ONNO T-Shirt Company

All I can give now is first impressions:
ONNO is an amazing company - two large t-shirts were ordered. Both were a little too tight for wearing during the summer. Ordered an x-large which fitted much better. The two originals were re-ordered in the x-large size. I then emailed ONNO about returning the two large t-shirts. All correspondence was quick and cordial (working with Narie was a pleasure). Instead of further overloading USPS, they asked me to donate the two t-shirts to someone in need (they were donated). Now, this is first rate customer service!
Both t-shirts are VERY comfortable, though one is thicker (warmer) than the other … need to compare composition of the t-shirts to tell which is which from the tags with respect to ordering more (in the future).
Wearability/durability - too early to tell … ask me again in six to nine months.

What's not to love? Comfort, check. Eco friendly, check. Awesome, incredible customer service, check. The bamboo tees are the best for comfort, layering in the winter, and sleeping. In other words, everything all year round. The hemp are quickly becoming my close second and will be great in the fall and even winter in Louisiana under a cardigan. I have sized up for a looser fit recently, but the cut and fabric is very forgiving depending on whether you put in a hot dryer. I have worn from small to large comfortably and I am a size medium/10 ish in tops with chunkier shoulders and arms. I currently have both medium and large depending on what I am wearing. (I gave the smalls to my daughter who also loves them now even though they are worn!)

I ordered one ONNO Bamboo t-shirt and one ONNOCELL Bamboo t-shirt. I originally smalls and I needed mediums. I emailed ONNO's Customer Service and they responded in less than 2 hours. Their Customer Service is 5 STAR! They told me they would send out Mediums right away and not return the smalls until I was sure what size I wanted.
The mediums fit perfect. They are soft, breathable and now the most comfortable t-shirts I own. As soon as you read this, go buy yourself a few of the best cotton t-shirts out there!

I bought two t-shirts with ONNO about 3 weeks ago, have worn them several times, and I love them. In fact, I'm wearing one right now. The fit is very good - I am a female, bought 2xl, and it really fits much more nicely than any other t-shirt I've bought in recent memory. A lot of t-shirts are weirdly baggy for me in the shoulders to fit my more curvy torso, but this fabric is soft and drapes nicely, and the seams of the shoulders hit right where I want them to - on my shoulders! And the fabric doesn't cling to my mid section. Really great shirt.
I would also like to say that a small issue I had was promptly handled to my satisfaction from their customer service team, and that really iced the cake for me on this. I'll be back to buy more very soon. They're the perfect standard t-shirt!

The customer service is fair and reasonable, which means exceptional by most retailers.
The shirt is good quality, looks like it would wear well, and the down side is the sizing is not one I’ve ever seen.
I ordered large bc the models are both smaller than I am, and my size is usually “large”.
The neck and shoulders were similar to other shirts I have.
From the breast area downward the shirt flows in circumference like a dress, and reached to my upper thigh.
The color was a muddy red and the fabric dying was good.

I I have purchased five of the bamboo and five of the cotton T-shirts. Material on both types is nice but there is a large inconsistency with all of the shirts in the lengths. Some reach my hips than the others or just above the waist. Not happy with how every shirt length is different. Also one of the shirts had loose threading that as soon as I washed it the entire hem around the waist came undone. Disappointed especially since these are not inexpensive T-shirts.

This was a buy that I hesitated initially as I was unable to it out or feel the material. I needed few best quality tshirts for my next trip to India. I love white or black tshirt, With heat and humidity there my past experiences with white and black tshirts that I bought from here or from India was rarely checks few of the boxes : a perfect fit or comfortable or little thick(not see through) or perfect material for the weather. These pima cotton tshirts are absolute savior for last one week here checks off all the 4 boxes.
I made a right choice buying 5 shirts - 2 black, 1 white, 1 grey and 1 navy. Absolutely love all these colors so far.
Love it. It worth taking the risk and trying out these tshirts. I would highly recommend checking the measurements and then buying it. Cos, I bought few shirts two other online retailers - one starts ES and another starts with al…both were not this perfect.
Another 2 things : I forgot to mention is customer service before and after shopping was pretty quick to respond and secondly, shipping was fast and well packed. I respect that for small firm.

words cannot fully convey what a high quality shirt and customer service experience onno provides! i really, really don't like cotton shirts. they hold body odor and moisture, and have been disappointing me for my entire life. i've had some luck with modal shirts, and so i thought i'd give this company a try. i ordered large, and received a beautiful shirt that was just barely big enough. i dropped the customer service line an email, expressed my concern, and they immediately offered to send me an XL, but assured me that they would always back up their products if i wanted to wear it and wash it and see how it held up. i did so, and immediately fell in love with the material. i have never been able to wear a cotton shirt for not one, but two days, in late spring, no less, without a wash. the shirt was breezy, comfortable, and odor free. after day two, i put it in the wash more on principle than necessity! it washed beautifully, but it shrunk just a wee bit, enough to feel like i really did need an XL. i wrote customer service again, and the agent responded like an old friend, and got the new shirt out to me in no time. i am a lifelong customer and now make sure that anyone who will listen knows that ONNO is the bee's knees. i cannot recommend you highly enough.

The shirts I ordered were based on the model on their website. I ordered four shirts in size of small. As I tried it on when it arrived, it was a bit tight on me. I emailed to arrange for an exchange with Narie. She expedited my order and it arrived quicker than the first order. With regards to the return of the original order, the customer service exceeded my expectations. Jack-, she is an asset to your company and would likely help increase customers sales………….Allan L

I was hesitant to order--these shirts are a little pricey for my budget. But I have not been disappointed. I am 5'8" and 130 pounds and sometimes wear small, sometimes medium. I ordered two bamboo shirts in small, but found them a bit more clingy than I like. (I'm nearly 40. The ol' stomach isn't as flat as it used to be.) I exchanged and ended up with one shirt in bamboo and one in hemp, both in medium. Love them both. Bamboo is much lighter weight and softer. The hemp is warmer/thicker, and will probably last longer. It doesn't breathe as well as the bamboo, of course, but both are great shirts.
The most impressive part of my experience though was working with the ONNO customer rep when I need to make the exchange. I was extremely impressed with how helpful she was; no generic answers here. She gave me personalized advice and made sure I received my replacement shirts quickly. Then, when I asked how to return the first shirts, she advised me to donate them. *Mind blown.* With policies like that, ONNO is a company I will work with again. SUPER IMPRESSED.

I have been looking for a hemp tshirt for over 20 years. Then I bought several while I was on vacation. It was an all hemp shirt from "Naked Clothing Company". The reason I know that is we just threw away the one I bought my husband. My were rags at that point. This was my basic tshirt and I have not found one I liked as much until now. I have finally found my basic tshirt. The fabric reminds me of something we used to call "raw silk". It is pretty, has a nice hand, and wears like iron.

So much of what's on the market today is poor quality and cheaply made. Some of it is inexpensive and others quite costly. So when I saw Onno t-shirts I was a little concerned about paying this much for a t-shirt. That said, I am REALLY happy with my purchase. The t-shirts fit perfectly, and customer service is AMAZING. They do return your calls, are US made and if something is wrong, or you don't like their tee for one reason or another, their guarantee is good!

ONNO T-Shirt Co offers quality products, earth friendly and sustainable materials, constructed with skill, in simple but body flattering style, and are very durable.
My recent purchase of a cotton/hemp Tee is very comfortable and the steel blue is a favorite color.
My older hemp/cotton tee in teal from several years ago, remains like new, but is now softer and even more comfortable. By following ONNO's laundering suggestions, my older tee retains its shape and didn't fade. These tees are a real investment because they last and look great for years!

I have been searching for the perfect t-shirt and finally found it at ONNO. The fabrics are very nice, wash well, and the colors are beautiful. I originally ordered three shirts in Pima cotton and B.B. VA they were a little thin for me. I contacted the company and Narie got back to me immediately and suggested trying the hemp shirts if I wanted a slightly heavier material. I agreed to try them and received the shirts in a few days. They were exactly what I was looking for. In the mean time, my daughter tried the Pima shirts and wanted them for herself. ONNO has 2 new loyal customers!

I bought 2 of the bamboo tees and loved them. They kept their shape and color through washing several times. So I ordered 3 more. They arrived today just a few days after ordering and with free shipping!! I wear my ‘most often’ size in this tee. For reference, I did try one size smaller (that is, my ‘sometimes’ size) and It was not comfortable so back it went. The shirts come in so many interesting and beautiful colors which only adds to the look of a costly tee, even though they aren’t. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases!! High quality with a reasonable price tag - I have found my favorite tee!

I ordered the women’s hemp crew tshirt in a size small brown. It is one of my go to shirts now. I wash it on gentle and line dry it. I ordered a second shirt in size medium and washed and dried it to shrink it a little. I plan on ordering more. I am a size 8 so I can comfortably where either size depending upon how I launder the shirts. Onno stands by the quality of their clothing a truly rare and much appreciated approach to business.

I loved the feel and soft drape of the wonderful fabric. Unfortunately, the size small t-shirts were way too long and a bit too wide for my petite frame. The company emailed a response to my query about making a return almost immediately, with a suggestion to donate them to someone in need rather than sending back...a very thoughtful, generous approach. Although I will give my shirts to a local women's shelter, I hope to find petite sized ONNO's somewhere in the future!

It takes a day or two, but once I hear back from customer service, they are terrific and accommodating. I purchased 5 bamboo tees (M) and 3 pima cotton tees (M). i've been refunded for the sky blue tee, and I'm about to return the ones I won't be keeping. I ultimately chose the pima cotton with trepidation about the length and other shrinkage. The length of the medium bamboo tee should be the gold standard. Unfortunately, I will be returning the bamboo tees because I like the overall feminine appearance of the pima cotton tees. But I dread washing them. I know they will shrink and lose the length I was seeking from Onno, which I need. Hopefully, Onno will reconsider the length of the pima cotton tee and make them the length of the bamboo tees due to the shrinkage in the cotton. Better yet, make the cotton tees from preshrunk material!! Otherwise, the tees have a very short shelf life for me and that's wasteful and costly. Please make the pima cotton tees from preshrunk cotton and make them longer.

This company is wonderful! I ordered the shirt in the wrong color, totally my fault, and contacted them via email regarding an exchange for the correct color. They responded THE NEXT DAY stating they would send me the correct color shirt and I could keep the original shirt and give to someone in need. Wow, that is customer service! And also this from their website: We buy carbon offsets to balance the harm we do moving t-shirts from here to there. Earth loving company has my business!

Love the fabric, fit and colors! I bought 2 of the bamboo t shirts for less than the cost of what I would spend on one of the major brand bamboo tees. They are beautiful colors and they sell a wide variety, not just the usual black, white, gray. The fit is neither too fitted nor too baggy - a slight athletic fit which is so flattering. The shirt is a nice weight bamboo - not too thin. I plan to buy a few more. Oh, and the customer service is great, very quick to answer my questions. The shirt is better than expected!
