I think a questionaire at the beginning about what you want to do would be good. In my case, I am trying to find out if I can order a copy of our deed by computer. Maybe as I continue on the site, I will be able to, but so far, no. I see below that there are questions about delivery. But so far, I haven't seen any ability to order anything.

I found this report to be great information about my home and the taxes. I appreciate that we can get this information on line. There are also guides for different projects you might consider. I will definitly use this website in the future.

The report contained helpful information just not the information we were looking for. We were looking for information on our plumbing system and hoping for schematic that would show the whereabouts of the cleanout drainage on the outside of the house.

Incorrect number of bathrooms. Should be 23/4. Square footage should be 22,300.

I am sure that there is more to know about the property that I checked out. However for $1.00 I was quite happy with the result and easier than running all of the searches myself.

The information was good, however, it is too long, way too many pages. The pertinent information should be consolidated on one, maybe two pages at the most, with maps, pictures, misc. info separate.

While it advertised free ($1.00 paid) the infomation was not all correct. Specifically baths. Reported as 1 bath, home has 2.5 baths. But seems easy enough to fix.
