Omega Walk

I recently received my order after 5 weeks. I can understand the delay with Covid but, I wonder what the deal is since Omega's headquarters are in Singapore, the shoes come from China and I received my package from another source from New York City. Mainly want to let people know that the product is very light weight but, I could not fit the inserts into the shoes AT ALL. Very disappointed. I'm not going to return and wait another month to get a smaller insert or larger size shoe. Just another reason that it pays to shop local and try on the brand. You get what you pay for. I'll be carefully looking at my credit card statement for any fraud.

First pair I ordered just weren't for me. The heel was so high on the I thought for sure I would roll my ankle. But Omega Walk made it right and sent me a new pair to try and I'm so happy I decided to because I'm in love with this new pair. Perfect arch support without the big heel and my feet can breathe!

Great customer service! The first pair of shoes just did not work for me. I knew if I continued to wear them I might roll my ankle. But Omega Walk sent me a new pair (my choice) for free. Only had to pay for shipping. Glad I gave them a second chance because I'm in love with the new pair.

Website to buy from was clear but description of all the shoes were similar with few differences with certain styles of shoes. Need to buy 1 size bigger than you would normally wear. I feel you should be able to get a full refund on youe purchase if Omega Walk don't fit correctly or are to small and you are not happy with the workmanship in the making of the shoes.
Your refund return policy favours your companny not your shoppers. If we are not happy with the shoes why would we want to get another pair. I did this but, was let down again on the width and the workmanship in the making of the shoes

I ordered my Omega shoes on Oct 7. I check the tracker every day. It took a while to be shipped from Shanghai (Oct 7) to Chicago (Oct 17). So I was waiting for it to go from Chicago USA to Virginia USA (final destination). But lo & behold, when checking the tracker, it's now in Australia - how did that happen? Why did it go from Shanghai to Chicago USA then to Australia when the destination is supposed to be USA? I've been waiting for these shoes for 16 days already & now that it is in Australia, how many more days to wait? Very disappointed with this order/company.

It looked like a nice product & the reviews were good so that's what prompted me to try it & order one.
But the shipping sucks – I will give it 1 more day then I will call American Express & dispute the charge for this since I never got the product.

Also, this is my 2nd feedback but Customer Service didn't even respond to my 1st feedback.

A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

The shoes are very cute... nice to have an all black and an all white pair of shoes. Omega Walk are lightweight which is good. But I purchased these shoes to help with my heel pain. Unfortunately, these shoes did not make through the first 2 hours I wore them. There is no arch support and no support for the heels. They give the appearance that they do, but it doesn't. The sole of the shoe is very slippery and looks to be made of plastic, not rubber. I will put an insert in them so I can have some use out of them. The shipping took a little over 2 1/2 weeks

Once I placed my order I was inundated with special offers and coupons, asking me multiple times if I wanted to add to my order. Then I was that you DONT offer refund or exchanges I asked to cancel my order only to be told that it was already in shipment. However your site says 2-24 hrs for processing... I have a feeling that this is going to be nothing but a hassle. I hope to get the shoes and Omega Walk fit- as I went by their sizing went up 1 size to 7.5... So far I am not excited about this company nor the experience.

Nice website but persistent emails when I did not place an order. When I finally placed an order, I got more emails asking if I wanted to add more items.
The shoes arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order. I tried them immediately but did not feel the comfort as claimed on the website. In fact, my lower back, hips and shoulders were aching after I walked in the Arch Support Casual shoes.
When I tried to return them, I was told the shoes had to be in pristine condition, would be inspected before a refund would be approved minus a 15% restocking fee. I would not order from Omega Walk again.

Responsive but the return policy discourages returns: Return the shoes at customer's expense or keep the shoes and Omega Walk gives a refund at 30% refund.

Horrible Experience. I sized up like the reviews said and Omega Walk were still too small. There alsodoes not feel like there is much padding for the insoles and the heel is very low and feels like it will slip off if worn. I wanted to return them. I got a response offering a 30% refund and I can keep the shoes. They then explain how tough the return process is, I would have to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, "the shoes will be meticulously inspected" to ensure they havent been worn. These ship to and from China so it takes forever. The shoes do not look nearly as good in person as they do in pictures. Overall, it felt very scammy and the quality of the shoes are trash. I would advise to never buy from this company.

I could concentrate far better on my shopping without your ads opping up constantly. Omega Walk are irritating and worse yet the are very hard to bypass in order to not only shop where one wants, but even infiltrated the ordering process. I found I was clenching my jaw through both of my otders. Further; I was not able to get the advertised 10% off of my first order, as it alluded me each time I tried. I wasn't able to get it to apply after several attempts, and came very close to deleting that order because of the time spent trying, with no success.
Im hoping your product is far mor satisfying and well tailored, than is your order/check-out process!

Didn't realize shipping was from China, it took a long time. The shoes themselves are flimsy and clearly the soles are made of cheap material. Omega Walk have no traction whatsoever even on concrete or in my own home (think bowling shoes) and have no structural integrity. Meaning they bend and fall off my feet easily.

The colors do match the picture and the sizing wasn't as off as the description says, earning a second star. Thank goodness because after reading emails that I could change the size before it shipped I attempted to and was told this wasn't possible.

I wouldn't mind so much if I'd paid $20. But this isn't what I expected.

They were friendly. However, I specifically got emails saying I could still change the size I had ordered and when I followed the steps to do so was told I could not.

It took a month for my sneakers to arrive. But several days before Omega Walk finally got here, I got a notification saying they were delivered to my mailbox, but they absolutely were not. I contacted customer service and they basically told me tough s*it, it's not our problem, we take zero responsibility for our shipments and then offered me a second pair at a discounted price. Obviously, I was angry about this. I emailed them 4 more times asking them to resolve the problem or I was going to leave a bad review and they completely ignored my subsequent emails. So frankly, I don't care if their shoes are gumdrops and roses, I'll never shop here again because they don't stand behind their product or care about their customers.

Do not order anything from this company if you're a consumer who likes updates. I messaged the computer before my order had ever been sent out and I STILL have yet to hear a respond from them. I messaged them again to get US tracking info, because the company is international and only provides shipping/tracking info for China. My shoes landed in the states Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I do not know where my package is or when it will arrive to me. Had planned on ordering another pair once I received this but I am not a fan of giving companies my money who treat their customers like Omega Walk don't matter. They TRULY need to do better!

Omega Walk site seems good, but the delivery process took a long time to be shipped and when Omega Walk do arrive you only have 2 days to decide weather or not they will work for you. So if you are away on vacation or a visit away from home by the time you get a chance to try them it is too late to return them. The Omega shoes are very narrow and I would not consider them actual walking shoes as the title describes, If you want cute shoes and have narrow feet these may work for you, I need space and cushion and these shoes don't even give space for added shoe inserts.

I bought a pair of tennis as a gift for my mother. Omega Walk took forever to arrived, fair enough. However, upon arrival she wore them for less than two months and the shoes broke. The heel of the shoes came apart from the rest of the shoe leaving a big gap. She doesn't exercise in them, only uses them as leisure wear. I contacted the site through email and it has been awful customer service. They keep offering me discounts up to 40% on a future purchase and telling me that's the best they can do. Totally unacceptable.

Had a few problems initially trying to place my order but after a few days of trying and contacting Susan for help, I was able to get it done. Then there was a very long delay on receiving my tracking info, but it too eventually came and my shoes came less than (2) two weeks after that. Once I got my order had a problem with one pair being defective, so I uploaded the pics and it was taken care of promptly! All in all, I am sure I will shop here again and I've already told several people about the site!

Shipping took 22 days. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes but only received 2. Customer service via email was good. 3 additional weeks to receive the missing pair. Shoes have 2 packing labels as Omega Walk were sent from China to California first. It appears the bag was opened and re-taped. One pair of shoes was still in the plastic wrap and in the canvas omegawalk bag, the other pair were opened and the plastic ripped and stuffed back in the canvas bag. They do not come in a box. They seem to run narrow and small. I am a size 8.5 and ordered a 9. One pair Fit like and 8 in width and 8.5 in length, although another pair fits like an 8.5 in width and length. Shoes are not more comfortable than cheap store-bought shoes and seem cheaply made. Look nice in the design but I would not call them comfortable or good quality. I will not be ordering them again.

Excellent. My first pair was delivered today 9/29/2020. Omega Walk really like my gym shoes. Good quality, attractively colorful, stylish, comfortable, reasonably affordable with outstanding discounts. I ordered a 2nd pair of gym shoes once I saw and tried on my first pair 9/29/2020. I will tell and show other people on DUO Video Chat or Zoom. What I also love in addition is the shipping window time when it's delivered to me from when I ordered my first pair of gym shoes. Thank you for caring about yours customer's. We appreciate you and yours Company.

These are not comfortable shoes. Even with the insole Omega Walk send, within an hour of wearing them, my arches in my feet started to hurt. The sizing is also off by at least a half size. I thought about getting a larger size but the return policy is not very buyer friendly. They will send you a replacement size if you pay shipping cost from China but considering how long it took with the first order and the lack of support these shoes have I'll just donate them.
I'm very suspect of all the good reviews.

I bought these on a whim because I have chronic foot pain and am on my feet all day for work (I'm a surgical assistant). Turns out, Omega Walk come from China, they take a month to get to you and if you don't like them and want to return them? Better be ready to pay return shipping to China (costs at least $27) or accept a measly 30% refund. I won't recommend these shoes to anyone.

I wanted to return the shoes and they said I needed to pay to send them back to China or accept a 30% refund. I checked at the post office and they said it would cost at least $27 to send them back. So I took my refund, which was less than $12. The person was polite and responded in a reasonable amount of time. But I could’ve saved myself a huge hassle and just thrown my $35 out the car window instead.

I followed suggestion of ordering up, but shoes were still too small. An email to customer service got me a replacement pair for the cost of overseas shipping only. We'll see when Omega Walk get here...
As a follow up, I received the shoes and have since donated them. The pain after wearing them for one night at my part-time job was so bad, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get to my car. Was almost in tears. Save your $ and buy American products.

Replaced shoes that were too small “at no charge” (had to pay international shipping) and provided advice on sizing.
