Otto's Tackle World

I purchased and received this item yesterday and was very pleased with it and probably found it to be better than expected. My nine foot 4 piece fly rod and reel fits in it perfectly where it is completely protected from being damaged.

I have purchased fishing equipment multiple times from Otto's. Their knowledge and service are outstanding, as well as highly competitive with pricing. Delivery has always been on time as promised.

Ordered a number of times from Ottos and have had fantastic service every time. Service has been prompt, delivery very quick and product well looked after. Happy to continue to purchase from these guys.

Ordered a daiwa lexa 300tw from these guys to send to me in New Zealand. Their communication was excellent, was able to track parcel and it arrived safely in a good condition. Can't complain

I ordered a fishing rod and the Butt configuration wasn’t the same as in the photo and the runners were twisted around the rod. I phoned and they arranged to have the rod pickup and returned to them. After this it went bad. I contacted them by phone and email asking for the refund for no replies. I had to use my PayPal protection to finally get a refund from Paypal. I think this is extremely poor on their part, I had to chase the refund and they did not reply in anyway. I was a repeat customer but never again. I have read the many good reviews but I would have to say be aware and be sure of what you think you are buying because in my instance, the follow up service from them is disgusting.

Very fast and friendly service, price for the rod that I purchased was to good to refuse. Will definitely be back as a customer and no hesitation recommending this store. Packaging was damaged in transit but contents were ok .

I live in Canada and many of the products that OTW carries are not available here. I purchased squid jigs through their E-bay account as well as directly from their website. Both methods worked well, but I was overcharged for shipping by mistake through E-bay. I contacted OTW and they issued a refund for the extra charges right away.

I ordered a 2 piece Ugly Stik rod. They sold that rod to another customer, sent me a cheaper lighter one piece with no allowance for the cheaper model.Had a chat to salesman Tom who agreed to send me the original type ordered if I paid a discount price.Paid the money2 weeks ago and I haven't seen the rod or heard from Ottos T W.

We have purchased items from ottos tackle world a few times now and the prices are competitive and postage very fast. Would certainly recommend ottos tackle world if your chasing a bargain and quality products.

Originally they did not have the product in stock but I used the notification to let me know when they would have stock, it worked well and I ordered when the notification come through. Worked like a charm. Quick, painless service. Will use Otto's as my go to ordering online from now on

Experiences of shopping in your shop were great on both days. All your staff were helpful and replied to all my queries accordingly. Made a few great purchases and will definitely recommend to my Singapore friends if they goes to Sydney.

Good simple weight holders, that I did add drainage holes to prior to mounting to boat, the second one I just used sitting in one of my rear wells to hold my second weight, only issue was they only had one in stock so had to wait for the other to turn up, Otto’s did ring and let me know the situation which was good, but sending a parcel in the current Covid situation that has to be signed for is ridiculous, so then I had to go into the city and pick it up from the post office, thanks very much Otto’s, don’t know what you are thinking?

Bought the Abu Garcier RayRex Rod. Absolutely beautiful, puts up a big fight with the 1-3 kg rod. Bought it on a Sunday needing it before the following Friday. I live in Perth and the rod was coming from Sydney, came on Tuesday. Fast, quick and safe transport. What more can you ask. Thanks Otto !

I bought a Samaki Toxic Rod last month.
Used it once the bearings in the reel are ceased. Tried contacting Ottos sent emails etc and no reply.
Pretty shit service will NOT be going back. 👍
