"Spend $50 get free 5-7 business day shipping" is a joke!
I wanted to order 10 face masks from Old Navy, but didn't want to pay for shipping on a $20 order. So I ordered three tops (that I didn't really need) in order to reach the $50 minimum for free shipping. According to the website and my order confirmation, I would receive the order in 5-7 business days from the date shipped which was 7/31/2020. The UPS tracking site and the Old Navy site both indicated the package would be delivered on 8/6/2020. I have yet to receive the package and both tracking website have no additional delivery information since a destination scan in Jacksonville, Fl on 8/6/2020. Who knows when or where my package is currently located. So buyer beware! Don't trust that you will actually get your order in the 5-7 business days promised on the Old Navy website!

What happened to customer service?
I ordered 6 masks on May 8th, after I saw an article about them selling masks. I told all my friends and family in every state about the sale, and days later, Old Navy all ordered masks as well. It is now a month later, and of the 5 people I told about it, I am the only one not to have received my order yet. So, thinking there is a problem, I try calling customer service. I was on hold for 2 whole hours before I got a person, and when I told her my problem, she told me I was wrong, and that all orders are filled in the order they were made, and so my family could NOT get their orders before I get mine. Being a home health care worker, I desperately NEED these masks, but no pity to be found with old navy's so-called "customer service". I was told to wait, and also she said I should have known the masks were on backorder, so it's my own fault. I will NEVER give this company another dime! No company has ever made me feel LESS valued as a customer! Go elsewhere to find decency and human kindness!

Horrible service
Quality of clothes really gone down I shop there a lot and the last few times it's been bad I keep saying I'll give another chance but no more them a employee made a horrible comment to a customer that made me sick. As much as I loved them I will never be back. U have ads on tv talking about love for all maybe u need to teach that to your employees instead of trying to get business from s ad that lies. I did tell the manager who actually laughed yea really funny. She tells me every one is just stressed due to the virus. Ok that does not give anyone a right to act this way. If you are stressed due to lack of business then maybe treat customers better so Old Navy will come back. Don't loose the few u Have

Yes they're doing not too bad
I really like Old Navy for the generic everyday wearables such as socks and nylons and things such as that but I find that every time I've ordered their clothing it just does not fit me quite right. I guess I just do not have the right body type for their clothes. I'm 5 feet tall and 116-120 lbs so I have a fairly petite frame actually and I find that even their extra small is always too wide in the shoulders and under the arms. But the quality of their items is quite good, and when you order online the shipping speed is quite satisfactory. Also when you order online Old Navy send a return shipping label with every order so that you may return any items you don't want free of charge. Their customer service is always very good, their agents are always very polite and helpful. I've had very good experiences shopping with them :)

Pretty good
Easy, simple and comfortable clothing along with good customer service. I have to give Old Navy a solid three stars! This is pretty good considering that the quality of the fabric often disappoints. The sizing is great and I love how Old Navy have regular, plus size, petite and tall. If only all clothing companies would offer such sizing. The sizing is true-to-fit as well. Customer service is all around good, at the store and by delivery. My only complaint really is in the quality of the material. I wish Old Navy would continue providing practical styles, good pricing, and customer service and step it up in the quality of the product. I find that after a few washes the clothes lose their luster and they end up becoming my stay-at-home clothes. I have an enormous pile of Old Navy stay-at-home clothes, that it would take me an entire lifetime and than some to go through it all, if I never bought another piece again! I am a frequent Old Navy shopper and judging by the quality of the fabrics, Old Navy wants it that way. But, I must say, I am now looking for another clothing company that will basically give me the same thing AND clothes that last (longer)!

Going down hill
I used to love Old Navy, I would wait for one for a good coupon code, and order enough clothes for the season. Now, every time Old Navy send me any kind of code, almost everything I put in my cart is excluded. The reason, is it's on sale, or is an everyday steal. Ugh, 50 cents, to a dollar off at most, and they stay like that. Basically so you can't use your discount. And don't even get me started on their cash. It's only good for a short time period, and you have to spend money to use it, I think last time I checked, it was $5 off every $25 you spend. Go to Kohl's, you can use their cash on anything, and don't have to spend a dime of your own money to use it, plus when you have a coupon code, it's good on almost everything. Sad to see what was once a great company, fall so far.

Hello? Hello? Customer Service? Is anyone there...
Where to begin. Ordered several items and once I hit 'checkout' I noticed it was shipping to my old address and not my current home AND current billing address. I immediately called customer service, after over an hour on hold I was told that the customer service rep could neither change/update the shipping address (even though it would match my current billing address). She said she would put a cancellation in the system, but the times may ship anyway... which Old Navy did in multiple packages over next 2 weeks! So where exactly is the 'service' in customer service? Put aside for the moment that a $16B company cannot cancel or revise an order immediately after placing it. My calls, e-mails and attempted chats with c. S. go unanswered. Days of sitting on order for over 2 hours, clicking on chats that say they are unavailable at the moment and an email to customer that gets an immediate automated response that states: "We have received your email. Due to the unusually high volume of calls, we are unable to respond." Seriously, does Old Navy have anyone working at customer service?

HORRIBLE!
If I could give 0 stars I would have. I ordered items in November. The arrival date kept changing and now here we are a few weeks before Christmas and nothing. I contacted customer service twice. The first lady was rude and didn't know what to do. The second one said it was lost and to call customer care. I was talking to customer service and Old Navy can't help, really? So I call customer care and they say its coming today. Tracking now says the 20th. I explain that I don't wait it because I had to replace the gifts and they told me to refuse the package if (yes if) it comes and I will get my money back in 15 business days. I asked for a supervisor and they transferred me and then hung up on me. I will NEVER be shopping here again and will definitely be telling others about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

False advertising - Horrendous customer service
Ordered 3 packs of 5 face masks which were labeled surprise variety pack. The pictures showed bright, colorful unisex masks. After being delayed for a good amount of time, I received 3 packs of 2 pink and white stripped masks and three white masks. None of them looked as advertised, and many people on social media were complaining about the same thing. I called one evening and after being on hold an hour and a half, a woman tells me that Old Navy are aware there is a problem not only with the masks but with the wait time. She asks me to hold on a minute, puts me back in the damn que, and after being on hold another hour, I hung up. Called back again today and was on hold for TWO HOURS AND 17 MINUTES. The lady apologized for the hold, told me the packages were labeled a "surprise" and offered me 15% off my next purchase. MY NEXT PURCHASE? I am NEVER doing business with Old Navy again. Horrible customer service and horrible product. Just a note, they tried to blame the pandemic for the long wait times. I do a lot of online shopping, even before COVID-19, and no one has kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes.

Horrible Customer Service
Made to feel like a criminal! Don't ever lose your receipt or you will be made out to be a criminal! It is obvious Old Navy err on the side of theft vs a customer that actually spends money in their establishment. Today I tried into exchange some clothing due to sizing but got denied and was told basically too bad. The clothing was given as a gift and I did not have a receipt. It turns out that I committed an Old Navy crime. Since 2014 I have had 5 returns w/o a receipt. Therefore, I am not allowed to EVER return anything again. We had to ask the gift giver for the receipt (which was uncomfortable) We took all the clothes back and asked for a refund! Great job Old Navy for not saving the sale, providing horrible customer service and losing 3 customers. I will tell everyone about my experience. Keep it the great work!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I have been shopping at Old Navy for over 25 years. I have a credit card with their company and have for years. I have done most of my clothing shopping for my five kids, and now their spouses. Well I went in August to buy matching clothes for my whole family (9 people) for family pictures. I spent over $700 that day. I went in last week to return 2 pair of jeans and 4 blouses that didn't work, and all of them were unworn with tags still on them. I had my original receipt. The lady at the register told me since it had been over 45 days, she had to give me the sale price. I told her that was fine, and asked why it wasn't 90 days like it was in the past, but that I understood the policy. Then she said she could only give me in store credit, and again I said it was fine, even though I would have preferred credit back to my Old Navy card. Then she rang it all up, and it came to just over a hundred dollars. She put the clothes behind her and then turned to give me my receipt and she said, "Oh I'm sorry, your return has been rejected." I asked her why and she said I would have to call the company on the receipt and there was nothing she could do. So I had her gather the clothes up and I left. I had other errands to run and so I called while I was driving around. I was on hold with that company for 47 minutes. When the man finally answered, he asked for the transaction ID number. I gave it to him 4 times and he said there wasn't anything under that number. So he asked for my license, and he said the same thing. He said I had to go to the customer service counter at Old Navy itself to resolve it. At that point I couldn't get back to Old Navy before it closed so I went again tonight. I explained to the girl at the register what had happened and asked if there was anything I could do to return the clothes. She said, "we can just return them as if you didn't have your receipt." Odd, because I did, but I said that was fine, please just return them. So she rung them all up and asked for my license. So I said, is my license going to be attached to the last time I tried to return them? And she said No. But sure enough, it was, so my return was rejected again. She called her manager and he said there isn't anything he can do, apparently my license has locked me from being able to return anything at Old Navy because I keep trying without my receipt. I am livid. I have never returned anything there without a receipt, AND Old Navy can look it up on my credit card statement. So now I have a bag full of clothes that don't fit, and Old Navy employees and managers that said it's out of their hands. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world! Those clothes are still hanging in their store, they are from less than 2 months ago, not 2 years ago. To top it off, I went tonight to return a pair of jeans to American Eagle that I also bought on picture day and they happily gave me my money back. And then to JC Penney to return two shirts from the same day, and they happily returned those as well. If I could give Old Navy zero stars, I would. I am SO disappointed by the way I was treated in both stores and I'll do everything in my power to convince everyone I know to never set foot in another Old Navy again.

They've gone CORPORATE!!
Any sales or coupons can only be used by customers with an "Old Navy membership" henceforth anyone else walking into the store MUST pay full price while Old Navy sadly watch the customers roped into joining their little "membership club" enjoy 15% off this, or 18% off of that.....even their special members get the short end of the stick. Old Navy used to be a great store to get hoodies, sweatpants, pajamas (I even got a beautiful wool Pea Coat leftover from the winter stock for $80 less than retail price, that was 7 years ago). They don't care about selling quality items for affordable prices anymore. I got a pair of jeans a year ago and the crotch split while trying to pick my (at the time) 5yr old daughter up. Yes it was the right size, no my pants don't sag down to my knees.....the jeans were just THAT cheaply made. It looked like a blind man with 3 fingers on each hand had made the "jeans." Don't waste your time in this store anymore unless you want to overpay just to join a "special club."

Love/Hate with this store
Old navy is one of those places you can always depend on to be able to run in and find someone simple and affordable to wear. I love old navy because it's cheap. But keep in mind that word i just used "cheap" which means the product quality isn't that great and I find the material wears out very fast. I don't get clothing lasting long but who cares when you're paying next to nothing for it.

My one rule about old navy is unless you absolutely love it and must have it... never pay full price for it. I find that Old Navy quite often mark their stuff up way too high at full price. In just a couple weeks it all gets marked down any ways.

My one pet peeve about this store is the fact you never really truly know the cost of something. Sometimes i get up to the register and it says on sale but wasn't, or vice versa it was full price and now $5.00. Damn if I knew it was 5.00 I would have bought more. It always makes me wonder what else is cheap and hiding out on me in the store.

Don't shop at oldnavy.com!
Old navy online is the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. I had ordered 13 items on Black Friday. I didn't choose quick shipping since I wasn't in a hurry. 2 days later I get an email saying 2 of my items shipped. Great! It seemed like it was on the right track.

10 days later I did not receive any updates so I had to email old navy "when am I getting the rest of my order?" The next day I receive a reply and miraculously I get 2 more emails my order has shipped. Did old navy forget my order? This isn't the worst part.

So I was waiting on a girls blue puffer jacket for my daughter and of course it was the last shipment to arrive. So from my order on 11/22, I finally receive it on 12/13. However, it was not the blue puffer girls jacket that I received. It was a gold women's legging/trouser thing that I never ordered. I then had to go to an actual store to exchange it to what I ordered.

This was the most horrible online buying experience I've ever had! I will never recommend anybody to shop on your online store.

Thank you for making my already stressful holiday even more stressful! I will stick to amazon from now on.

I have ordered from the onsite ON per emails I am sent
I have ordered from the onsite ON per emails I am sent. I have been disappointed 2 times and had to return each item to the local store. That in itself is not pleasant as I expected to get money back on my credit card as one major order was my daughters school clothing. When none of the sizes sent were correct I expected ON locally to have the correct sizes. Well Old Navy did not. So off I went to Target to get her correct colors and sizes but was stuck with a credit to ON. I did nothing wrong, was told that these incorrect order fill mistakes were common on the site and I can not get my money back! Thankfully I had extra money to be able to afford to buy from Target as school was only 3 weeks away. Then I used the credit to purchase online some more items that were on clearance and AGAIN they were sent wrong sizes. Now I go back and am treated like a criminal because I was just in the store 30 days prior and how dare I want to do another exchange. This time I stood my ground, showed them the online statement of what I used in credit and paid on my debit card and reluctantly I was allowed to exchange for myself. I will NEVER buy kids clothing from them again either on line or in store. They need better customer service and I felt like I should have gotten at least a $20 voucher to shop to replace the gas and time wasted.

Old Navy Online Ordering Sucks
This was my second time attempting to order from Old Navy online. The first time, I guess Old Navy decided to just not even ship it, no confirmation email or anything. Never received ANYTHING in the mail. Trying to give them another chance, I ordered again and realized that my phone had my previous address as the default address, shouldn't have been an issue however, when trying to check online for the order it says order can not be found. So I decided to call, the customer service rep had no issue getting the order pulled up. When asked if I could change the address, she said they are unable to make any changes to an order but she could put in a cancellation request... Okay, well then lets get it cancelled right, and reordered? Nope they shipped the order out and I have had to jump through hoops to try to get this resolved, in the mean time, I still have not received a single email confirmation, shipment confirmation, or cancellation. I have called Old Navy 3 times, UPS, and USPS, it looks like no one is able to assist me with this issue. My hope is that the package is going to have to be picked up at the post office, if not I guess I will have to look for more telephone numbers in which I can try to get a refund. But I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM OLD NAVY ONLINE AGAIN!

Terrible Customer Service... Still Have not received my package
I have always enjoyed the jeans from The Gap and Old Navy because I am bottom heavy these jeans fit me better than other brands but I am so pissed off right now about the timeframe of my order. I placed an order on 4/22/2020 and today is 5/24/2020 and my stuff is still in freaking transit. I have received 4 delivery dates. I do understand that we are under a crisis but this is freakin ridiculous, yes I expect there to be a delay but I mean at this point you guys are very inconsiderate. STOP OFFERING A DELIVERY SERVICE ON YOUR WEBSITE! Especially if you are going to treat customers like this, because I have placed orders with other companies and I have received my orders within a weeks time some of them 2 weeks time. How can a large company like Old Navy not be able to fulfill an order? I will wait for this order (that once again was supposed to be delivered by 5/23/2020 by the way), but after this I will never shop with you guys ever again. I will find another brand of jeans. This is terrible Customer Service!

Beware, send wrong items and rewards cash is not
Old Navy sent wrong item and expected me to. Yet pay again for the correct item to be sent. Can't get a refund until Old Navy receive the returned WRONG item. Said they would overnight the corrected item, the day I contacted them Dec. 2,2020, but didn't mail it out until7 days later. Dec. 8,2020, really? Ovetnight? Waited 7 days later to even put it in the mail... thats what YOU consider overnight! WOW. They actually received my return of the wrong item the day before they mailed out the corrected item... they I paid for twice now! Yet their mistake. Oh, and the cash rewards cannot be used for the ongoing sale. If you want the 30% off site wide you can't use the rewards cash also. It's one or the other. Ripped off. At least with other retailers your rewards cash can be used on the ongoing sale. I will stick with the other retailers from now on. Ie. Belk and Kohls. If everyone can get the 30% off sale then what's the rewards of being a customer previously if you can't use the rewards cash if you get the "same discount " as anyone else can. Come on Old Navy, you can do better than this!

Not good c. S.
I have not bought anything in years at old navy and I finally buy something online and Old Navy mail it to me (a $20 sweatshirt) with the anti theft tag still on it.
My other items I ordered took another week to get to.me with no email or response stating that my order will be shipped on different days.
Cust service told me I could take the sweatshirt back to.the store and have them take the anto their device off. I live an hour from an old navy so that is not going to happen. They finally said they would give me a credit on my card since i cant use the sweatshirt but it is on day 8 and I have never seen any store that takes up to 10 days to refund your purchase back on your credit card.
I wont shop here again

Buggy website, no way to reach customer service
Their website kept trying to "standardize" my address, removing my apartment number. Ultimately, though, IIRC it did have my apartment number. However, USPS returned it saying "insufficient address." I've ordering online for many years, this is the first time someone didn't get my address right.

Old Navy has received the package returned by USPS long ago, but Old Navy haven't issued a refund, or sent me any communications indicating the status of my order.

Curiously, my wife received a text message to review a supposed return. The url they gave her pointed to a package going to some random place in Canada. All we know is she had ordered something from Old Navy more than a year ago -- and the two of us share the same address(not in Canada).

It's been impossible to reach them. Their phone number put me on hold for close to an hour several times(until I gave up). The online chat feature is never available "Sorry, no agents are available..." And email to their customer service returns with a message that due to high volumes, I need to call them, or use their chat feature.
