleared light. We will see if it comes back on. I did reach out to company and they gave percentage off on hub installation and said they would make it right for the wheel sensor. All in all I am happy for now.
