I had some help with the subbed out customer service but OnlineStores really didn't know how to ship to a major city in Canada. After repeat attempts and kindly explanation only certain "things" aka Flags are able to ship to Canada, who knows specifically... NO sale for the United States Flag Store... my Chinese made flag will have to come through some other country I guess

Pretty sure this is the same as the one I have now. Grill is the same and the bucket I have I made 20 years ago is the same size and needs to be replaced. I have my fingers crossed. I couldn't find any others, so I am taking the chance.

Easy to find what I was looking for and entering billing and shipping information was very straightfoward with some nice automation/lookups for my address.

True thanks to the reps answering the phones. However, there are consistency mistakes when it comes to the products themselves. This will be the 3rd time trying to reorder something just to get the correct size. The SKU numbers are all the same yet the items are different sizes. If I were the company, I'd work closer to the manufacturer to make sure there are little to no inconsistencies.

This is my second flag order the first flag was great but time to replace as it's flying 24/7. Great quality and Made in USA.

We needed several national flags one apiece. OnLineStores was the only place we could find from whom we could purchase singles. The website was a bit tricky to maneuver, but we got exactly what we wanted and got it on time. I am impressed that the order came with instructions on returning the purchase, but we are keeping the flags.

I received the flag pole before it was promised, i wont know the quality until i open it on christmas morning, hopefully it will be of good quality and my wife will like it.

I have called three times the first time you were not open and there was now way to leave a message, the second time (6/18/20) i was placed on hold and said there was a 16 minuted wait after about 15 to 20 minutes i was disconnected, i called right back again was told there was about a 21 minuted wait after about 18 more minutes again I was disconnected again with out ever getting to talk to anyone to ask them my questions before I ordered a flag. I have stopped doing what I was working on and got on line to order the flag as i wanted it before July 3rd. Now i am hoping it is what I am looking for and as heavy of material as I want. I am also hoping it holds up in the weather 24/7 here in central Florida similar or better than what I currently fly.

I ordered a catalyst from Online Stores and I had it delivered in 2 days! Every other place had it backordered for weeks. The catalyst was perfect and was just what our wood fired boiler needed.
