Terrible experience, wrong sizing, bad customer service
I placed an order for a white satin dress, it was for an event last weekend. I was careful selecting the size as the fabric wouldn't have much stretch. Oh Polly's size chart says a size 6 is 33-25.2-36.2.

Perfect I thought, as I'm a 33-25-35/6. WRONG.

It notes, and was regurgitated to me via email that If you're blessed with a bigger bust, try sizing up' (Uhm? Aren't little busts blessed' too?) My bust is average and size 6 according to their size guide.

Anywho, I received the dress, unwrapped it and excitedly put it on. Guess what? The top part of the dress cannot be zipped up. Not. Even. Close. We're talking over an inch of distance here and even if I did get it done up (impossible) my nipples would be exposed to the world!

I contacted customer service right away, saying that the dress does not fit, and the size chart doesn't reflect what I have received.

Oh Pollys response (Via Annie') was to return it (at my own expense - noting I already paid express shipping in the first place) and place a new order up 1 or 2 sizes. I am not a size 10. Oh Polly will refund the cost of shipping (for another dress, not the return)... as a gesture of good will' (oh, so kind), for a dress which I would not receive in time for my event (already mentioned to them).

Many emails later, ignoring my concerns, providing me no other option than to return the dress at my own cost, Oh Polly is only fulfilling their minimal legal requirement of being mandated to give a refund under UK Law (minus shipping, unless the item is faulty)

Interestingly, Under the Consumer Rights Act (2015) UK the item must be as described, the goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at time of purchase' if they do not, they are faulty.

The DRESS DOES NOT FIT a 33 INCH BUST - as DESCRIBED in the size chart on OH POLLY.

I will now be out of pocket the express shipping charge of £7.99 plus $23-30 AUD to send it back to the UK! That's $38-45 AUD in shipping alone! - for literally nothing.

I used the size chart they provided, I know how to correctly measure myself, and did so before placing the order.

Oh Pollys sizing is ridiculously off, their chart is incorrect. I will now be out of pocket a lot of money due to them denying this.

Would not recommend purchasing from Oh Polly. Their customer service is terrible, and and even though I couldn't wear the dress, I noticed the quality of the fabric isn't the greatest either.

Overpriced, Long Shipping For Mediocre Fit
I ordered an item two weeks before my birthday and it took over a month to arrive, needless to say that I was unable to wear the top I ordered for my special day. I ordered the "Love Letter", mesh corset in the color blush. The packaging was cute but the item itself was lackluster. Although the chest area was more heavily padded than the rest of the corset, it is still sheer. Furthermore, the straps do not stay up, even with adjusting the strap lengths! For a poorly fitting $43.45 top, with nearly $7.00 shipping to arrive over a month later, my final verdict is to save your money.

WTF
Never again in my whole life I order on this site and I advise you against it! I ordered a white dress and I received a grey dress?! This is not normal! In addition I pay 20 for the dress + shipping is 10 so when I received this horrible dress I left at the second to send it to oh polly but Oh Polly make me pay 20 to send it to them! So in the story I paid 30 just for shipping! I pay more for the shipping than the dress itself! And oh polly doesn't want to reimburse me so it's a site to flee 30 to the trash because of them!

Worst customer service. Something needs to be done
Worst customer service! I ordered clothes on August 23rd from Oh Polly. It took two days for me to get an order number but every time I would try tracking the number it would tell me that the number is invalid. I emailed Oh Polly and a few days later Oh Polly sent me the tracking information that my items were shipped. On my end I could not see that so I had to keep emailing them to get information. They responded with half a$$ and unhelpful answers. Weeks went by an my items were still not delivered. They told me my items were delivered but I had not received them. With the entire process (A MONTH) I finally told them I wanted a refund because they have horrible customer service and are very unprofessional. They told me that they would not refund me the money because it is not their issue. What kind of business tells a customer that? They have very nice clothes my friends say but they also say if your items do not fit, you do not like them, or have to speak with customer service GOOD LUCK because they are horrible. I will be taking this issue up with headquarters.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
One of the worst websites I've ever ordered clothes from! 1. Came 2 weeks late! 2. Dress literally fell apart in 1 hour of wearing it and I mean it ( 1/2 sequins came off, zip broke and the dress ripped as the sticking was so weak) and jut to highlight I paid £60 for it therefore I expected the quality to be there. 3. Customer service is NON EXISTENT and I mean it, wrote 8 emails now within 3 weeks and still no response no neither one of them. I would definitely recommend to keep away from their website as it's a joke with horrendous pricing.

Double check your order and your refunds
I ordered 3 items and only received 1 but Oh Polly charged me for all three, without any notification from them. Even the packing slip only had the one item on it - not the other two I paid for. I had to email them with their contact form. They finally responded telling me that their system had mis-counted the stock and they were actually out of stock on 2 of my 3 items. Then they said they'd issue me a refund for those 2 missing items, but when I checked the amount, it was less than half what I was owed. I then had to contact them AGAIN to make sure I got the proper refund. Needless to say, I'm not ordering from them again and I'll be returning the item I actually received.

DONT SHOP FROM OH POLLY - MONEY SCAMMERS
I wish I could give Oh Polly minus stars!
I trusted in Oh Polly to deliver be a $140.00 dress + $15.00 shipping to Australia for my 21st.
I received the package, opened it up, and straight away saw white stains in the bandage material which is NOT fixable. Looked like hot wax spilt all over it!

I contact Oh Polly advising them of the issue, and even sending pictures as proof.
Oh Polly recognised the issue and apologised (seemed like an automated email though).

As stated on their website, it clearly states that the return of an item if faulty IS covered by Oh Polly.
So knowing this information, I sent the dress back 4 days after receiving the dress, and paid $45.00 ship it back... WOW i know, but I trusted in Oh Polly to refund me since i even added the receipt in the delivery box.

I check my accounts once its been two weeks to find i way only refunded the dress and not the postage.

I email them on three occasions with NO answer back on all.

So all in all, I paid $60.00 in total to ship it over and back all for a faulty dress?

Take my word for it.
Never. Shop. From. Oh. Polly.

Sooo confused by the negative reviews
I do not understand at all how this company has SUCH negative reviews. The quality is gorgeous, like not anything resembling fast fashion, the team was nothing but incredibly helpful when I had an issue with the straps on one (out of 10 orders) of my shirts (like legit above and beyond). Even told me to keep the original shirt that the strap had stopped on as the Covid crisis is making it a little hard to get to the post office. THEN gave me 20% my next order for the trouble on top of it... to the women complaining about the sizes being too small: it's UK sizing. Not sure how you missed that but the sizing chart is attached to literally every item. Maybe figure out your own measurements before writing $#*!ty reviews about a pretty decent company!

They fight your returns & you won't get a refund
Be very careful if you want to return something as you end up fighting with them to try and get your money back. I returned a top that Oh Polly refused to accept as it had a very small mark on it. I couldn't have caused the mark as the top was tried on and removed immediately, yet they accused me of wearing it and Then returning it. This is simply not true. I believe the mark was there when we revived it but as I didn't closely inspect it before trying it on, I didn't see it. I had several email exchanges with them over a week and they refused to accept any responsibility and I am now left with a top I don't want and £35 out of pocket. Be very careful...

Terrible quality, overpriced
The quality of the clothes and bikinis etc is not good at all, prices are ridiculously expensive, their sizing is awful- Oh Polly don't do sizes larger than a 16 and their clothes are SO TINY and fit terribly! Bo and Tee their "sport" brand is just as bad! All the sizes are super small fitting, not stretchy material, uncomfortable to wear and even sore! Totally impractical, and returns seem to be impossible. Don't waste your money on fast bad quality fashion!

Avoid oh polly in reported them to trading standards
Ordered a dress for a family occasion. Sadly
Later that day it was cancelled due to a Family illness. As soon as received it I posted it back without even looking at the dress. Iv now had an email saying it's been posted back as had marks on! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE AS IT WAS NEVER LOOKED AT NEVERMIND TRIED ON! ABSOLUTE LIES! Iv reported them today as what Oh Polly have said is utterly ridiculous. They seriously need to see who's checking these dresses., and if this is a ruse to stop refunds as there are hundreds of reviews saying this happened to them! I will NOT accept this and trading stands are now being involved...

Sizes are way too small especially the chest area!
I'm a US 0-2, and normally a UK 4-6. In the past I've worn Oh Polly dresses in a UK 4. This time I purchased a UK 6 according to the model details and the fit is way off. The dress is simply not a UK 6 but is more like a US size 0. I think Oh Polly needs to redesign their sample sizes and work on sizing that's actually not for children sized adults with no breasts. I could barely zip up the dress and my boobs were nearly spilling out of the cups. The hip area was also ridiculously tight.

The dresses are getting way too small and designs need to be resized to reflect true proportions for women.

For reference, I'm 5'6" and 112 lbs with a slim and athletic build. That's 168cm tall and 51kg in weight.

Great help from Katie and Jess!
Over the last few months, it has been difficult keeping track of all of the return period extensions due to Covid, so when I found out that I had missed the return period by 3 days, I was devastated. Luckily, I reached out to the team and Jess and Katie were able to help get my issue resolved. I sincerely appreciate their help, great customer service like theirs is so wonderful to encounter. I will definitely remember this when shopping here in the future.

Failure on a failure on a failure.
The first time I tried to place an order, Oh Polly made a mistake in the invoice paper so I had to pay extra ~80 euros as a tax. I didn't have a possibility to pay that, so I had to return the parcel back to them right from the customs house since Oh Polly didn't offer me any resolution. Oh, and by the way, I left with no clothing for my birthday (thanks fo messing it up!)
The next time I tried to order, they did the exact same mistake, but this time they told me that they can compensate me the taxes, so I took my parcel from the customs house after paying the taxes and sent Oh Polly the receipt, but they started asking me for some other papers and documents as a prove that I didn't have any more.
Summing up, I don't think that 3 dresses are worth ~270 euros + lots of time wasted on waiting + driving to the customs house and so on. Especially that it was totally obvious that it's Oh Polly's mistake.
If you have the extra money, time and nerves then definitely order from here :)

The best customer service
The customer care in Oh Polly were absolute game changer in online shopping for me! Never ran into a business that has left such a good image on my eyes when shopping online. Oh Polly replied immediately to all my e-mails and they were actually interested on my needs. Sarah, Bethanie, Sophie and April were such angels towards to me and they provided me the best service I have ever experienced with online fashion stores. They were so kind and they ensured that I was completely satisfied with my order. The brand really cares about their customers and their needs. A big heart to this company <3

Meh
A very glam company that appeals to women with slim bodies and no breasts hence why most dresses are cupped which will not really fit anyone passed a d cup. I don't have good credit so I will ask my dad on occasion to place an order for me (which I pay for) I live on my own so my dad sends it to my address under my name but oh Polly always label it under my dad's name to my address which is really annoying especially when the driver asks "is Mr cooper in" someone from ohpolly is clearly doing this on purpose as this has happened on more than one occasion. Oh Polly sent me a link to leave a review after making me wait like 3 days for a response.

Terrible service
I ordered a bikini set from oh Polly paid £40 which I consider quite expensive for a bikini. I didnt pay extra for postage just the standard delivery. I awaited the delivery which came 5 days later. Opened it to find the completely wrong item. I contacted the customer care team and told them it was incorrect and as I was going on holiday in a couple of weeks needed this resolving fast which Is why I ordered 3 weeks before I was going. The only solution she could give me was to send it back for a exchange and wait 10 days for it to be processed or reorder it for another £40. I could not afford to shell out another £40 from this months wage so I had to go with the first option. As it was in their error I demanded Oh Polly cover the postage which she agreed to do if I provided a screenshot of my postage receipt. There was then a farce with sorting the how to refund it and kept refunding into the PayPal account that I explained several times I do not use and dont have the passwords for. Eventually I got the postage refund sorted. I wait 10 days after the goods were signed for and finally receive a email. Instead of exchanging the goods they just refunded it. So I look on the website nearly every bikini out of stock, as the whole process had taken forever to sort all the goods I was exchanging had gone out of stock so I was extremely disappointed and angry at the service. I then check my refund the day after to discover I was refunded £3.95 less than I had paid. They had clearly just decided to forget they were covering postage and deduct it from what I originally paid. Im still owed £3.95 after this horrendous experience. Will never use this company again. It isnt hard to just pick the correct item in the first place to avoid this whole experience.

Bad business with contradicting customer service
Oh Polly told me that there was an issue with some details on my payment. They requested a picture of my photo ID, which I provided within 24 hours. I then got confirmation that my payment was excepted and that my package would be shipped shortly. Over two weeks later I never received anything, so I reached out again to see what the status was. I was in told that my payment "timed out" and that I would be receiving a refund within 48 hours. I spent over $400 and was dependent on these items for a photo shoot I have at the end of this week. Their original representative told me one thing, and the second told me something completely different that contradicted the other. Very upsetting and disappointing. They sat On this for over two weeks. I highly doubt I ever would've seen a refund unless I reached out to them again. Doesn't make any sense at all considering I got confirmation after sending an unnecessary picture of my ID. And the money was already deducted from my account. Several hundred dollars that I could've used towards another company that was more reliable. Bad business and very disappointing! Never again.

Amazing customer service!
I had a few problems with this site (i've been ordering since last year, it was bound to happen) and Oh Polly helped me tremendously! They helped me with payment options (i had to use paypal), and i accidentally ordered tall pants (i'm 5'0, BIG MISTAKE lol) and i emailed them and they were able to change my order to regular length! Very helpful and very attentive! They email back within a few hours which is cool. I love the clothes and i love the customer service! I recommend emailing them when help is needed.(i would add photos but i didn't get my order yet, but as i said i've been ordering since last year, all the clothes are good quality!)

Scam
I bought a dress that I really needed. First of all I waited over a week for it and when I got it, It was tiny! I'm 155cm and is very small and I couldn't move with the dress on. It's basically expensive fast fashion. So disappointed and I don't recommend you to buy anything from that site. When I then returned the dress I had to pay 20 for shipping it back even though I only had to pay 8 for the shipping when I ordered the dress. A big scam and I'll probably have to wait for the refund
