Never heard of this site before but it is a lot better and cheaper than another well known site which most people have used including myself. Now time to give smaller businesses a chance to get on the market place.I have already told my family and friends how happy I was with the sevice

Product very good value, sturdy and has a strong solid appearance. Easy to assemble and good value for money. Delivered on time and to the location requested. Good service from placing the initial order to actually receiving the goods.

Never purchased from this seller before and perhaps a little apprehensive... No need so simple the website very easy to negotiate.. My purchase (a coffee machine) was delivered the next day!!! Good price good service good communication highly recommend this seller

Never used this website before so was slightly worried but was very pleased I did. Quality item at really competitive price that was perfect and just what I had hoped for. Item dispatched promptly and arrived safely very quickly. Excellent service and quality product.

I've used onbuy twice now. I was sceptical at first but I've had no issues whatsoever. The prices are brilliant and everything has arrived really quickly, well packaged, in perfect condition. I bought an alternative to Lego. A minecraft lookalike which was a fraction of the price of lego. The instructions aren't as easy as Lego ones but it's giving my 7 year old a challenge and the set is going to be brilliant once finished. My 2nd order was a canvas picture. It was being sold for more on the seller's own website so why not use onbuy. It's the same product! I'd highly recommend

Price of the product was the cheapest i had seen on the internet so it was an obvious choice, the item was delivered on time as stated on the delivery info before purchasing. Overall a good experience. I would definitely purchase from this website again.

My initial concern with OnBuy, was that they were yet another internet rip off merchant, (especially as their adverts kept popping up everywhere), but due diligence: (via internet searches), showed me were they were indeed a bona-fide registered UK company.
Taking PayPal payments, also added to my rising confidence in dealing with the them.
They exist, and are highly competent in dispatching the item that I bought, and (via email), I was kept fully informed of the progress of my purchase.
Even though their prices seem too good to be true: their prices for electrical tools are indeed too good to be true, they are quite frankly brilliant.
Indeed and in-mind, highly recommended ..

Ordered white glossy bedside table 2 draws. Instructions are awful holes to pig draws don’t shut properly awfull and not worth over £40 they will not last long at all the draws won’t shut fully there so noisey and a waste of money do not recommended at all

I was doubtful at first given how the product I wanted was cheaper than other sites but risked it and came out happy.
The communication from the seller was lacking, but the product arrived as ordered and saved me a good few pounds.

I bought 2 tool bags and wasn't 100% sure of the quality or how long they would take to arrive.
I have been pleasantly surprised as they arrived in less than a week and are made to a high standard with good strong materials and stitching.
I will definitely use OnBuy again. 10/10

Haven't had to deal with customer services, which to me means iv already had great service.Products that I have bought have been very well priced,delivery has been very good and on time,never had to return or ask for refund which in itself says a lot about the dealer .Very happy with my purchases..

I was nervous to try this because I wasn't sure that the offer to supply was genuine, the price being much lower than elsewhere. The product I brought was not something that could be a cheap reproduction. I was more than delighted when I received these items in New condition. I will certainly be using this site again as a go to place to check out other items I intend to purchase.

Onbuy make me very happy because I ordered Rodney's or welding rods and they delivered and very crispy and very confidently to my door I'm very very happy and I would recommend this company again to other people any other review you can ask me a question on it as a steel fabricator
