It is very frustrating that you OnerActive is ALWAYS sold out. Everytime you have a launch I get so excited and log in immediately when waking up only to have everything sold out. And you guys don't restock! I like this brand and understand that you are new-but maybe consider making more inventory.

My first order was lost in transit and I had waited for over a month. However, the customer support wasn’t bad and I was provided with a gift card to re-order the items. I’m excited to try these on!

I m 5'1 feet and I find that the the short leggings is too short. I would add at least an inch more. I have just purchased the long version to compare. The fabric is AMAZING! I would also make the core of the pants longer (the ribbed fabric that goes around the abdomen. Making it longer would at least favor my body and have more tummy control.

The only thing I will love oner active improves with is with the return process. When you are paying already for the shipping or when is free because you buy a lot, still if you need to return anything they will charge the delivery to their warehouses. The rest, customer service, website interface, products, everything else is great.

I have a Canadian account but wanted this order shipped to the states to my boyfriend's place there however I live in Canada and it made me make a whole new account just to have the shipping address to the US. So it would be nice to not have to make a new account.

Easy to navigate website. Appreciate the videos of the clothes - helps making a decision. I would love to see more products, gym tops that are fitted and full length (not just crop). So far there were crop tops and oversized tops. Will stayed tuned!

After two years of wearing the basic black tights, they have finally broken. Honestly, considering the amount of times they were worn over the years im shocked that they lasted so long. Best tights ive ever owned, great fitting, don't move and can be worn to the gym, but also styled up for a casual outfit. Incredible quality!

I trust Oner Active and I stand for what represents. I've been following Krissy since I was 18 years old (I'm now 25), I've seen her growth and what she accomplished. I value her transparency about her business and that's why every now and then I purchase a few items that I know where thought very carefully and with the best intentions possible.

The website is really userfriendly. The message 'to be extraordinary', to include everyone and to be accessible for everyone is so inspiring. Such a great, ethical company with an amazing customer service.

I am really liking oner active, but the fact that you have to try so hard due to products selling out so quickly is so STRESSFUL that it really ruins the customer experience. I am looking forward to Oner's improvement on this, so that the customers do not have to enter "battle" at launch time simply for some great Activewear.

As a product Oner Active hasn't disappointed at all. The material is great and light and durable (which was what I was most afraid of). As per the customer service it is sometimes slow to answer but once it does they solve things pretty quickly and fairly. Overall I do recomend this brand to anyone interested in fitness clothing and as well in a community, because that's what I feel that Oner Active is!

I really enjoy the quality, and the helpful sizing chart! It delivered in a normal amount of time, just wish they stocked more clothing so I could purchase more often my first choices.

Items that are sold out should be replaced faster or maybe you should have a bigger stock of supply. I’ve been trying to order leggings since February and still can’t buy some because all the small sizes are always sold out. It’s discouraging.

I almost did a double payment because the merchant you used (paypal) charged me before the shipping fee was included. Had to wait for the amount to be back in my card wallet before I could confirm my order again… took me about 40 minutes to complete this order. Also, would like to ask for restocks more often if possible because shipping fees are very costly and it would be great if I could get all I wanted at a go. Thank you.
